Spaceman Parker is ready to strike again. Draco is obviously the most dangerous one here, not that the others are pushovers. Consuelo got them weakened, he just has to follow up and then they talk, there's the loud voice of someone named Paradox, they're gone and everything is fine. All the damage around them is undone. Carmen voices it first. Where did they go? Parker is about to ask the same thing when he feels something at his collar. Paper? He reaches for it and, there's a phone number. One of the Starblights? "Paradox took them, whoever that is," he says to Carmen. He is stating the obvious, of course. "More than just a teleporter, from the looks of it." He looks at the piece of paper, then around at the others. "Do you have any idea who they were? I've never heard of them before."

The STORMCROW "I wouldn't know about powers and how they change things, y'know, but I'm sure it can't be easy." It must be hard work to learn how to use powers. Not that Charlie doesn't know about putting in hard work, but that's a bit less about control. He grins at Michael as he stands up. "We'll see what happens. It's always good to have contact info if you need it, but gotta establish the Guardians a bit on our own, and besides, you should listen to the headmistress and stay in school." He says the last bit with a grin. It's not like Michael has any idea who the headmistress really is. "Any last questions, then?"

GHOST The kid's smart, Casper's gotta give him that. "Exactly. Before I came up with these, I had to take a wild guess and then hope I didn't end up somewhere I didn't wanna go." Accidentally running through the locker rooms at his school during his first fight with Ecto? That did not do anything to help his reputation at the time. At the mentions of the kitchen appliances, he looks longingly in the direction for a moment. He wouldn't mind a snack, but nah, the kid's not gonna be interested in anything like that. He'll want the bigger, more exciting stuff, so, instead, he turns to the elevators and the kid's question. "Pulleys and counter weights wouldn't work if the artificial gravity in here goes out," he notes, "Gravitational alteration's possible, but it's a big thing to fix if you need to get around, so, dunno. Could be it. Or maybe just something simple, like an engine or something. Honestly, I wouldn't even begin to guess what Daedelus cooks up here."

GHOST Casper smiles behind his mask, before moving to the box. He should probably take it off, but they are outside, and even if Grim knows who he is, well... Then it would have to be a regular date, and this is something that he can do that not a lot of others can do. "Well... I was thinking long and hard about it, and, y'know, I think I came up with the perfect dish." He opens the box and pulls out... One of Lenny's Superdawgs with mustard, onions, relish and sauerkraut, quickly placing it on her plate, and one with everything and extra onions for himself. Just like what they got the first time they teamed up. "Champagne?"

Spaceman Parker just stares at Lawrence with how casually he talks about time travel, going to space, famous super heroes just showing up to set up time travel proof defenses like its some kind standard security... It's not like Parker has lived a normal life, not with parents' like his, and he has seen his fair share of super advanced technology and weird places, but even then, it was always something special, and Lawrence? It's just Tuesday. Again, when Quirk is mentioned, something about him bothers Parker, but he is not sure what exactly. "... You've lived a very strange life, my friend," he finally decides on as his reaction, while Michael is getting all excited about, well, everything that Lawrence just said.

Spaceman "Should I... stay back here?" Parker asks Consuelo, peeking out from behind the bag as she puts the chewing gum on it. Honestly, he is a bit worried, after that last hit. Sure, she did it on purpose, and she seems to be focusing and concentrating, so... he sticks there. He can trust her to try, at least. The gum is gone in a moment. She has control, she is doing it, but... the shadows, the distortion, it sticks around. She got it, right? She's got control of it... right? "Consuelo? You got this." Show that he trusts her. At the same time, small crackling black energy begins to rise from Parker as he begins to power up himself. He wasn't ready her last hit. He is getting ready now.

Spaceman Parker shakes his head when Baz bounces off with Mizuki to take those swim classes. Yeah, that might be a good idea, or he'll end up running himself ragged pulling him out of the water all the time. Vueriz, he knows, but Ryan and the guy that shifts to blue skin? He has seen them around campus, but not much else. Like Lawrence, Parker is obviously worried about Vueriz and her reaction to the heat, as he approaches. "Come on, let's you inside. I'm sure there's AC, right Lawrence?"

