Rock, everything looks good, I have just one thing to ask you add. For your Super Strength, if you could add your Heavy load at both levels under the Super Strength power entry that would be helpful. Thanks.

So I have a few comments on you character. Fluff: First, characters on these boards cannot be younger than 16 years old, so you will have to increase her age slight. Second, regarding her hearing about Claremont, while Claremont’s true nature is generally known to the superhero community (especially the one in Freedom City), its true nature is not known to the general public. If Anna displayed her powers in such public manner, Headmistress Summers is very likely to have sought her out and extended an invitation to Claremont. Regarding some of your abilities/powers and her backstory. You talk about her having no real training, but she has +10 base combat ability, which makes her a very well trained combatant. I understand you are wanting to hit PL caps, but there needs to be a bit more explanation for this, particularly as you have a Strike 7 that is represented as martial arts training (which makes her an extremely skilled martial artist). Having that strike also causes some problems with your Mimic ability, as you can find yourself in a position of breaking caps depending on what sort of powers you are mimicking. Crunch: Stats: A few questions and some things that need to be changed. While they are not breaking any rule, is there a reason for such high stats for the character? She is at maximum human potential in two and very close in two others? How does this fit your theme? Powers: So, you have priced your Mimic power wrong. With a base 4 PP per rank + 1 extra – 3 flaws, that is 2 pp per rank, meaning 12 ranks would only cost 24 PP +1 for the feat. But…. First, I would need a really good explanation as to why this in innate. Innate is meant to represent something that is a natural part of a character’s species (like an elephant having ranks of Growth because it is just naturally big). Superpowers are not innate to humans (now the martial arts could be innate, because it is something you learned through training). Second, the Partially Limited flaw is not a true flaw. It does not sufficiently limit the power. In order to qualify as a flaw, a limitation must effect the power at least 50% of the time. If the flaw was you were only limited to mimicking magical powers, that would be a flaw. As you have it, it is a -1 drawback.

Surface of Galor III, Yollon City It only took a few moments for Moon-moth to disappear from the Kavaca, reappearing almost instantly down on the surface of Galor III. The very first thing the Praetorian was met with was a hot wind blowing over the rocky surface of the planet. He was standing up on the top of a plateau, a long ravine running along beside. Down in that ravine, Moon-moth could see crowded modern plexisteel buildings which had been built within the natural shade, most covered with a variety of plants. Dozens of reptilian humanoids could be seen running into the buildings, the streets and byways emptying of all inhabitants. Then Moon-moth's attention was brought back to why he was there, as he heard the sound of energy weapons firing. Glancing over at other nearby plateaus, he could see defensive emplacements explode as a pair of fast moving spacefighters streaked overhead firing on the city’s defenses. Further out at the entrance to the ravines that housed the sheltered city, several large transport shuttles were touching down to deploy ground forces to join the attack. Those forces were already under fire from defenders who were positioned near buildings that set out in the open landscape beyond the ravines, but it remained to be seen whether the defenders would be able to turn back the attacking forces alone…. Orbit above Galor III "The authority of the Star Knights is not recognized here!" Came the curt reply from the commander of the spacecraft in orbit over the planet as the comm channel went dead and the vessel's weapons began to prepare to fire….

Okay, going to get us started for the moment: Round One 20 Pirate Pilots (4 in interceptors) 20 Moon-Moth (unharmed, 3 HP) 12 Pirate gunners 7 Mater Vyrdna (unharmed, 1 HP) 5 Cavalier (unharmed, 3 HP) The pilots of the pirate fighter spacecraft will fire on some of the ground defenses for various results, so it is Moon-moth’s action.

Thurde's sudden and dramatic appearance startled the various people gathered around the busy docks she chose to make her landing at, sending a few people tumbling into the snow as they tripped over various obstacles as they quickly backed away from the source of the commotion. For a moment, the crowd started in awe at the goddess as she stood with her massive axe in hand. Finally, an middle aged man in rough spun clothes and a dark knit hat on his head stepped forward. "I am afraid there are scant detail we can give." He replied in Norwegian. "Most of the attacks have been at night here or in nearby communities, with livestock being killed and taken from fields. The attack on one of our fishing boats took place yesterday evening, as the sun was setting and the ship was on its way back in from the banks." "Those that made it back said that there was some large mass that slammed into the ship, sending most tumbling to the deck. Whatever it was, it snatched up a net full of fish, and killed one of the crew with its claws before it flew away in the darkening sky."

Spotting the elderly man that had been knocked over, Velocity slowed down and returned herself to normal, as she came to a sudden halt next to him, quickly bending down and helping him back to his feet as the nearby crowd drew back slightly at her sudden appearance. After checking to be sure he was steady on his feet once more, she quickly moved past and onto the platform. "Everyone please remain calm!" She called out, holding up her hands as she came to a halt near the crowd. "If you could all please exit up to the street in an orderly fashion." The request given, she then turned her attention to where she had seen a train speed by, quickly moving down onto the track and off in pursuit of the train and the apparently speeding gunman.

Dee kept an eye on the area around Agnus as she approached Rafael, maintaining the mental connection with Agnus the entire time. Hearing Rafael ask about some rally in Bolivia from last year, the Englishwoman sent a message to her teammate. <Shall we see what rally he is talking about?> With that, Dee reached out toward Rafael's mind, carefully pushing her way into his subconscious as she began to scan his surface thoughts for sign of the memory he was thinking about. Once she had a glimpse of the memory in question, she pushed deeper to review the entire memory, and see what he might be talking about. All the while she was sure the relay the images over to Agnus.

