Her arms and legs are wrapped in dark grey and purple armor, with similar armor plating as the chest area. Her helmet has silver armor plating on the side and two small antenna on top, and a silver armor plate over her mouth, with large purple-pink one-way lenses over her eyes. Robin has also added red scarf in a brighter color to the rest of the armor. and to go with the above, please replace the three pics on Justice's profile with this: Thank you!

The guard is distracted, so you can try hiding. Notice to see you: 12 Feel free to describe how you disappear, if you stay hidden nearby or what you do.
-
GM The guard seemed suspicious. He had seen or heard it all before, or knew someone who had at least. Sure, heroes were all around, but this guy did seem somewhat new. And new heroes could make mistakes. "Wait, your name?" The guard was surprised, quickly turning to look up at the words spray painted on the train car as Talon pointed. "You're Talon?" The sound of sirens in the distance had come to a halt, and Talon and the guard could now hear the officers running across the yard.

OOC for this. Threads will be split into two with whoever goes where once action gets started. To help me keep an overview with the large number of characters, I'd appreciate if you do a quick rules summary of some of the more unusual power uses that might happen.

GM Secret Location in the Mojave Desert, Nevada March 26th, 1 PM Claremont Academy Field Trip to Danger Institute: Mojave Installation The field trip had been announced a bit suddenly, and for a rather varied group of students, spread out across the different squads: Zenith, White Lioness, Ms. Thursday, Gauss, Thunderbird, Salvo, Forever Boy and Veronica Danger, accompanied by their teacher Steph Harcourt. Why they had been the chosen students were anyone's guess, but they were promised it would be quite a treat. And of course, they would have to write an essay about the visit. It seemed that Headmistress Summers would temper any boon with a bane. But still! At first the group of students would get to on a field trip to the Danger Institute's Mojave Installation, hidden in the Mojave desert. The description of the place had been vague. The students had been told that it was a research station where Danger International studied unknown objects found across the world, kept safely away from any population centers in case any of the objects turned out to be dangerous. They would get a tour of the place, and potentially get to see some of the items of interest. As an added bonus, Headmistress Summers had pulled some strings, and the group of students found themselves arriving via teleporter pads, straight from the Freedom League. Quick and easy travel, and they wouldn't miss several days of classes to travel. That was bound to be quite an experience to the students that had not tried something like that before. As the students and Steph Harcourt appeared, they were met with a big cube of a building, 330 feet in each dimension. There were several square windows in different locations all around the building, placed seemingly randomly. As they appeared at the top of the building at the teleport pads on loan from the Freedom League, the students and the teacher could see a pair of helicopter landing pads, and a small cube with a set of doors that led into the building from the roof. At the ground level, two pairs of great doors were situated at equal spacing on each side of the building. The second thing that the students were met with were sand blowing absolutely everywhere. Not a pleasant experience, by all accounts. The third and last thing was a man with a red scarf tied over his mouth and nose, with thick goggles over his eyes. He was wearing khaki shorts and a dark grey t-shirt, and was shouting for them to get inside, leading the group to the entrance. "C'mon! The storm'll pass soon, but no reason to get caught up in it!"

Oh, this was just magnificent! Flashes, bright lights everywhere! Shadows beaten back, the very ground swallowing the Giant Krampus' feet and pulling it in, Leroy holding the big thing and the picture of the Giant Santa that Pan had created actually distracting the thing! And then Nicole soaring straight at it and it was gone! Simply mag-ni-fi-cent! Pan was all smiles. He would have danced and shouted, but he did not fully feel up to it. The hit he had taken, along with the effort necessary to create the Giant Santa, had taken its toll, even if he was not about to readily admit that. Not quite yet, at least! And he was still stuck! At least that last part was quickly rectified as Corinne freed him! Wonderful! "Ha! Free at last! Thank you!" he shouted towards Corinne, ignoring the string of swears. That was her way, he felt no need to challenge that! And Leroy! Yes, he had actually managed to hold the Krampus! Brilliant! "It was magnificent, my friend!" he shouted back, fist raised to the sky in salute. "Holding the beast! We must practice that tactic!" Finally, the headmistress. Pan generally had the distinct impression that she did not quite care for him, even as he floated closer to listen in on what was transpiring between herself, Corinne and Nicole. He was not about to let her cause them trouble, if he could help it. But perhaps he could at least lighten the situation some? A loud "Ho ho ho!" echoed from above, as the Giant Santa began to make a move around, pointing out the various students and declaring them all to be "Nice!" one by one.