GM "What? No? No! You can't leave me here! You can't...!" Somehow, Ms. Scorpion finds the strength to try to struggle again. It is not enough. She does not have the strength, as much as she might try. "You're wrong! You're all wrong! Come back here! Come back here!" Chump is silent as he moves in. He stares at Casanova, considers what to do. He can't punch his friend. Despite everything he has done, he can't bring himself to attack Sebastian. Instead, he turns towards the Conqueror Worm, and with a shout, he punches the Conqueror Worm in the face. It doesn't even phase him. The Puppets, those not held back, swarm over Nightscale, Ghule and Multi-GIrl, trying to latch onto them, weigh them down, pull them away to lets others get past to their master. The Conqueror Worm places a hand on Shift chest as she struggles to contain him. And he pushes. Sickly green light begins to shine from his palm where he pushes it against her. She begins to smell herself melting. "I will hollow you out and wear you as my armor."

The STORMCROW Charlie stares at Leon for a moment as he arrives in the middle of them and declares that Casanova is the issue. How do they do that, then? Knocking him out was not enough. Killing him? No, they can't do that... He hates magic. He doesn't know nearly enough about it. All this mystic crap. It doesn't make any sense. "Shadowborne! Nightscale! You heard Paper! You're the magic people, can you do anything to sever that connection? Everyone else, keep them safe while they do that!"

Stormcrow does full round action to give more inspiration. Ms. Scorpion tries to break the Snare. Give me a DC18 TOU save for the Snare (remember its rank 15 because of your crit) @Spacefurry Chump tries to punch the Conqueror Worm: 20 That's enough to hit, since Shift holds him. TOU save for the Conqueror Worm, vs. DC31: 40, nope! With the Puppets being Entangled, they can only hit 3 out of the 4 they have previously attacked, so let's see who they get between Ghule, Multi-Girl, Nightscale and Shadowborne: 1 3 1 (Ghule and Nightscale), rerolling between Multi-Girl and Shadowborne: 1, that's Multi-Girl. So @Lone_Star, @Nerdzul and @Thevshi give me a DC17 Reflex Save vs. Area, then a DC13 or 17 Reflex Save vs. Snare as they simply try to grab on and hold on to you all. Space Ranger III "Nothing too advanced," J'onn responds without looking away from the controls, as he moves closer. "Can keep it hovering and trailing once we're close enough. Tether it, y'know." The Star Lance descends towards the asteroid, until they are close enough, without landing. He flicks a switch, presses a few buttons on a screen and then turns and stands up. "C'mon, you think I'm gonna be sitting around and letting you have all the fun?" He grins, pushes a button on his belt and his helmet materializes, while he goes to a compartment and pulls out his jetpack. "Lead the way, Star Knights."

GHOST "These old things?" Ghost asks Artificer, tapping his goggles. "Sure. Can't really buy x-ray goggles down the street here." Not something a lot of people tend to notice, but this kid does seem a like a tech head. As soon as they reach the recovery rooms, he launches into questions and talking with one of the crew. Casper can only smile under his mask. Yeah, alright, it is very interesting, but maybe he's just grown used to this whole thing. He haven't been to outer space, not like that, but he's met Lor before. He leans in near Velocity, letting the kid ramble what he needs. "Daedelus built this? Did he leave blueprints or anything so other people can keep the tech running without him?"

Spaceman Parker moves to the side, letting Consuelo pass him and move in to strike Draco. They got this. She's powerful, but they can take her down, they just... and then the big one, Taurus, is right there, in the middle of them, taking the hit. She takes it better than he thought someone would take a hit like that, but... she's weakened, but still, Draco blasts at him. Parker throws his arms up at the last moment, then pushes off to the side to redirect the blast away, to avoid taking the brunt of it. He should hit Draco back, try to take her down, but... "Too bad I'm not interested in you at all, Draco." Working together is the way to go here. Even before Golden Star calls out for him to do it, Spaceman is moving. He closes the distance between himself and Taurus that Rot is blocking, reappearing to the left of her, just a bit above. He is already lifting his right leg and comes down on her, smashing into her with all of his strength from above when he connects. The blow sends her flying, crashing along the floor, before he turns towards Draco and stares and... fails to grab hold of her. Damn. Too much happening, it's too difficult to grab hold and hold her.

