  1. Round Three 25 Antibodies 22 Stella d’Argento (unharmed) 18 Foreshadow (unharmed, 1 HP) 16 Coiled Lighting (unharmed, 1 HP) 16 Young Britannia (bruised, 2 HP) 15 Communion needle fighters 13 Professor Chiron (unharmed) 1 Ulysses (unharmed, 1 HP) Okay, antibodies start attacking those on the ground…. Two come after Foreshadow, missing with a 23 and 10 (one just missing). Two come after Ulysses, both hitting with a 22 and 17, although Ulysses Impervious soaks the attacks. Two others attack Coiled, 11 and 16, so one miss and a hit (barely due to the -2 for the charge). That is a DC 23 toughness save for Coiled)
  2. The Antibody only gets a 12 on its toughness save, so it done. On the other level, two of the antibodies facing Tiamat and Frost launch themselves at Tiamat: 16 and 20 so one miss and a hit. DC 25 toughness save for Tiamat Fox.

  4. I believe there was a helicarrier expy stated in Agents of Freedom, though not sure it was specific to AEGIS. One of the problems here Ari is AEGIS is not a direct ripoff of SHIELD. In a lot of ways, the FC setting has split SHIELD into two parts: AEGIS is a law enforcement agency, not a superspy agency, and, as a federal agency, only has authority inside the United States. While the agency might well want to reverse engineer alien tech to add to its own technology, it is probably well beyond AEGIS' mandate to be moving out into space and trying to protect the entire world. UNISON is the international aspect of SHIELD, and, already has the UNISTORM heavy space fighters. If any agency should be looking to expand into space to help further protect the Earth, it would be UNISON. Although, the books talk about there having been a lot of concern in the UN Security Council about the revelation that UNISON had the UNISTORM space fighters, so there may be resistance to it expanding further militarily.
  5. Happy Birthday Gizmo!!!
  6. A sidekick needs two approvals like a character. We can probably do it through a character edit request, just two Refs will have to look it over and okay it before the edit is made.
  7. M&M has Throwing Mastery, but that is only a bonus to damage with thrown weapons, not the attack bonus. Rav, I assume you are trying to give her a bonus to hit with any object she picks up and throws? If so, I am not sure that is specific enough for Attack Specialization, which is for "a specific attack or weapon."
  8. KD, an 18 would actually miss, but, with your attack bumped up like that, you can take 10 to hit a minion (and get +1 dam for autofire in the process). If you want to change the amount of All-out Attack you use, it would only take +2 to attack to be able to hit by taking 10 (but no autofire). Getting +1 on autofire would need +4 to attack (so you can at least save yourself 1 point of defense)
  9. Amara's plans to depart were suddenly cut short at the sound of the proximity alerts sounding. The Naram turned to regard the technician that was monitoring the sensors, a small frown coming to her face as she heard his report. "It appears my departure may have to wait." She stated as she moved slightly closer to regard the monitors that showed the location of the approaching individual. She then turned back to the other Coalition leaders. "We have been compromised. The rest of you need to evacuate with the rest of the station personnel. I will delay whomever the Communion has sent here, and catch up when I can."
  10. Amara turned as Ana came into the bridge to report that the Either Ore's faster than light drives were working once more. "Unfortunately I was not able to stop all of the Communion before they got some antibodies aboard. But for the moment we are no longer in danger from any other Communion forces." The Naram replied. "I am honored to meet you Ana Plonsky of Flint, Michigan. I am Amara Val-Ren of the Praetorians." "I do not know about homo sapien blood plasma, but I have some basic first aid training."
  11. Happy Birthday KD!! :toot:
  12. Okay, the station is now in zero G, which means everyone needs to make a DC 15 fort save to avoid space sickness (unless they have immunity to fort effects, or the zero G environmental adaption feat). Also, those without the zero G adaption feat suffer a -4 to attack rolls and any physical skill checks. Everyone can be assumed to have grabbed ahold of something once the loss of gravity was felt. Those that cannot fly on their own have a “flight†power equal to their normal movement speed, but they can only do so in a straight line (this represents pushing off a wall or the floor and propelling yourself forward). To make any turns, you need to push off another wall or some other fixed object. Anyone that has the flight power can fly as normal. Velocity just makes her save with a 16.
  13. GM Even as three of the League members managed to clear the area near the of Communion boarders and prepared to move on to the next, lights throughout the station began to flicker. The flickering lasted only a few brief seconds, before everything went black. The sudden loss of lighting was not the only immediate effect those aboard the station noticed immediately. There was also a suddenly lurching feeling everyone felt within their bodies, as a sensation of weightlessness came over them. Across the station, faint emergency lighting activated, providing at least dim light in most main areas, as the League members quickly noted the various objects floating around them now that the station's artificial gravity was gone. A faint background humming of the station’s life support, a sound that had become so common place that everyone had not even noticed it until it had stopped, started up once more. "The core just went offline." Came a slightly static message from one of the technicians in the command center. "Main power is down, backups have activated and are powering life support and emergency lighting, but that is about it!"