GM As luck would have, or rather maybe bad luck, Robin was being followed, without having noticed at all. While she turned down a street, a figure followed her. A large figure, easily 7 feet tall. Broad over the shoulders, though his body was hidden under a heavy, albeit ragged brown coat. It had rips and stains, some a peculiar dark red color, almost turned brown in places. He seemed His head was hidden under a wide hat, hiding him from anyone above. The figure was moving with some difficulty, but still seemed to keep up with his target, slowly getting closer and closer.

Justice Robin had heard the rumors. In particular, Ms. Doors had been talking at her again, telling her all about how somebody was doing the city a favor by taking the homeless off the streets. She was all heart and love, that Ms. Doors. If Robin didn't suspect that Ms. Doors wasn't any deeper than a shallow pond, she would have half expected her to actually try leading Robin towards trouble that could stand to face some justice. So now she was walking down the streets of Bethlehem Heights, dressed in a dark hoodie pulled up over her head, a baseball cap under it, some worn jeans, a pair of running shoes, trying her best to look like someone that it would actually be worth jumping. Of course, she was also wearing the dark red domino masked she had taken to wearing when she hadn't activated her armor. No reason to try giving herself away too easily. Just had to be a matter of time, right? Spend enough evenings here and someone was either going to jump her, or she would hopefully hear something.

Robin put the cookie jar down at the table before turning to Anna as she talked. No, this was not the time for cookies. Really not. She could recognize the determination in Anna's voice, even if the anger scared her a bit. Not that she blamed Anna. If Neutron Industries had done this to her, then she had every right to be angry. Every right to want to get back at them. She bit back her own righteous anger at seeing Anna like this. She was bright, she was smart. Probably even more so than Robin, and to see her like this, struggling to even get her words out? It was scary as hell. "I'm so, so sorry, but what happened? What did they do to you at that place?" She wanted to help. But she had to do it right.

So, who to listen to? The Fae, the Black Rose, the Mushroom King or the Mushroom Men? So many choices, neither of them friendly and happy as all get out? Maybe buy them some time! "Perhaps he do have some manner of cure that could help you, my dear Black Rose! But did you not hear what the Fun Guy said? Tell them jokes, and they will make you king! Sounds just like the thing for you!" And this man did not seem like he he actually liked to be here. Maybe cutstab the fungi instead of the fun guy? Could that be the thing to do here? Pan did not like to to start the fighting without knowing all the pieces on the board, after all. "Captain Boddyflock, it does not appear that the fun guy is as fun as one might have believed at first glance. Or that he is having any fun, for that matter. Perhaps it is in order to hear what he has to say? He might help you with the cutstabbing, if given half the chance?"

GM Miss Thorne giggled at the question, and shrugged. "Its like, you see all those people and kids on television? And they're all just running around and have nothing and everyhing? All that used to be so big and important. The news used to talk about it all the time, right? But not so much anymore. You don't really talk about that much, do you, Mr. Brand?" She emphasized the mister again. It sounded rehearsed, a way of speaking that she had spent hours practicing. "Just because we don't just speak about it all the time doesn't mean a problem goes way, right? So, I guess I'm just trying to do better. To help the people that's been forgotten." It was probably not entirely true. As far as Buddy knew, Thorne was well meaning, but she did tend to switch causes that she would champion at the drop of a hat. Anything that was a popular cause, had recently been, or would be. Tricia Thorne wanted to do good, sure. But she also wanted to be seen doing it.

Pan held up his finger, as a child that wanted to get the teacher's attention. "Excuse me! Before there are any signing to be done, I do believe that the the signing person, in this case Salvo here, should have the chance to properly read a contract, while discussing the matters of the contract with their representative, which would in this case be myself and Gauss." He made a quick bow while standing in mid-air, a devilish grin playing over his lips before he continued. "And of course, we must have privacy to discuss these matters! And make any amendments to the contract, if we find ourselves disagreeing! It is only fair, if you are to be given a powerful artifact that can make a difference in hell, then we must be able to make the proper preparations and make sure that we can live up to our end of the deal. In privacy, of course." He could already see glaring holes in the contract as it was spoken, even if not in the written one. All depended on the wording. And if nothing else, then perhaps Pan could use Baal's own words against him, if they were to rewrite the contract.