I'm gonna surge and spend a HP to negate the fatigue, then Parker is gonna attack Draco with a Paralyze: 13 As confirmed on discord, that'll miss even flat-footed, but oh well!

TOU save for Spaceman: 29 To keep things moving, I'll take Spaceman's action. Since Taurus is down to -12 TOU, Parker is going to punch her: 18 DC23 TOU save if it hits, otherwise I will reroll. I will try to establish grapple if that hits: 52 And applying Chokehold for a DC10 Suffocation Effect. I might do something more depending on how Taurus rolls.

The STORMCROW Charlie smiles at Vik. "Give it a shot, alright? At least, you'll have a place to crash." He has felt the tension change, though, with Leon making his entrance from inside the mansion. Muirne arrives. She can obviously feel the sudden tension too. Pol, after recovering from Luke's hug, tries to defend Charlie, but Leon obviously isn't having any of it. Charlie stares back at Leon, his eyes focus, his brows furrowing. He does not seem to be happy with the comments in any way. And then, he speaks, and his expression softens. "You're absolutely right, Leon. I did suddenly vanish without a word. It wasn't how I wanted to go, and I didn't want to stay out of touch for that long, but it was something I had to do." He doesn't make any move to get closer to Leon or anyone else. "I know that there's been a lot of differences between how you and I have been doing things, but as much as I have bent and broken them, there's rules to working within the framework that I have. You don't get to work with the Raven or learn from all the past Ravens without following those rules: When the Raven tells you to go, you go." He looks around at the others too. "Almost all the time I've been gone, I have spent abroad with the Raven, doing my best to chase down the House of Usher. Every. Single. Member. If just one got away, they would start all over." He looks back to Leon. "You remember the House of Usher, right? They had fingers in pretty much everything here, and they were just going to make everything worse if they had their choice. I got back months ago, but honestly? I was scared to go and meet you, in case you would react like, well, this. I don't blame you. At all. I'm truly sorry for however I hurt any of you for just disappearing like that, but I couldn't stay away when I found out that Shields had Muirne and others like that, and I wasn't about to try and keep that secret from the rest of you."" He looks around at everyone else, turning to make sure everyone sees him. His normally controlled voice is starting to crack with emotion. He hadn't even told Shift this, during their time working together to design and build this place. Then, he turns back to Leon. "I know you scoff at my codenames and all that, and taking a new name instead of Nevermore, but with the Raven family, that graduation is a big deal. It means that I get to make my own rules now. I don't have to do what the Raven says all the time, but I got their backing, and that means... I have access to places like this." He gestures around. "I found Pol a few months ago, and we worked together on making this place. Remember all that I talked about us forming our own team, and making it big? This is the start of that. This isn't my place. This isn't my headquarters. It is for us. All of us."

GM Ms. Scorpion stares at Paper as he talks it through and considers it. The moment that he mentions the Conqueror Worm piggybacking off Casanova, her eyes go wide and worried. With the paper yanked away from her mouth, she grunts, then looks up at him with a faltering smile. "Y-you're wrong! Casanova's part is d-done! He's not important anymore! The Conqueror Worm just doesn't want to hurt any of his faithful! Like me! Or Casanova!"

GHOST Casper has, to tell the truth, become pretty used to Grim showing up out of the blue like that. He doesn't even jump anymore, but he still smiles under his mask. And that dress. She really knows how to dress. Better than Casper, at least. "Now you're just making me feel self conscious about just wearing my costume..." he mutters, but there's a hint of a joke to his voice. "Well..." he begins, moving towards the table and moving out a chair, holding it for her. "I figured we never got to finish our dance from the christmas party, so, why not do something to try and make up for that? I even got the music ready." He motions with his head towards a small speaker with his phone plugged in. "But it'd be nice to make it a real date, if you're up for it?" They had been dancing around it for a while, hadn't they? The party had been the final push that made Casper want to get over that part.

