GM   Wednesday, April 17, 2013 10:20 PM   A thick curtain of cloud hung over Freedom City, concealing the moon behind them.  The lack of moonlight made the streets of Southside even darker than normal, a stark contrast to the bright lights of downtown Freedom City across the black waters of the South River.  For a group of high school students from nearby Claremont Academy, the moonless night made for a perfect opportunity to get out and patrol for crime.  Tonight it was a group of four suc