Going for a Bluff to get Baal to hand over the contract so they can read it all together, even the small print, and give them a moment to confer without him listening in. Bluff: 1d20+21 = 22+10 = 32 I... will spend a HP to reroll that. New bluff: 1d20+21 = 38+10 = 48. Much better!

Wait, was that Jones the Janitor? What was he doing here? As far as Robin knew, he was "just" the janitor, not really any connection at all Anna. Then again, it wasn't like she knew everything about everyone at the university. And Jones might just be checking up on Anna, but he moved so fast, so angry, so... Robin really shouldn't care about him right now, should she? She was here to see Anna. "Hey Anna. Yeah, that's right. We had a few classes together, think we did a project or two. How are you doing? I heard you got in an accident and ended up here, so I came to check on you."[/color] She held up the cookie jar up to show it. "I brought some of my dad's cookies, they're great." Anna really didn't look good. What had happened to her to mess her up this bad?

"Well, yes. Cutstabbing is good and all, but do why exactly? Look upon the fun guy, sitting in the midst of the fungi. Does he appear happy to you? Does it appear that he wishes to be here?" He did look quite disgusting, however. All those fungal infections did not do the man any favors, did they now? But the fungi wanted another? Well, that could buy them some time, at least. He made another illusion, throwing his voice to the other side of the room. "Where do you hold a catshow? A mewseum!"

GM Miss Thorne had been moving around, mingling with her guests as one would expect of a gracious host. And she was good at playing the host. A glass of champagne in her hand, she turned away from the young man on her arm to face Buddy instead. "Oh, Mr. Brand! I absolutely love your show! I would love to!" She seemed at least somewhat affected by the champagne. Not drunk, but perhaps a bit tipsy. Enough to slur her speech a little bit, but she seemed to be still here. She quieted down a bit, backing down from the glee of seeing Mr. Brand and returning to a bit more proper behaviour. She was the host, after all. "How are you doing this evening, Mr. Brand? I hope that you have been able to make at least a small contribution to the refugees."
-
From that roll: There's not really anything you've heard about Miss Thorne not being as squeaky clean as she seems to be, but there's rumors that she's not really putting as much into the charities as she claims.

GM "Investigating?" The guard seemed hesitant, but he had been doing this for a long time, and he had lived in Freedom City even longer. He knew all about super heroes being around and investigating crime scenes. He still kept the gun on the hero in front of him. You could never really tell what side someone in a cape would be in at first sight, could you? "So, you're a hero, then? Who are you supposed to be? I'm pretty sure that you're not the Raven, his gear's different."
-
Sorry Heri, but with Key MIA, I've got 8 characters on including Pan, so I'll stick with the Cube, TA, ZB, Tiff, Azuth, KD and Thev. Any more and the threads would get way too confusing. And I'm hoping to get this started this week.

GM A high-rise apartment on 64th Street, overlooking Liberty Park March 15th, 8 PM Miss Tricia Thorne, head of the Thorne Foundation, socialite and all around rich woman had it all. She was young, she was beautiful, she was popular, and she was so very rich. And she was a good person, too! At only 20, she had started the Thorne Foundation after her parents died tragically in a skiing accident in Norway, using both her own money and donations to help whatever cause was most in at the moment, whatever would get her the most headlines and recognition for her effort to and attempts to help everyone! This evening, the beautiful young blonde, now just 25 years old, was hosting a gala for the rich and famous, with all proceeds from the evening going to aid the refugees of the Middle-East. It might not be the hottest and most in topic right now, but Tricia Thorne was bringing it back! And of course, she had informed all the media, from TV stations to bloggers, and even some of the people that still worked on those old newspapers and magazines! See, Tricia wanted to be inclusive of everyone! The gala was held in the 64th street apartment. Well, apartment was putting it lightly. It was quite a large place, with her owning several of the upper floors, including the huge ballroom at the very top floor. A multitude of round tables were placed around the room now, with an overly large see through trophy in the middle of the room. While it was slightly golden in color, it was clearly just made of glass. It was filled with money, mostly as a publicity stunt. A staircase led to the top of the trophy, where any of the rich and famous could walk up to throw their money in, which was of course just symbolic of their actual donations. Or so they said. Camera crews surrounded the area, which was by now filled with people. There was a slight lull in the festivities now that the main dish had been finished, while they waited for Miss Tricia Thorne, dressed in a beautiful black dress to symbolize her sorrow at the plight of the refugees, to make a speech. Well, once she finished talking with the handsome young man at her table. And one such guest from the media was one Buddy Brand.