Spaceman Damnit, Carmen. Parker has no idea if he could get these Starblights to calm down or not, but he was trying, at least, and there's no way it will work out when everyone starts brawling all around him. Blasts flying all around them, everything is chaos and Consuelo manages to tag the one in purple. Draco? She does not like that. Parker can almost feel the power coming off her as she charges up. Consuelo can probably take it, but... Spaceman disappears from the ground, reappearing between Rot and Consuelo, arms folded in front of his head, he focuses, decreases the blasts distance, making sure it only hurts him and doesn't get past to Consuelo. It hurts. Whoever these Starblights are, they're damn powerful. But its nothing that Parker can't handle. "Wrong. You don't get to touch her." His arms are sore from the blast, but he throws stances himself, like Crimson Tiger showed and puts his hips into it, throwing a punch that closes the distance between himself and Draco to deliver a blow to her guts. Still, as she tries to grab on to her, she is too strong and manages to slip away.

Spaceman "You could just ask Lawrence about that?" Parker offers Consuelo. This is the first time he has heard anything about that, but anything dealing with time? Lawrence is the person that he would go to before anyone else. "So you're from another galaxy, not just another world?" he asks. "I can see why you would have trouble getting the technology you need. How different are things from here? I mean, you like vaguely like us, but everything else around us might be very different for you?"

The STORMCROW Charlie raises an eyebrow to the statement about what he might or might not know. Of course he knows. He did say that he had looked into Michael, and most of accomplishments were public knowledge, after all. "Don't push it, then. If you're in doubt, back off. See what happens. Or, better yet, talk with the people around you. Consider what everyone else is feeling, too. I've done plenty to hurt my friendships, whether I meant to or not, so if you push them too much? Apologize, and do better. It's a learning experience for all of us, y'know."

The STORMCROW Charlie gives Bernie a wide smile, turning so that his front is to her while he walks backwards towards Ghule. "When have I ever disappointed you, aside from the whole disappearing act?" He holds his arms out to the sides as he smiles as Bernie, before he turns around and instead moves to approach Ghule. He nods and grins at Luke, who has moved on to Shift, responds to the bear hug promise or threat with "Wouldn't miss it, buddy," before he reaches Ghule, standing a few few in front of her. "Sooo, yeah. The number." He keeps grinning. He is obviously happy about the situation so far, even if it isn't everyone there yet. "I was trained by some of the world's greatest detectives. A number is one of my easiest tricks, but, that's not really the important bit here. Right now, you are. See, when we crashed Casanova's party, you were an unknown. I didn't know you were there, didn't know you were anything more than the regular people that Casanova bossed around, and then, when everything went to hell, what did you do? You fought like hell to do the right thing and stop the Conqueror Worm. And, y'know, I think that counts for something." He looks around at the rest of them. "So, I looked you up, and you're supposed to be dead, which I guess that's where the whole Zombie Queen bit comes from, right? You wanted to do good, you got killed for it, now you're back, and you've been on your own." He pauses for just a moment. "So, how about joining up with us? You don't need to answer yet or anything, I'm gonna give the grand tour and tell everyone all about it once everyone's here."

The STORMCROW Charlie smirks back at Bernie and Ghule at team split. "I mean, sure, if you want to lose that badly, then I'm game." He is still spinning his blaster on his finger at he talks, not even looking at it. "So, first of all, this is just for fun. Only rewards for victory are bragging rewards. We're out in public, no masks or anything, so no powers, and I'm not gonna use any of my gadgets or tools. That means you, Leon. And I guess it'll be me, Luke, Leon and Pol going up against Bernie, Muirne and Vik, yeah?" He looks around at others. "We're playing for points. If you get hit, you go back to your start zone and gotta work your way out from that again. No spawn camping. Everyone clear?"
