Pan had grinned at Collier from behind the stack of bags he was carrying for Judy. "But hopefully not too surprised about all of us." Despite not being the instigator for once, as Judy quickly, and proudly, it seemed, shouldered that burden, there were no reason let her take it all on her own. His attention quickly turned to Aja, and her excitement. Wail? What a funny name for a hero, but maybe these 70'es were a different time. Aja's excitement was infectious, and Pan quickly leaned over to her. "You should go tell him! Come now!" He was grinning widely, from ear to ear. Of course, he wanted to see Aja meet someone she was getting this excited about, but it would also be interesting to see what Summers or any of the others here would do, if Aja acted on his suggestion.

GM "Ah, Pacer of Earth, then!" Kasi thundered, pounding his chest with one giant fist. He looked like he could lift Pacer with one hand without even breaking a sweat. If he could catch her, of course. "What a strange world you are from, Pacer. On the Endless Plains, we are all fast. We stampede across the world, faster and faster." He let out a chuckle. "Of course, none are as fast as Kasi!" Again, he pounded his chest with one giant fist. It sounded almost like thunder. The pride in his voice was hard to miss. "I look forward to this challenge, my young friend." Bolt Hole hovered a bit in the air in the spot where Pacer had moved from. Then it moved, at a speed that matched Pacer's. It was almost, but not quite, up in her face, before it backed away. Again the whispering voice reached her ears. "Much to learn. Much to see. Much to be." Kasi breathed out heavily, placing a hand in between Bolt Hole and Pacer, waving the black hole off. "Do not mind it. It speaks of strange things. We should prepare, the race will begin."

Forever Boy's already in the Carribean, but U.F.O. would be up for being a space rep. So, summer plans in the Carribbean will not hinder anything for Forever Boy, so he's up for the Claremont side, with U.F.O. still being available for the space side as well.

Justice "Err, yeah, I guess I kind of use it for storage, too. Anyway, there should be plenty of room! Got some bedrooms, a lab and a workshop, so pick wherever!" Also a growing library, which was so far mainly stocked with books from Silberman's, but that would probably be a little weird to mention, right? Stepping out of the portal, they found themselves in a room surrounded by a dark red and silver motorcycle, three stands with different armors and a stand with a somewhat oversized gun. The closest armor was dark red, with silver armor plating, a pink visor, a red scarf and dark purple armor around the arms and legs. The armor that Robin had been using as Justice for a while now. Not the original one, but the upgrade, but still, she had used it long enough that it might be recognized. The other two were new. Similar to the first in design, but with different attachments and colors. The first was less armored, and much duller in colors. Different shades of grey and black. The second was blue instead of red, and a darker metallic than the silver. The pinks were still there, though. Its boots were much heavier, and it seemed to have a power line or something like that sticking out from its back, connecting to the handle of a gun, though without any real gun parts. The room didn't have much decoration or contents aside from that, but there was a door leading into the next room, which seemed to have a couch and bed, a table and a fridge visible from the door. Robin threw her hands out and gave an awkward "Ta-daa!", before quickly lowering them again. "This is the AnneX. I kinda stumbled on the place, and been working on getting it set up. I'm not quite done yet, but I'm happy with what I got so far." She kind of wondered if Gretchen would recognize the Justice armor, she wasn't that well known yet, after all. "There's more rooms back there, you can go change wherever you want." She pointed to the living room, which would have doors leading to the workshop, library and laboratory.

GM Guy had been moving around, circling Rita and Nicole as she spoke. He stopped completely when Nicole spoke up, glaring at her. "You? You're here as a charity. Let the intern see things, get the funding we need to push through for some real breakthroughs instead of just working on vermin." He almost spat out some of the words. "What kind of knowledge could you possibly have that would make you qualified?" Rita, for her part, stood back and crossed her arms. Her brows furrowed, and if looks could kill, Guy would most likely had dropped to the ground long ago, but she seemed to wait with her response.

GM On the ground, the single pirate that Thunderbird had not taken down did not flinch, yelling a rather incoherent curse about Thunderbird's mother as he swung the cutlass in right hand towards the teenage weather controller, though he passed far by his intended target, drawing another curse from him. Inside the smaller dome that Zenith stood on top, Astrid was dealing with her own bunch of pirates. While two more appeared from the glowing light of the cannonball, Ms. Thursday quickly became the target of the ones already inside the dome. Cutlasses already in their hands, they yelled and laughed as they swung at her. The first might have missed, but the second managed to connect with her side. Far above, as the ship moved ever closer, eight pirates stood scattered around the deck. "The Forever Boy!" one of them shouted, pointing towards the flier, giving the White Lioness a moment of distraction. As the fog spread across the deck of the ship, the pirates started panicking. While some fired wildly with what appeared to be flintlock pistols towards the sky, all missing the Forever Boy, the others were equally unlucky in their attempts to hit the White Lioness, be it the pair that shot blindly into the fog, or the two that started swinging their swords where they thought she last stood. Still, it seemed not all of the ship's crew were on the deck. With the sound of thunder, another cannonball was fired towards the giant dome.

