Inside the control center, Synapse was "hearing" the various mental traffic among her teammates and their allies, as well as the information coming over the radio from the various forces that had arrived to try to help fight off the Communion attack. At the same time she had been focusing on that ringing sensation she was feeling in the back of her mind. The young Englishwoman was now convinced that it was some sort of means for the various Communion forces to communicate that was at least partially psychic in nature. Now that she had that, she through she could try to send some sort of psychic feedback through the link and maybe take out most of the Communion ground forces. Aright everyone, I'm afraid our network is going down. She communicated over the psychic link she had established. I have an idea that can hopefully deal with a lot of the Communion on the ground. Dropping the mental connection she had established, Dee began focusing her mind on the Communion signal, building up psychic energy as she did. Then, after a few moments, when her head felt as if it was going to explode, the Englishwoman unleashed it in a massive burst of red psychic energy. The burst rippled out of the building, leaving a strange tingling sensation to UNISON personnel and her allies that it washed over, but otherwise causing them no harm. The same was not true for the Communion antibodies. The majority of the antibodies currently on the ground crackled with the red psychic energy as they seemed to suddenly seize up and freeze. Then they crumpled to the ground in a heap, unmoving. In the end, only three antibodies remained active on the grounds of the UNISON headquarters, at least for the moment...

Okay, Professor Chiron cannot act as he is dazed, to that takes us to Synapse. She was actually fatigued because she stunted the extended area communication power, so she will buy that off with a HP. The she will drop the extended area communicate power and stunt this: Damage 11 (Extra: Alternate Save (Will); Selective; Area: Burst); Flaws: Full Action; Tiring; Feats: Progression: Area 4 (1,375' radius)) {26/28} She will unleash that, targeting the Antibodies (having localized the link between all the Communion forces): Antibody Reflex saves to avoid area: two out of fifteen make it, so those two avoid the area with Evasion. The other thirteen make Will saves vs DC 26: only 1 makes it. So, for the moment there are only 3 antibodies left standing on the ground. I will say one near Foreshadow/Coiled Lightning and 2 near Ulysses/Professor Chiron.

GM As Young Britannia climbed back up towards the aerial dogfight, she spotted a group of Communion fighters that were separated enough from the various fighter aircraft which had arrived from numerous countries. Unleashing a torrent of light at the group, she was rewarded by seeing four of the needle fighters explode into silver dust from the blast. However, two of the Communion fighters survived the blast, one of them turning toward her and opening fire with the burst of green energy which struck Young Britannia squarely in her torso. The impact knocked her back slightly in the air, causing black spots to appear before her eyes, as she began to drop out of the sky towards the ground far below....

I believe the general consensus among the refs is that Luck should not be purchased with flaws, seeing as it only cost 1 pp each anyway.

Velocity heard the transmissions from her teammates and station personnel, but at the moment the speedster was still facing off against a pair of antibodies that were trying to tear her to shreds. Luckily the speedster was still quick enough to easily avoid their attacks, and though she was not accustomed to the weightlessness, she still was more than quick enough to hit them with little effort. *CRACK* Her fist shot out at the antibody on her right at blinding speed that broke the sound barrier. The hypersonic punch hit the antibody just below what generally appeared to be a chin, snapping its head backward as the force of the blow began to send it backward toward a nearby wall. *CRACK* But Velocity had already used the momentum from her first attack to send another hypersonic punch at the second antibody with her left hand, catching it square in the stomach. As with the first one, the second was sent flying backward by the force of the attack, both slamming against opposite walls at nearly the same moment, then floating motionlessly in the zero gravity. "This is Velocity, I just dealt with two more of them in the central core. I still have a few more levels before I am down where the reactor is, just not able to move as fast without gravity."

Okay, I believe that puts us on: Round Seven 52 Velocity (unharmed, 4 HP) 25 Fleur de Joie (bruised, 3 HP) 19 Gaian Knight (unharmed, 5 HP) 19 Boarding party 4 (2 minions on Velocity, 2 others somewhere else) 19 Boarding party 10 17 Boarding party 13 14 Gabriel (bruised, 2 HP) 10 Boarding party 9 (4 left) 8 Boarding party 2 7 Tiamat (bruised) 3 Comrade Frost (unharmed, 3 HP) Velocity will Power Attack one of the minions fighting her Taking 10 to hit with a 20. DC 31 toughness save: 13, so it is smashed. Velocity will Takedown Attack on the second one, again Taking 10 to hit, DC 31 toughness save: 16, it is down as well.

