GM Trawler groaned in Nightscale's mouth, slowly regaining his faculties. Blow after blow rained down on Fearmaster. First the young Raven-Girl, then the Raven-Boy. He was utterly confused. What was this, did Raven have fans? Or had he started training his own army of children to fight for him? The thought was anything but comforting to the man as he tried, and failed, to escape. "N-no! You will not stop us! We can't let you stop us!" Ghastly images began to appear before the two young Ravens. Their greatest fears began to take form.

Nevermore II Charlie grinned as Callie's hit connected. He shifted the staff slightly, the electric charge dying out. Alright, the guy was tough, he had fought the first Raven, back in his prime, but still... Charlie kept the fanboying back, but this was just too cool. Fighting one of Mr. Summers' old rogues, and not only that, they were winning. "Go low, I'll go high," he shouted to Callie, then planted his staff into the ground. Catapulting himself over Fearmaster, Nevermore swung his staff at the back of his head.

Nevermore II Charlie hadn't dealt with anybody that could teleport before, but he had run some wargames. They needed to catch her unaware, right? "We gotta catch her off guard if we're gonna have a chance before she pops out again, right?" Charlie asked. His mind was already racing. "Got my drones. They're not easy to spot, we'll use them to look ahead." They had to make sure she didn't run the moment she spotted them. "My snares won't work. We gotta make sure she doesn't move. We gotta hit her hard and fast, keep her off balance. Unless we figure out how her powers work, if she needs line of sight to where she goes or whatever, the best bet is taking her down before she tries anything. I got my stun staff, I got some ravenrangs and I can bind her. I kinda doubt tying her up is gonna help any."

ROCKET "Chemistry?" Jay was shifting a bit from foot to foot. He could keep up with Melissa's rapidly speeding words, it was easy. Nothing like when him and uncle Johhny talked a super speed or anything like that. If he tuned his perception juuust right it even sounded like she was talking normally. "I mean, I dabble (well, I kinda dabble in a lot of things I guess), but I'm more of a physics guy. Even before all, this." He gestured to himself. Jay looked thoughtful for a brief second. "If you can't get rid of the discharge problem, then how about storing it? Use a lightning rod or something to catch it all, soak it up and use the power for something else? Win-win, you shrink stuff and you get free-ish energy?" They were late, weren't they? He should probably get in there. "So... wanna go in? I haven't been here before, I was interviewed back home, I'm kinda excited to see what it looks like." He offered his arm. Be nice and polite, right? Just like uncle Johnny taught him.

FREEDOM EAGLE ∞ Oh, this was not good. This was so not good. James was falling, the giant Aliengator drone was holding on to him with one massive hand and was trying to bite him, even mid-fall. That was... that was really not ideal! How had he gotten into this situation in the first place? Fighting the Aliengator Swarm on his own? That was... that was bad! Like, really bad! "Bird! I need wings, right now!" he shouted, desperation clear in his voice. Golden wings spread out from his star-spangled armor, cutting the Aliengator's hand and forcing him to let go. Stopping his fall, he hovered for a second and watched the Aliengator crash into the ground. That... that was not going to be enough, was it? He paused for a moment, then dove towards the ground, coming in fast and skidding a few feet across the ground, his golden wings stretched out. "Alright, come on then! I'm ready for you this time!"

GM TOMORROW! The mighty beast tore through the hallways, running after the young man clad in red, white, blue and gold armor. The mighty Aliengator ran its claws through the wall as the Freedom Eagle blasted at it. He had reached his goal, a swirling circular portal, large enough to bring an army. He held a hand out towards it, and it came to life, a swirling rainbow portal opening. The Freedom Eagle turned just in time to see the massive humanoid alien alligator come running at him, grasping him and pushing him into the portal, leaving the empty hallways behind. The Sky Above the Millenium Mall April 24th, 4PM, 2021 An otherwise nice and quiet day at the Millenium Mall was interrupted. The sky above the mall crackled with rainbow energies and multicolored lightning. A massive circular portal in all the swirling colors of the rainbow opened, releasing two falling figures. The portal closed immediately. The larger, a large humanoid alligator clad in a white armor that left its arms, tail and face free, was grappling the smaller, clad in red, white, blue and gold. The smaller figure managed to kick himself free, spreading out golden wings to stop his fall, while the monster fell to the ground. Seemingly unharmed, aside from parts of its armor starting to break, the creature stood and roared to the sky. Of course, the winged man was not the only hero at the scene!

GHOST "Eh, to be fair, bank robberies tend to be Midas' M.O. in general, so... doesn't narrow it down too much (gotta wonder about why a guy like that wants to steal gold from banks of all places, but eh)." Ghost didn't sound uninterested, but he did seem kind of bored as he listened to Chimera's explanation. So, Freestyle? He'd heard of her. Some kind of industrial spy on roller skates or something like that. Casper hadn't actually fought her or anything, but yeah, she was a bad guy alright. "I've heard worse reasons." Ghost reached up to his goggles and adjusted them, activating the X-Ray. Some people were inside. "Sounds like a pretty standard grab and run on her part. Guess she got away from you or something like that?" He paused briefly, then stood up and stretched his back. He glanced briefly down at Chimera. She was new at this. That much was clear. Young, too, but at least she wasn't a kid. "Alright. So you got a reason, but not good enough that you wanna get caught, right?" He should just leave it alone. Chimera'd be fine. She'd learn, maybe get caught, maybe... Yeah, alright. He was not gonna leave it alone. "So, how do you wanna do this? What do you know about the place? Found somewhere you can get in there?"