No longer providing cover, but slowly fading. The cannonball that didn't break the dome was destroyed, the other is now inside the dome, not too far from the people near the entrance, with pirates appearing from it. The second, smaller dome is over it. There's a visual obscure fog effect on Ship A, with the heroes not being affected. The defense system has been activated: 4 Ranged Stun 9 cannons with +7 to hit. Current situation, to summarize: The institute is currently surrounded by a Toughness 10 dome, which the teens can pass or shoot through without harm. The flying Sky-Pirate ships are approaching from above. Ship A is about 50 feet away at this point, and Ship B about 1500 feet away at this point, but approaching rapidly. Both are about 200 feet above ground. Forever Boy has reached Ship A, flying near it. White Lioness is has landed on Ship A, Veronica is above on her sky bike. Ship A is covered by a fog. Salvo has moved further inside the complex to try to figure out the Horologium. A group of 5 pirates have appeared from a glowing light from the cannonball that managed to break through the dome. Ms. Thursday is in melee with 4 pirates of the Pirates inside a smaller dome, with 3 other pirates outside it, and Zenith on top of it. Thunderbird is in melee with the 3 pirates outside the smaller dome, having KO'ed two. @Cubismo, @Zeitgeist Blue, you're up

Forever Boy Pan ascended as Veronica and Àjàṣorò raced towards the ship, circling around it above as Àjàṣorò made her leap into the fray. She landed in the middle of the pirates, because of course she was immediately ready to fight. Pan had to admit that it was most impressive, even if she was outnumbered. Not that he doubted her skills, but the number of pirates that surrounded her on the ship made for quite the obstacle to surpass. Still, Pan grinned, as he called out. "Greetings! It seems that you lot choose the wrong destination to plunder, my friends!" Get their attention, even if just for a moment. They knew him. He didn't know if they feared him, but they had to know of him, and maybe that would buy them a second? And then, make the magic, fog quickly appearing all over the ship, almost impossible to see through. At least unless you were Pan or one of his friends.

Free Action: Switch Illusion array to Hide & Seek Move Action: Clear the final distance to Ship A Standard Action: Use Hide & Seek to create an Obscure 3 visual effect on the deck of Ship A, centered around White Lioness and the Pirates, without affecting any of the heroes that might be caught in it.

Forever Boy "Wait, you know of Ahab?" He stared incredulously at Selena. He knew of the Peter Pan stories on this world, of course. He had humored children with stories of their favorite Disney characters existing on his world. Some it true, to some extent, some of it not, but this was the first he had heard of others he knew actually having books dedicated to them. Maybe he was not as unique as he thought? "Just how much has Neverworld been plagiarized for stories for this world? Because, honestly, if we have to go through everyone on Neverworld with a grudge, it might take a while." A question for another time, perhaps. For now he should focus on getting through this fight. He moved his hands, Pixie Dust glittering around them. No point in telling the good Ahab anything, not like he could hear them anyway. Bands of Pixie Dust began to appear around their foe, before quickly closing in and holding him in place. A perfect target. "All yours, Gauss!"

GM First, he was blinded and deafened, as the Forever Boy's fireworks exploded in his face. Next, Ahab was hit straight in the face with the heavy popcorn machine that Gauss threw, drawing another yell of frustration and pain from the man. "Curse you all!" he bellowed, with a mighty shout, as he started to violently thrash around the area. Unable to see or even hear, he started kicking or punching anything he could find in reach, doing everything he could to try and keep the attackers away. "Stay away! None of you shall stop me from finding the cursed whale! It must be stopped, before it destroys us all!" He sounded utterly sincere, and there was even a hint of fear to his voice.

Right then. Ahab is blinded and deafened, so he'll rampage around a bit, but without hitting anything. He'll get to roll next round to get rid of dazzled. And going for Forever Boy, gonna throw a Binding Bands snare at him: 1d20+12 = 21, that's a hit And reflex save to avoid being hit by Ahab, vs DC22: 9, bound and helpless... and you're up, if you want to attack, because Ahab is still struggling. 28 - Forever Boy - 4HP - Unharmed 24 - Gauss - 3HP - Unharmed 20 - Captain Ahab - Bruise (x1), Dazzled (Visual, Auditory), Bound and Helpless.

