We will need to get to her to do that, anyway. Harming her will lower the clock as well. Current setup: There are platforms to move between, pieces of the Goodman Building from the other reality, and we are currently around 100 feet away from the large chunk that half of the woman is above. She is surrounded by the 4 holes in reality. They are close around her, so any area attacks will likely hit her too!

GM The machine continues to run. "Still running... sorry, it's taking a bit, but yeah, I'm getting some great readings here. Looks real different." Tracy sounds excited, with a large number of text running over her screens, while the image of Iris' mind continue to light up in different areas. Suddenly, Iris has a distinct feeling that something is wrong. There is a whisper at the back of her head, a voice that cannot quite make out, with a slight echo. A voice in her mind, one that the others cannot hear. As the machine continues the scan, the voice slowly begins to rise in volume, and finally, Iris begins to make out the words. found you Almost as soon as she can make out the words, sparks fly from the helmet and Tracy screams.

GM The Centurion looks at La Puma Negra. She seems unsteady on her feet. Maybe she is concussed? She shakes her head. "A cave?" She seems as confused as Carmen about it. "You... you're not from this time. You smell wrong. There's... your aura. It's so different." She shakes her again. "Ugh... Look, over there." She raises her hand, pointing towards the distance, where Carmen can see flashes and hear the sounds of the fight. "Superior is free. After thousand years, he's free. He has torn down the Freedom League. We can't stop him now." Her words are stumbling, like she has trouble finding them. Superior's soldiers are clearly not ready for the multiple girls that suddenly appear in the middle of their numbers, punching and kicking at them. Caught of guard, several are driven back, though others fight back, starting to shot and punch at Bernadette's duplicates. Superior sneers, looking down at the fight below him. "And yet, the Centurion of old is gone, while I am still here, free once more." He does not seem particularly inclined to help his soldiers. "No, no! We're all getting out of here right now!" Dr. Macedon says, taking hold of Bernadette's dupe and pulling on her arm. "All of us, right now! You are not going to try to fight Superior! I'm supposed to keep you all safe, and I won't let him kill you!" She shouts, hoping the rest of the students will hear her. "We'll find Carmen and get the hell out of here right now!"

Actually... I think we will move outside of actual rolls for combat here and instead move to just descriptions. I'll admit that's on me not really feeling this (potential) fight, but I'd rather do it freeform-ish than just end the thread. You can fight, you can talk, whichever you prefer. You can most likely take out or stop some of the soldiers with relative ease, but Superior of course basically being unstoppable. Just let me post once between everyone doing a post. If there's something specific you'd like to have happen or an effect, feel free to let me know here in the OOC.

BOUNCE! Mattie opens her mouth, like she is about to say something. Then closes it again, looking at Lynn, like she gives what her friend just said a second thought, wrapping her mind around it. "I, uh... I'm not really sure what that means? But... are you alright?" She looks back at Lynn with a wide-eyed expression. It's more than clear that she understands that it is something big and important, and probably something that weighs heavily on Lynn, but she's grown up far from all the super people in the big cities, and well, she guesses she still has a lot to learn.

Spaceman Parker shrugs at Michael's explanation. Alright, that's fine, but he knows his friend well enough to know what he might consider doing, but still, gives him some time with Iris and... well, he did not see that coming. "Sorry, I know we didn't exactly have the same experiences growing up, I shouldn't you just know anything, anyway..." Before Michael returns with the snacks, Parker has led Iris towards a House of the Dead II machine, with a pair of red guns attached. The screen is showing zombies in old graphics moving around, attacking, people running around shooting them, a classic demo reel. "So, basically, we grab these guns and shoot the zombies before they get us. Some of them just shamble around, some of them do different things. I think it's called light guns, since the screen registers where we point and shoot. We have to work together, but it also counts individual points for us, I think. Want to give it a try?"

GM The Scarecrow stares at the credentials that its target has procured. It tilts it head slightly, puzzled by the sight, as it takes in the target's explanation. It appears that the Scarecrow is indeed without a brain, as it slowly retracts to its former state, a much more standard humanoid scarecrow, rather than the twisted abomination that it had become. "Credentials approved." It turns around and walks away without another word, leaving Haven and the bartender behind.

The STORMCROW Charlie takes a moment to appreciate everyone being here, despite the tensions he had caused with his own disappearance, and, well... it's nice to see everyone here. Even if there's fewer people actually living in the mansion that he'd like, but he's not about to start forcing anyone to do something they won't. Moving towards the couch, he grinned at Leon's little barb while he picked up a few snacks before settling down near Bernie, quickly moving an arm around her shoulder. "Leon, you wouldn't have survived a week with the Raven." He pauses, grinning playfully. "And thank god for that. Could you imagine you running around in my old Nevermore outfit?" Leaning back in the couch, closer to Bernie, he gives his vote. "Sure, Alien's good. Let's go for it."