GM "We are pretty much blind up here for the moment as to what the Communion might be up to." Responded back one of the technicians from the Lighthouse's command center over one of the League communicators. "Last information we had was there were at least two groups of boarders within a deck of the reactor." "They must be up to something, as the Communion spacecraft has stopped firing on us. But it looks like more of the needle fighters are on their way. We have no weapons to try to stop them at the moment, and shields are operating a minimal power. Most of our emergency power is currently going to life support."

Bliss made quick work of the last remaining Antibody in the group's immediate vicinity. Everyone could detect movement in the nearby buildings and streets, evidence that they would soon be facing more of the Communion if they remained where they were. "We need to hurry!" The leader of the technicians stated rather unnecessarily. "They will start converging, the longer we take the harder it will be to keep them at bay while we do our work." The Lor technicians had their sidearms out, though many seemed nervous about possibly having to use them. The group started moving once more, this time with more speed. Behind them they could see Antibodies moving out into the streets, but for the moment they were staying ahead of those emerging.

Okay Ecal, I would say make a few piloting rolls, but with your Skill Mastery, that should not be a problem. So go ahead and post Geckoman dodging around some asteroid debris and gravity distortions on the way over to the world killer.
-
The group studied the schematics provided by Daedalus as the Pegasus closed the remaining distance to the other Freedom League spacecraft which were holding near a cluster of asteroids. From there, the group could just make out the massive form of the Communion world killer, a massive spherical battle station that sat among the more distant asteroids like some waiting predator. "All ships, standby for Dark Star’s mark." Came Captain Thunder's voice over the comm system of the Pegasus. There were a few tense moments as time seemed almost to stand still. But then the group saw…something happen out in space around the world killer. Space itself seemed to bend and fluctuate, some of the larger asteroids that were visible from this distance seemed to splinter and disintegrate. The world killer was at the center of the disturbance, but seemed unfazed, at least from this distance. "All vessels, converge on the Communion ship!"

It fails its toughness save with a 16 (for future reference, most of the time they are minions, so you can usually take 10, I'll let you know if that is not the case). Go ahead and post IC.

Paradigm took a deep breath, relieved that they had managed to stop Star Khan, at least for the moment. Still hovering in the air above the smashed ground, the Naram looked down at their defeated enemy, noting the changes that had been made to his body by the Communion. A slight feeling of pity came over the Praetorian, wondering whether Star Khan’s induction to the Communion had been voluntary, or, like the vast majority of its victims, forced. She then looked up at her allies, noting that Galvanic at least seemed a bit drained by the fight still. "Well done." She stated to the pair with a small nod of appreciation. "Keep an eye on him for the moment, I will see just how far the others have gone during our fight. If they are too far away, we are going to have to figure a way to transport him and the rest of you out of here to where the fleet is regrouping." Activating her communicator and setting it to a Coalition channel, the Praetorian sent out a message to any ships that might still be in relatively close proximity. "This is Paradigm calling Coalition forces. Are any ships still in the area?"

Ouch, that will be a bruise and a daze. Go ahead and make your IC post, also need a concentration check to see if your flight shuts off and you start to fall.

Okay, this time she catches six needle fighters in the area blast. The try reflex saves, and only one makes it. So, five have DC 22 toughness saves: again only one makes it, the other four are destroyed. The one that made the reflex save has a DC 19 toughness save: 21 makes it. One of the needle fighters returns fire on YB, hitting with a 28! Luckily it is only a minion, so only a DC 25 toughness save.

Both fail their saves, so are toast!

Shoe, that hits, but as a reminder, these guys are minions, you can take 10 and hit them (only needing a 13). You might have been better served power attacking to increase your snare effect. Anyway, he gets a 12 on his Reflex save, so is ensnared.