Robin froze. Was Max Mars pointing at her? He wanted her to get up on the stage, in front of everyone? And wait! Frequent flyer? Did he actually recognize her from all the times she'd been coming to the science fair? This was... wow. She honestly didn't have words! Max Mars recognized her! This was too awesome! "Wow." she managed to utter, before noticing the MarsTech employee with the smile. He might be good looking, he might have a beaming smile, but Robin didn't even notice it right now. She was going to meet Max Mars! With the path opening to the stage, she started quickly walking up towards the stage. And alright, this was fine, this was great. Everyone watching, all at once. Not scary in the slightest, no. But she could do this. She had to, right? This was a great chance. Maybe get to pick Mr. Mars' mind a bit! Taking quick steps to get to the stage, Robin looked up at Max Mars and Meridian. He seemed to be all smiles, friendly and smart. Meridian too, but flying and in a rather revealing costume. Robin had to look ridiculous next to these two. A real, flying super hero and the CEO of MarsTech, and here she was in jeans and t-shirt, looking like a teenager despite being in her early twenties. She felt kind of ridiculous, to be honest. Deep breath. Think it through. Don't embarrass herself too much. "This is such an honor, Mr. Mars. The Olympus is incredible, but it can't be cheap. How are you gonna convince it to be put into use around the world?" Yes, that right there, that might work. She was almost trembling with excitement, but no, she had to stand straight, stand still, and at least try to breathe.

GM Tricia appeared utterly shocked. "How can you doubt me?" She held a hand up to her chest, as she stared at Captain Cosmos before her. "Of course I am in a hurry! We are in a room with crazed gunmen! They shot at you! They've threatened all our lives! And now you're just believing them, just because they realized that you're too strong for them?" She paused, taking a step away. She started fanning herself. "Just what kind of hero are you? I am the victim here!" The leader of the gunmen looked up at Captain Cosmos as well. "Well? What're you gonna do, hero?"
-
GM It was difficult to tell, but the black light did not seem displeased with the name. It projected something, what was likely a good feeling, to Pacer, in response to the name. Kasi of the Endless Plains huffed, breathing out heavily from his huge nostrils. There was some shock to his voice as he spoke. "Is that so? Do you not have a people, or a world to call your home?" He seemed somewhat shocked by the concept. "Are you a star traveller, like this racer?" He gestured towards Bolt Hole, who was simply floating motionless in the air. The rainbow wave moved around them, getting real close to Pacer for a moment, almost touching but not quite, a whisper reaching her, though seemingly unheard by the rest. "Fast. Will be faster still." There was some commotion near the glowing starting line. Some of the racer were standing on the glowing rainbow colored road, speaking loudly among themselves. There seemed to be some pushing involved as well.
-
@EternalPhoenix Edited previous post to take out the part about the race starting, to make time for some interaction first.

Forever Boy If the others felt the need to suit up in these strange suits, then Pan would follow suit. Strapping into the same kind of suit as the one Veronica were, he was happy to lead the way outside, floating over the ground. He could have blocked the sound too, perhaps, but for now, he found it prudent to simply create an image of them not being there. They needed some way to communicate, after all. At any rate, he had to agree with Facs. "This do feel strange. I believed the castle would be filled with enemies to evade or fight." Part of him wanted to fly ahead at speed, but he was the one keeping their presence a secret, at least for now.

"Yeah, sure, sure, let me just give this thing a look. Gotta make sure its set right, make sure it doesn't take us out." Yeah, right. Make sure its turned off. Robin had decided. These were bad guys, this was a bad place, but blowing it all to pieces, in the middle of the city, with a powerful explosive like this? No way. Slipping a hand into the utility belt she had recently added, she pulled out a small device, a little scan that could help her a bit with figuring out this thing, then got to work. This thing was not just something homemade. Was somebody backing Jones? She probably wouldn't have long before Jones decided to get on her case about what she was doing, so she had to work fast. Hopefully she could work well, too... At least do something to make this thing not work anymore.
-
Well then! Gonna reach into Justice's Utility Belt and pull out a bomb disposal kit, having the Gadgets power give Justice the following power: Enhanced Trait 1 (Disable Device +4) [1PP] Disable device time! 1d20+15 = 19 Not the best, but oh well, let's see what happens!
