Velocity will again use her selective area attack on the now ten antibodies in her area. (Power Attack -3 atk/+3 dam, Def Attack -2 ak/+2 def): she hits with a 30, DC 28 toughness saves. The Antibodies get (last two rolls are heroic ones): 15, 26, 18, 26, 26, 19, 25, 12, 12, 29, so all the minions are down, one of the heroic antibodies made its toughness save, and I will say the one that rolled 12 was the one she already bruised, so that is actually an 11, either way it misses its save by more than 15 and is down as well. So, only 1 heroic antibody left facing her. Fleur is up!

GM Moving on to another part of the station, Comrade Frost comes across the group of Communion antibodies that Tiamat and Gaian Knight were set to engage next. The group has spread out in the time since the needle fighters that carried them had crashed through the hull of the station. One had managed to take down one of the Lighthouse's auto defenses. But Comrade Frost was able to quickly take down one of the antibodies. One of the net guns was still active in the area, trying to snare another antibody, but missing as the silver coated creature nimbly dodged underneath. Down where Gabriel was fighting, the remaining active autogun fired another energy blast at the antibody attacking it. This time the blast hit the antibody dead on, knocking it back against a wall where it crumpled into a heap on the deck. Then the entire station shook once again, as another group of needle ships crashed into it. Down on the level where Velocity was still facing off with two antibodies, another pair of needle ships arrived to merge with the two already piercing the hull. This allowed the two new arrivals to disembark the group of antibodies they were carrying, now putting the speedster up against ten of the creatures. Over their communicators, the League members heard one of the technicians in the command center giving a situation update. "The second wave was a smaller number than the first, but we still have three pairs of the fighters that have breached the hull. One pair is down where Velocity already is, another is in the hanger again, the third is down towards engineering, where there is already one other group."

Okay near Gabriel the autogun shots another energy blast at an antibody, hitting with a 27. The antibody gets a 21 on its toughness save and is destroyed. Near Comrade Frost/Group 9, one of the net guns is still functional, but misses one of the antibodies. So, we are on Round Three 52 Velocity (unharmed, 3 HP) 26 Boarding party 6 (fighting Velocity, 1 minion left, heroic one has 1 bruise) 25 Fleur de Joie (unharmed, 3 HP) 24 Boarding party 7 (Fleur to be engaging) 19 Gaian Knight (unharmed, 3 HP) 19 Boarding party 4 19 Boarding party 10 17 Boarding party 13 16 Boarding party 12 (near Velocity) 15 Boarding party 11 (hanger) 14 Gabriel (bruised, fatigued, 3 HP) 10 Boarding party 1 (fighting Gabriel, 5 left) 10 Boarding party 9 (Gaian/Tiamat to be engaging, Comrade Frost there, 6 left) 8 Boarding party 2 7 Tiamat (unharmed) 3 Comrade Frost (unharmed, 1 HP) (KD, you never said Gabe was going to remove the fatigue for surging last round, but can do so on your turn of course).

Nope, we have not been playing them as objects. TT put together a sheet we have been using. Most are PL 10 minions, so you either need an attack roll, or drop a bit of damage for accurate attack and Take 10.

Ah, sorry HGM, wanted to keep us moving forward, seeing as there was nothing Foreshadow could have done back in round 1. But feel free to post any dialogue you might want to (talking is a free action and can still take place when your readying an action for later).

He could get to Group 7 (where Fleur is headed); Group 9 (where Gaian and Tiamat are headed) or Group 1 (the group Gabriel is currently fighting) in one move action with his insubstantial 2.

Tiff, might as well get an action in for YB as Foreshadow and Coiled are likely to be readying again until there are Communion on the ground (which will be soon!)

Amara Val-Ren stood perfectly still as her long black cape began whipping behind her in the wind. The young Naram was not fazed by the sudden exposure to the turbulent conditions of the high altitude, having entered and exited orbit before under her own power. In any event, she and her companions had a job to do, and she was not going to let a bit of wind interfere with that. Looking over at the other four new Praetorians with her for a moment, Amara gave them a small nod. "No sense in delaying." She stated, as she moved towards one of the other new recruits, a towering eight foot tall reptilian humanoid with a long tail that ended in a spiked ball. "I will carry you Seresk, Dragonid, you will need to carry Kharag." "Duty unto death my friends." With that, Amara lifted up Seresk's bulky form and flew out the open shuttle bay doors, dropping down below the Aquilla as soon as she was out and turning her attention to the dusty tan surface below them.