  14. "That is certainly how we are hoping this mission will proceed." One of the Lor military technicians replied as Wraith suggested they might be able to go about their mission without attracting any attention. "But of course, you and the others are here should things now proceed that way." The Grue metamorph gave something of a derisive grunt as he focused back on the controls. "At least you are not so foolish to rely solely on unrealistic expectations, but perhaps you will prove able to avoid detection and complete our objectives without interference." "At least we appear to be doing well thus far." The Grue then added as the stealth ship came down closer to the surface, the main viewscreen displaying a large city that was half converted into the silver Computonium growing ever closer. "We are closing in on our target location, and thus far no signs of detection." One of the Lor technicians pulled up an image of the city on a smaller holodisplay that appeared to one side of the metamoprh. It showed a particular section of the city, one that was already cyberformed. "We need to land as close as we can to this location. Our analysis of the cyberforming process on other worlds suggests this is the most likely location in which to gain access to the Communion's central network."
  15. Reflex saves (heroic last): nope. Toughness saves (heroic last again): all fail and the heroic fails bad enough that it goes down along with the minons. So…no need to surge.
  16. Amara was relieved that her words appeared to bring the heated disagreement to an end and move the group forward toward approving the plan, even it was not quite unanimous. "May luck smile upon you Citizen Tulink. And when you see them, please give Moon Moth and Mater Vrynda my best wishes as well." The Preatorian managed to say as a farewell before the Sharl's holographic form vanished and he prepared to transmit himself to the next location. The Naram then looked back at the gathered Coalition leaders. "With our course of action decided, it is time I head back to the front myself."
  17. Okay, so taking 10 to hit it I assume. This is pretty much going to be a question of how badly it misses its save: 21 so bad enough to be bound and helpless. Go ahead and post! Fox, Gaian Knight is up!
  18. E, I am still waiting on an action for Fleur. Will be moving on tomorrow one way or the other.
  19. The first antibody makes a good roll, but not good enough. The second does worse, so that is two more down.
  20. GM As the gathered heroes tore into the Communion ground forces that disembarked from the grounded needle fighters the UNISON security forces also joined in the battle, opening fire with energy weapons at the aliens invaders. However, their weapons proved to be only partially effective, as a few of the antibodies went down, while others seemed to shrug off the energy blasts with little effect. "I will leave those on the ground to you for the moment my friend." Professor Chiron stated to Ulysses as he turned slightly to take aim at another diving needle fighter. However, this time the cybernetic hero's aim was off, as he failed to adequately lead the fast moving fighter, and the blasts from his weapon pods passed harmlessly behind the spacecraft.
  21. As I mentioned in chat Tiff, I got a bit out of order with things, will resolve your attack but not post the results till we get into Round Three: The needle ship failes its toughness save Professor Chiron shoots at another low flying needle fighter, but misses with a 11. That puts us back to Ulysses for his normal action (as the last one was his readied action)
  22. Giang Trang stopped briefly at the sight of the strangely dressed man outside the entrance to the small apartment she rented near campus. The man's garb was rather familiar, and though it seemed highly unlikely someone from the Lost World would easily end up here in Southern California, the Asian teen knew that the unlikely tended to happen much more often in connection to people like her. But regardless of whether he was from the Lost World or just a SoCal surfer who happened to like the jungle look, he was injured, and Giang's first aid training kicked in. Moving over near him, she sat down her backpack and began to look over his injuries. "Are you alright? What happened?" She asked.
  23. Okay, will say your able to move to two more antibodies: second fails its toughness save; so does the third.
  24. Velocity gritted her teeth slightly as she heard one of the technicians broadcast about unusual fluctuations in the Lighthouse's power core. That certainly did not sound good, especially with a number of Communion boarding parties still loose on the station, unaccounted for. The yellow clad speedster focused her attention back on the remaining antibody facing her and in a faction of a second had closed once again, one hand darting out in a blur that was almost faster than most could see. But this time Velocity tried to put a bit more of her speed into the force of the punch, as opposed to its accuracy. The compensation almost allowed the antibody to pull back at the last moment, but only almost. *WHAM* The supersonic punch hit the antibody squarely in the chest, knocking it off its feet and sending it flying backward into an internal wall of the station. Unfortunately the wall was not nearly durable enough to withstand the force that had transferred to the antibody, a section of it breaking apart as the antibody continued past to eventually end up in a heap with the debris from the shattered wall. "I am clear where I am for the moment." Velocity transmitted over her communicator. "I will get down to the power core to try to see what is going on."