Once back in the cockpit, Ruby smoothly began the pre-flight procedures, starting up the ship's reactor and engines once again. Immediately warning alarms began to sound, as the temperatures quickly shot to dangerous levels. A few subsystems quickly overheated and shut down, causing Ruby to divert extra power to running what cooling exhausts were at least partially functioning. That managed to put temperatures back at least into the yellow, barely, but meant there was no power for weapons or other systems, and any stress could easily put the core and engine temperatures back into the red and cause further shutdowns. And of course, there was at least one enemy fighter that was still out there somewhere....

Sure, makes sense, Synapse gets a 28 for her Mind Control power check and a whooping 16 on her Notice check (which is almost as bad as she can do).

Lofoten Islands, Norway Late November, 2015 3:25 PM local time Thurde flew over the Vestfjorden, the "West fjord", a body of water in northern Norway between the Lofoten archipelago and the mainland. Cold winds blew from the north, accompanied by light snow, but the Asgardian was not bothered by the cold. Word had reached her of reports of something that was killing live stock near several villages on Vestvagoya island. Most recently, there had been an attack a fishing boat from Ballstad village, in which one crew member had been killed. As Thurde drew near the shore of Vestvagoya, she could make out Ballstad ahead of her. Situated on several small islands at the mouth of the Buksnesfjorden, the village was made up of several dozen buildings, contained within the small area by the sharp rise of the land nearby, the most dominate being Skottinden mountain, which lay just two kilometers to the west of the village. A small layer of snow covered the village, as smoke rose from most of the buildings, but the harbor was busy with several boats making their way back in after a day out on the water, trying to get the last hauls of cod before the real winter snows came in and froze the harbor.

Paradigm was unable to do anything to stop the Spectrum Knight in blue armor from turning his attention to Cavalier and blasting the Star Knight across the hanger. Thankfully Cavalier did not appear too injured by the attack, but the Naram paragon was not about to let the murder escape so easily. "Keep on the others." She called out to the other Praetorians and remaining Star Knights, before she took to the air in pursuit of the fleeing form. Paradigm found that in order to pursue the fleeing Bie Yie, she had push her fight harder than normal. But she was able to catch up with the Spectrum Knight out over the waters below. "You will not escape that easily criminal!" She stated as he closed with Bie Yie, delivering another powerful blow that could dent the hull of star cruisers. This time, the glowing armor surrounding Bie Yie completely shielded him from the attack.

Giang shook her head at Blode's question about whether there had been any problems with her family. "No, they have been rather quite for some time now. Which in some ways has me worried whether they are planning something or not." The Asian young woman replied. "But then, given the competitive nature of Dr. Sin's organization, they could be too focused fending off rivals wishing to supplant them to put much effort in to coming after me again. I expect at some point they will find an opportunity to do so again, but I will be ready." "Have you seen much of the others since graduation? Mali seems to be enjoying college as well back in Freedom City, but I have mainly only traded emails and a few phone calls with her. I have seen Thaelia more recently, when we were called to assist with a problem in the Sea of Japan."

Stealth is not one of Paradigm's strong points, so I don't really have anything in mind for avoiding the drones.

Queenie took a few moments to reorient herself, allowing the ring to help identify the direction Mars was supposed to be. Once pointed back in the right direction, she was able to spot the red planet, floating there among the multitude of stars. At this distance, it was still smaller than the moon appeared from Earth, but it was close enough that there was no mistaking it once you had found it. As Queenie began to estimate how long of a burst of speed she might want to make with the ring to more quickly close the gap with Mars, a flash of light caught her attention off to one side. Turning to that direction, the heroine spotted what appeared to be a few more quick bursts of energy that flashed through the darkness of space. Focusing on the area where they had originated from, she thought she could faintly make out two shapes moving quickly through the void...

So, just to make sure the information is out there (mentioned this to TA in chat tonight), the atmosphere on this planet is breathable (you all have already been out in it to capture the bounty in the holding cell). The natives do have space flight capability, but not as advanced as the Lor, Grue, Khanate or other major spacefaring races. The nearest major population center is probably a few hundred kilometers away.

Sol System About .25 AU past Mars Monday November 16, 2015 (Terran Calendar) The great vastness of space stretched out before Maybelle McQueen as she slowed down from having accelerated as fast as the Ring of Aura would take her. Behind her the sun hung at the center of the solar system, but was a fraction of the size it appeared from Earth, and felt much cooler, although the ring protected her from the freezing cold of the void. Out here, so far from the sun, the countless stars that made up the Milky Way seemed almost to twinkle everywhere Maybelle looked. Perhaps someday the ring would be able to take her to some of the closer ones, but for the present, she was learning what she could about its ability to carry her through space…..

So, unless it is unclear, Velocity will switch her array to the slow with Insubstantial 4, which also provides concealment.

Megan Howell had been enjoying the chance to take a rather easy run through the city. Even at mere supersonic speeds, she could cover most of the city within a short period of time. But when your mind was able to work at speeds just as fast as one could run, a short period of time was more than sufficient to allow one time to think during a run. But all of the young woman's thoughts quickly went to the back of her mind at the sound of gunfire. It took only mere moments for her to locate the scene, as people came running out of Centennial Station. Wasting no time, Megan accelerated toward the station, even as she began vibrating the molecules of her body at incredible speeds, allowing her to pass harmlessly through walls in order to provide an easy entry to the building and past the panicked crowds....

Okay, probably time to start rolling initiative for everyone.