Let's see if Ghost knows about Freestyle. Well-Informed Gather Information: 25 Yep, he's heard of her!

GHOST Ah, dammit. What was that? Some kind of purple mist? Mind control or something? Hadn't he heard about something like that before? Casper couldn't place it, but the way the guy just willingly laid down on the ground like that and let Purple Haze take over his set? That didn't really sound like something a DJ would do, right? The host? Casper looked around, then pulled back towards a wall while he reached into his jacket and pulled out a white mask and a pair of goggles. Nobody looking, nobody cared about the 30-something that really didn't belong here. He pulled back into the wall and disappeared.

GM The young woman chuckled, holding a hand up in front of her mouth. "Aw, Luke and Leon? That's adorable." She seemed interested alright, moving in closer to them, but making sure not to get too close to either. "You guys are some kinda heroes, huh?" She licked her lips, moving closer and lightly placed a hand on first Luke's shoulder, then another on Leon's. "That's cool. I like heroes." She moved her hands down their arms, to their hands and pulled them along. "I'm Holly. Come on, let's dance." The man in the purple coat moved through the crowds, towards the DJ. He smiled as he watched Holly, Luke and Leon. Getting to the DJ, he whispered something into his ear. A small purple mist flowed from his mouth. The DJ looked stunned for a second, then slowly moved down to the ground while the man took over the computer. He grinned as he aprubtly switched the music to a heavy trance number. "Hello! Everybody! You can call me Purple Haze and I'm your host for the night! Hope you're enjoying the party! So how about we kick it up a notch!?" He was met with cheers from the crowds as the dancing and partying continued.

GM The guard yelled something as Blackstaff's magic crackled around him, but he was too fast, twisting out of the way. He was moving fast, straight towards Blackstaff, but not fast enough. The Carnifex caught him with a single blow, and the man fell breathless to the ground. It seemed like things were at peace, but then... yells from inside the buildings. Their victory might have been swift, but it had not been silent. More Takazumi-gumi were on the way.

REBELLION The nightmare tore through the guards below, taking them down with ease. It was powerful. Not something that came from someone with nice dreams. He would have to watch this one. His white eyes glowed lightly as he took a step towards the edge of the roof and looked at her once. "Rebellion." Then he stepped off. He disappeared before he reached the ground. And then, he moved. Use the chaos, use the distraction. Let the dreamers and magicians and nightmares deal with the Takazumi-gumi. Moving carefully, taking as much time as he felt he could, the invisible Rebellion slipped into the building.

Rebellion switches his Terror Array to Terror Morph and activates his Concealment, then moves inside. There's no guards visible outisde at the moment aside from the two on the gound, so... Little Mermaid II That... wasn't so big. Not so big that Mette couldn't make the water deep enough, at least. She almost deflated entirely at the last bit. Right, of course, they had to just subdue them, figure out what was wrong... not nearly as easy as fighting some rampaging sea monster. Those she could just punch. "We can get there. Right?" She looke over at Klara. Sure, she could run or jump or just swim there or something, but she was pretty sure that Klara had some tricks too. "So, point us in the right direction?"

GHOST "Didn't I see you at that thing with Midas back in December? Really doesn't look like you're supposed to be here, huh?" Casper was pretty sure this was a good guy, but... yeah, who knew? She seemed damn nervous, so maybe not, or maybe this was just her first time doing something like whatever she was supposed to be doing. Ghost floated down from above, landing at the roof next to Chimera and looking ahead at the building. He kneeled next to Chimera and looked ahead. "Bastion Tech, huh? So, what're you up to, then? Turning bad? Looking for a lead or something?"

GM Work began. And continued. For how long did they work? It was difficult to tell. Time seemed to flow and ebb. Some times, they would accomplish great things, taking great strides, all in the manner of an afternoon. Others, they would be stalled for half a day, with no end in sight. If Eira worked tirelessly, then the good doctor did the same. Somehow, he never seemed to need to rest, never seemed to sleep. He watched, he learned, and soon, he could work magic much like Eira, creating machines and wonders far beyond what he was capable of mere days before. *tock* The automaton army grew. Slowly, but surely, machines were transformed into something more, something greater. And on and on, in the distance, the drums of war marched ever closer. Some times, they could heard the sounds of explosions. Some times, Eira could almost swear she heard a clock, slowly counting down. *tick* How much time had passed? Days, weeks? It was difficult to tell. The army stood ready. The army that had been created by Katastroff and Frankenstein. Ranks upon ranks of automatons stood before them. Victor smiled. The same self-assured smile that Eira had seen so many times now. "The Sky Pirates stand at our door, Miss Katastroff. This... this will have to do." He brushed his hair back. "Time grows short, Miss Katastroff. You have aided Victori, so tell me... what do you require in return?" *tock*

GM "STOP! EATING! HIM!" The Beekeeper was clearly still panicking, pulling the trigger again and again, raining electric blows all over Nightscale's dragon body. He was far more freaked out than even Trawler, taking it far worse that one of his allies was being used as a chew toy than the actual chew toy. Red Death stared at the shadow monster in front of him. The shadow claws raking across his chest, he pulled up the gas gun in his right hand and aimed it directly at the beast's face. A stream of red gas shot out of it, directly into Shadowborne's face. Stepping back, confident in his weapon, Red Death started moving away, towards the buildings. "I have no time for this."
