GM Colonel Ellis gave a small smile as the team appeared to settle on a general plan on how to carry out the mission. "It sounds as if we have a general plan for moving forward, with the finer details to be decided by you." She stated. "We will begin things on our end, although due to the mission security we need, those will be more minimal. But if there is anything else you will need from us, let us know." Agent Salazar took out a small envelope, offering it to Synapse. "This contains a data stick with all our files on each of the four rogue agents and what information we have on Dr. Bhwarda."

While the two undead wielders of magic conversed they had received a number of looks from other festival goers, along with several complements on the realism of their "costumes." But for the most part the pair were left alone in their conversation as those around them focused on other sights and sounds of the event. Then, suddenly from further down the block, there was the sound of some commotion, along with a scream. That was quickly followed by screams from others, and then the commotion began to spread out from whatever was the source. By the time the pair had turned toward the sounds, people nearby had come to a stop, looking toward the sound while trying to decide if this was part of the event or something else. Further down the street, some of the crowd had started running back toward where Rahman and Phantasmo were standing, making members of the crowd near them even more confused. But then, a small winged figure could be seen flying over the running crowd. The figure came to a halt to hang on the side of a nearby streetlight, and appeared as some small humanoid creature made of stone. It let out a low hiss that caused people nearby to turn and run, even as more of those small gargoyles could be seen flying through the sky from further down the street.....

Giang warmly returned Blode's hug, very happy to see her friend, even if it was just for a short while. As the other young woman explained that she was not going by Cerys any longer, Giang gave an understanding smile and nod. "Ah, sorry, had not heard about that change." As Blode took her seat once more, Giang took the one directly across from her. "Not at all." She answered in response to Blode's comment about hoping this sudden meeting was not a problem. "It worked out that my schedule was currently open. And even if it had not been, I would not have passed up this opportunity to see you while you were here."

For the moment the Voidrunner's sensors showed the immediate airspace above the canyon was clear of any other hostile fighters. Where the fighter that had been pursuing the freighter before it dropped into the canyon had gone was unclear, but for the moment it was nowhere to be seen. As for potential landing sites, Ruby was not seeing anything on the sensors that indicated any inhabited areas within several kilometers, and it was questionable how safe it would be to try to fly much further than that in the ship's current state. As she continued down the canyon, Ruby spotted an entrance to what appeared to be a cave large enough for the Voidrunner to at least enter. Back in the Voidrunner's holding area: Seika had been doing her best to brace herself during the frantic dogfight, with there being little she could do during the situation. Across from her, inside one of the ship's holding cells, the bounty they had come to this planet to collect had been bounced around a bit during some of Ruby's more severe maneuvers, but was not sitting back down on the cot in the cell. "It appears things are not going as smoothly as you and your companions planned." The bounty stated in heavily accented GalStandard.

Velocity is not directly associated with AEGIS, but she is a member of the Freedom League.

Once Paradigm might have hesitated at the suggestion that she abandoned the fight alongside her teammates to go and deal with another objective. But years of working alongside Traveller and other Praetorians had taught her that she could trust in her teammates. With a quick nod in response to Traveller, Paradigm started downward, quickly streaking through the ancient city and coming to a building just as a small spacecraft exited from within, likely carrying some of the Spectrum Knights. A quick look about the room showed several of the Spectrum Knights and the civilians, who appeared to be the families of the Spectrum Knights, all moving to board other ships. Also in the room was one of the new Star Knights that had been accompanying Cavalier, facing off with a Spectrum Knight and two other individuals, one of whom appeared to be a Terran, or a Lor. "I am Paradigm, of the Praetorians." The Naram called out, hovering in front of the exit from the building to try to block any other ships from departing. "We came here in pursuit of the group of Spectrum Knights who freed a Lor criminal from imprisonment, but we do not wish to harm anyone. Surrender, and we will protect you from whomever is attacking from the sky, and will ensure that all are provided a fair trial."

Okay, at Traveller's urging, Paradigm is just going to fly down to where Aquaria and the others are and talk.

Nope, I will just pull GM story power now and say you hit the last fighter and cause it to crash as you weave down the canyon. But...the damage you have already sustained is bad enough that you do not believe you will be able to clear the atmosphere without some repairs. Go ahead and post IC (and HGM you can be putting out that fire in a post)

Need a piloting roll as well.

Sounds like we will need to start planning a thread to introduce her to the Praetorians.