Spaceman Parker can't reach the robed figure... not yet, at least. Whatever the others are cooking up, he really hopes that they will be there soon. They can't afford to wait, it will just make everything much worse. And then they're all around them, even more people in the robed figure's control. Attacking his friends, and attacking him. His gambit to try and distract the bad guy doesn't seem to have worked at all. Great. He doesn't get much time to react before two of the newcomers with the faded colors attack him. He has no idea who they are. One sends a telekinetic wave of energy towards him, ripping up the ground towards him. Parker is pushed, but steels himself and goes through it. The other with the wings flies up throws her hand out at him. Some kind of sonic attack. He can feel his teeth rattle, as he throws his hands up over his ears to try and block the noise. It isn't enough. He has to stop it. The noise is making it difficult to concentrate, but he manages to shift his position. Why should he be on the ground in front of the winged woman, when he could be right next to her. His teeth are still rattling as he throws a single punch, which causes a cascade of hits from similar punches to rain down over her, space itself striking her over and over.

Alright, trying to get back up to speed: I got 3HP and a Bruise and an Injury, and I was using Parker's old Def and Tou saves , which was Def+5, Tou+11... unless I can just switch to the current sheet to stop from having to try to remember that all the time? If that's fine, then all my saves below should be 2 higher. And I currently got this stunted: Damage 8 (Extras: Autofire, Penetrating; Feats: Affects Insubstantial 2, Indirect 3, Variable Descriptor 2 [Space Manipulation]) {31/32} And that's first a DC27 TOU save, then a DC33 TOU save. Alright, vs. the DC27 TOU save: 15 Spending a HP to reroll that: 29, tanking it Then, vs. the crit at DC33, I spend a HP to use Ultimate Save [Toughness], which gives me a TOU save at 30 So, down to 1HP, but only taking another Bruise and/or Injury instead of being out of the fight. Going to teleport up and hit the flier with the sonic attack with the stunted damage effect: 28 What do you know, getting a crit back in return. That's a DC28+up to 5 from Autofire TOU save if it hits.

ARCHER II Archer stares down at the thug as he talks. He is sitting on the ground next to him, leaning one arm on his knee. He is breathing heavily from the effort of trying to save him. "Shut up. You were dealing drugs that'd kill anyone using it. And you didn't think anything was wrong with that until now? What do you think would happen if someone gave your kids something like this?" What if Superman was raised by Lex Luthor to become his own corporate hero? An alien or other dimensional being raised by Max Mars (or his employees, at least) since he arrived on the Earth as an infant. Now that he's grown out, and with his special powers, he is being revealed as MarsTech's personal super hero, supposedly using a maxed out Ultio Suit (in reality his own powers). Might come from a hostile alien race and will end up having to deal with that? Failure by 15 means the wall is disabled and breaks from the first blow. I'll leave the second on to clear the remains with their blow instead of taking a second action. @Poncho: You can sense that the girl is halfway there, being pulled back and forth between Z-Space and wherever rest of her is. She just seem to stop existing in this realm once she disappears into the other. GM The two holes in reality cut off by the wall does not appear to be surprised as it appears, even as the rainbow crystals stretches out around the platform. Still, they take a short moment to study the crystal structure, before moving towards it, pressing what seems to be their hands into the structure, slowly starting to push into it, weakening the entire structure.

The STORMCROW Charlie is well aware that he can't stand up to Bernie if she gets her hands on him, duplicate or not. She's too strong for him to break a grapple, a punch might be enough to take him out... So yeah, staying back is better. His staff and experience are his advantages here... and he can see that Bernie has realized that too. "To your left," he jokes, feinting towards the right with a strike, waiting for Bernie to try to grab it, before pushing the hidden button to collapse the staff, pulling it away from Bernie's grab just before she can reach it, before dropping to his knees, sweeping the staff towards the duplicate's legs as he extends it again.

The STORMCROW Right, confidence issues. They'll have to work on that, but piling on right now probably won't help anything. Besides, it shouldn't be in the middle of the street. "Hey, everyone! Gather up!" he shouts, hoping to get their attention. Once they're at least looking at him, he continues. "The cops are probably gonna be here soon, so we all got a choice to make: Stick around, or get out of here? I want people to know and trust us. If they see us coming, they'll know help is on the way, and that includes taking the time to talk to the cops, but I'm not gonna force anyone to stick around if you don't want to. If you'd rather not, now's the time to get out of here."

ARCHER II Connor stares at himself for a moment, and then looks at the thug. The albino is gone. He'd say it was dead, killed by the explosion, but he's seen weirder. He can't be sure if its safe or not, but the man is choking on the albino's remains. For maybe half a second, he considers it. One less drug dealer on the street wouldn't be bad, but, the man might have more information... and he has a family. The thug might be a piece of shit, but he has kids. "Dammit," Connor curses, as he runs towards the man. Get the gunk away, get him breathing again. Make sure he survives.

You have a chance to cheat the Scarecrow here, using either Computers, Bluff or any other appropriate skill or power to display fake credentials. The DC will differ depending on the skill you use, and how you describe what you do.
