GM The Claremont students, and the newcomer, were not the only ones affected by the attack. Around them, people were slowly coming back to the small group of students and the interdimensional traveler. Phones were out. Phones were out, but like with Danica, the people around them found that they didn't work. Even with the portal closed, the lingering radiation from the portal that the Outrider had arrived still messed with them. A gruff blonde man with a moustache came running. The students would quickly recognize coach Armstrong. He stopped in front of them, leaned over and rested his hands on his knees while he panted, quickly holding up a finger to signal they should wait. "P-power's out in the whole block. Felt that from... C-Claremont (just give me a sec here)... What the hell did you kids do?" He paused, looking at the kids around. And the big one. "You. I don't know you."

Little Mermaid II "Hey!" What was this? It was... all over the place. Didn't seem like it was targeting them or anyone in particular or... "What's going on?" Right. Check on people. Mette was a pro. She could do this. A shimmer came rushed over her body, like a cascading wave, replacing her clothes with her red, white and green uniform. Her hair grew longer. Hopefully everyone was too busy to notice the change, but looking like a hero seemed to bring make more people listen. She hurried to the man grasping his chest. "Hey, are you alright? Everyone, is there a doctor here, I think this guy got heart issues!"

GM The Forever Boy reached the ship just time, and then, it was gone. The few pirates left behind just stared at the spot where their ship had been moments before, while heroes and law enforcement started to react to the disturbance. High above, a single star shone. And the Forever Boy and his friends continued their journey to Neverworld.

GM Somewhere beyond the second star to the right, heading in the direction of morning The flying pirate ship tossed wildly through the everchanging rainbow lights of the path ahead. It tossed and turned, the pirates screaming and holding on for their dear lives as its bow crashed into the rainbow. The figurehead, a lovely mermaid holding a sword, was torn straight off, as the ship went into another wild spin. A couple of pirates fell screaming into the rainbow void around them, rocked by the hit. On the deck, holding on to the wheel, the Forever Boy was laughing.

GM "Fair's boring, hon! Also..." Freestyle grinned and pointing down. The moment Chimera's feet touched the roof, a rapidly ticking disk sounded like it was counting down, and then... it exploded! For her part, Freestyle was laughing as she wheeled away along the roof, quickly reaching the opposite side.

And you leap right into Freestyle's bomb, triggering it. Give me a DC18 Reflex Save vs. Area, then a DC23/19 TOU save. Freestyle spends her move action to get to the end of the roof.

"Hush now, little goddess! Do not worry, everything will be fine, as soon as we returned to our home, yes?" His entire being seemed to radiate a calming sensation towards the rampaging elephant that was very clearly showing some strong emotions despite having been nothing but a landmark not long before. "I had a thought, Danica: What do you expect to do with all the children once we are back on Earth?"

Different? "Not really, no. I'm, uh.... Look, people tend to love me or hate me anyway, so it wasn't really that different for me after? Besides, these things were pretty clearly robots once they were dealt with. This is Freedom, right? People's seen weirder than that." He scratched his chin again, seeming thoughtful for a moment. "I mean, giant bees and everthing. Robots masquerading as super heroes weren't that weird in the long run, I guess."

"I, uh, yeah. I guess that makes sense. I... kinda put the whole thing as some weird thing that other people had handled, I guess? I was busy with those two 'bots, didn't really get time for everything else." Ghost scratched his chin again, trying to give it some thoughts. "I guess, um... It was weird? Like, I've had my share of fights. Y'know, cases of mistaken identity, people thinking you've turned bad, whatever. It happens. But this was weird, they were just so singleminded about either going for me or hurting people. Fight them, or people get hurt. It was weird."

GM "Aaah!" The arrow grazed Bluebird's shoulder. She obviously wasn't expecting anyone to actually hit her. The blue telekinetic field around her dropped for a moment, sending her falling towards the ground and... only just managing to break her fall enough to not get seriously hurt. Still, she hit the ground hard. At least she didn't seem too hurt, even if she was out cold.

GM "Yo! Up here, slowpoke!" The shout came from the roof on the building above the shattered window. When Chimera looked up after the sound, she saw Freestyle up there, happily waving at her. "C'mon, that's the last chance you get to keep up. Make this fun for me, yeah?" Then she pulled back, out of view.

Archer II Still standing? These guys were tough. Amateurs, but tough amateurs. Reaching for blunt arrows, Connor frowned as he took aim again. Shooting Star got into his line of sight, couldn't risk hitting her if he fired at them both again. Instead, he focused on the other, sending a couple of arrows flying at him, hitting him in the chest with a blunt arrow. A bruise, maybe. He didn't flinch. Reaching for another arrow, Connor moved forward, leapt and spun around to set up a distraction.

GM The man stumbled out of the way, just in time to not get hit by Shooting Star's blow. He shook his head, trying to get his bearings again, while his companion was busy pulling arrows out of his arm and shoulder. The heroes had a moment's respite, at least, while the attackers regrouped.

GM With the dragon approaching and Madame Raven shouting "wheeee!" the group at the ground quickly saw the approaching heroes, pointing at them and shouting about the dragon. Four figures on the ground. One quickly moved away, rushing to the shadows. All the young heroes managed to see was a cape and something red. The rest included a man in black, with a tattered grey cloak and a skull mask visible behind the cowl, a massive blade on his right hand. A massive robotic form that looked like something used for deep sea diving... and a man in a yellow with black armor on his chest and shoulders, that looked kind of like a bee.

Nevermore II Charlie leaned in closer to Luke's head, or at least as far as he could. "I get wanting to go check in with Scarab, but even if we're here to change something I'm pretty sure that we should try to keep away from the guy that can read minds. Its one thing to tell people we're just random heroes running around, a mind reader's another story, man." Besides, the people down at there looked all kinds of suspicious. Leaning over the side of Luke, Charlie grinned at the rest. "See you down there!" Then he leapt off Luke, letting himself fall for a moment before stretching out his glider cape, sending himself gliding towards one of the buildings near the group of people.

"Oh yes! It is the only way at all!" Pan slammed a fist into an open hand. "If you try to do it on unsacred ground, she will become absolutely mad! And you do not want to be in the same part of any world as her when she becomes mad! Why, she could wreck the entre ship with ease!"