GM As the Devotion continued toward the surface of Dreeda III, the four Praetorians assigned to investigate the Sar-lan exited through an airlock to begin making their way over towards the prisoner transport vessel. The Devortion continued down into the planet's atmosphere, receiving a hail from the colony below. After identifying themselves, those on the Devotion were provided clearance to land at the colony. Up in orbit over the lower hemisphere, the four Praetorians sent to investigate the Sar-lan approached the long vessel. It clearly appeared to be operating under power, with navigational lights running, but there was no apparent reaction to the approach of the four figures. The minimal external weaponry the vessel possessed remained still, and there was no hails or other attempt at communication.

I know, I was stating that for Heri :D

Well, at least for me, I just recently started a thread for Terrifica....

Also, regarding your powers, why did you go with Probability Control? It is a rather spendy power that does not give you all that much of a benefit. You also need to be more clear that the Damage 7 is an alternate power of Probability Control (look at some other character sheets on how people set up arrays). For the Scythe, you need to describe what the Drain effects (does it drain toughness, something else?). Also, are those powers separately bought? If so, why? You mostly will not be using them in the same round, so they could be an array.

So, a few issues here Lady Grim. First, you probably want to go through and fix some formatting (spacing) on the sheet. For your stats. You have listed them wrong (based on the points spent). Based on the points spent, they should be: Strength 14 (+2); Dexterity 18 (+4); Constitution 18 (+4); Intelligence 10; Wisdom 12 (+1) and Charisma 14 (+2). Combat: Your initiative would only be +4 (your dex bonus). Right now your Attack bonus is rather low and you are not meeting PL caps with attack/damage (you are only at PL 7 with atk/dam with your highest damage attack). You should look at improving that. Favoring defense over toughness is okay, but you are not meeting caps for toughness even with the tradeoff to defense (which you need to list at the top of your sheet under tradeoffs). Be warned, though you are hard to hit, eventually you will be, and it could be painful. Skills: There is no need to list skills you have not put skill points into (Bluff, Gather Info, Escape Artist). Also, for those you have added points to, it should be listed with the ranks outside the parentheses and the total skill level (ranks plus stat bonus) in the parentheses: Ex: Diplomacy: 5 (+7) We generally do not use the Profession skill. You would probably be better served with the Kn: Life Sciences. Feats: Generally okay, though that is a lot of Dodge Focus (but within our rules). Powers: How extensive is Immunity: Necromancy? Is it just Immunity to damage with the necromancy descriptor? (if so, that is only 2 PP) or is it Immunity to ALL effects with the necromancy descriptor? (if so, that is 5 PP). Also, I am coming up with 152 total PP between everything, not 150.

Well, not to say that I would not try to include Brandish in anything CC, but it is generally traditional for new Claremont characters to have an "intro" thread that others join in to start making some RP connections with other students. I will start doing some planning.

Tsunami had stepped through the open door, stopping as she spotted the sharkman with the sword as he threatened his two hostages. The young Asian woman raised her hands up to her sides, palms toward the sharkman as she responded to him in Japanese, <"do not take any hasty action. We have already subdued your comrades up on deck, so it would be wise to surrender without brining any harm to these men."> <"What is it you are hoping to accomplish by attacking this ship?"> She then asked, her gaze locked on the sharkman as she hoped to avoid any possible harm to the crewmembers.

<There can be all the snipers they want, just so long as there are no crocodile men.> Dee retorted over the mental link. Then after a moments pause, she added, <but it would be good to see if there is anything more we can learn about this Dr. Bhwarda. If you leave the grav bike with me, I would be able to get in as backup should things go bad.> When Agnus "spoke" up about things being decided, the young Englishwoman mentally responded. <Sounds like a good plan, and I think they should be plenty happy if we capture their wayward agents.>

Dee kept her control over the young woman as she ensured she was well away from Rafael. Although she could not now read his mind, his expression left little doubt as to how he was feeling. It was now the perfect time for Agnus to draw Rafael’s attention so they could learn what they were here to uncover. <Alright, the competition is out of the way and Rafael is starting to look bored and in need of some new entertainment. I believe the time is right for your big entrance.> The young Englishwoman communicated to her teammate.

Understood, no worries Geez.

Well, I would be interested with Velocity Geez, unless you think she is too high of PL.

Were you looking for something solo for them, or teaming up with some others?