Okay, getting us rolling. Lets start making some initiative rolls, although we are not quite going to need them just yet. Tiff, Ex, you two can handle flying the shuttle around the long way to come in low along the surface.
-
GM With the Elite's plan selected, and incorporating ideas several of the other Praetorians had been suggesting, the team divided roughly in half. Moon Moth and Traveller boarded a small shuttle craft alongside three of the other new Praetorians, disembarking from the Aquilla starship in high orbit and swinging around to enter the planet's atmosphere half a hemisphere away from the pirate camp, in order to drop down low and come in behind the camp. Meanwhile Paradigm, Kharag, Draganoid and two other new Praetorians were gathered in the now empty shuttle bay, waiting for the Aquilla to enter the planet's atmosphere above the pirate’s camp to allow them to disembark. Elite was remaining aboard the spacecraft with Rarrak, to coordinate the assault and be in place to react to anything unexpected. The Aquilla rocked slightly as it entered the atmosphere of Zeta 845, but then settled back into smooth path as it dropped down into high altitude. "We are in position for deployment, and the pirates seem to have noticed us." Rarrack stated over the system comm system in his low, growling voice. "We are picking up energy signatures becoming active down there, so they are likely getting their heavy weapons charged, and perhaps powering up smaller aircraft to engage. You can deploy whenever you are ready. Duty unto death." With that, the back doors of the shuttle bay began to open once more, the winds starting to whip through the bay as it was exposed to the high altitude atmosphere.

GM As the sky became filled with planes and Communion spacecraft, Stella d'Argento turned back towards Young Britannia after the other heroine was clipped by one of the energy blasts from a Communion fighter. The Italian heroine raised one hand and sent another blast of light toward a Communion craft that was turning back around to try to make another pass at the two figures moving through the air under their own power. This time the blast struck the needle fighter, blasting it into a small silver cloud of dust and bits of the strange metal from which it was made. "Are you alright?" Stella called out over the noise of the jets and explosions, forgetting for the moment about the mental network that was connecting them all.

Soon Corona and Galvanic were back aboard the Aphelion, which was going to have to serve as their transport back now that the Nomad was destroyed. Mechanized and Memorial were both there to greet them, and soon the four women were up on the rather crowded bridge of with the merchant ship's captain when a message came in from the pirates. Sovereign appeared on a holoscreen, with Waymaker visible behind him and off to one side. "We have emerged victorious and destroyed these Communion that dared challenge us!" The Broan began in a loud voice. "As such, our truce is at an end." The was a brief pause before he continued. "However, it is apparent that this Communion is a significant threat, of far more immediate concern than the meager goods that we could potentially capture from that ship. As such I am allowing you to depart unchallenged." "I plan to go and gather more of my forces and allies, and will return to assist in driving this Communion back to the void from which they came! Prince Dovox out!" With that the screen went black and one of the crew members reported that the remaining pirate ships were withdrawing.

"I believe it is called the Unity." Amara replied with a small smile, although she could understand Sitara's hesitancy in working alongside the Grue. "From what I have heard from the Lor, and seem to have learned from the subliminal instruction the Curator fed me while we were in stasis, the Grue are not particularly more trustworthy now than they were two thousand years ago. Although at the moment we cannot be too selective in our allies." When Moon Moth arrived with the dish he had prepared, Amara was at first a bit surprised to see the familiar foods and spices. She then laughed slightly at his warning of the slight chance the food might explode. "Well, I am certainly willing to take the risk for a taste of home." She replied as she took the offered plate. "Thank you Myoth."

Hearing Samran-86's broadcast, Paradigm's posture relaxed ever so slightly. With no more immediate threat, the Naram turned her attention to any injured Lor near the airlock, providing what basic first aid she could. "Be sure to seek what additional medical assistance might be aboard." She added before she glided down the hallway back up to the bridge. "Elite, continue to scan the nearby area for anymore Communion ships." Paradigm transmitted over to her teammate, who had returned to the Devotion after the destruction of the Communion cruiser. "We have managed to clear space of any Communion for the moment Captain." She stated as she arrived at the bridge. "What is the status of the repairs?"

GM One of the Communion antibodies was blasted back by Gabriel's first shot, breaking apart and slamming against a far wall. However the sonic hero's second blast missed its mark, and the two closest antibodies rushed forward towards him once more. Once again their claws slashed out at the white clad hero. Gabriel managed to dodge the first one, but the second one scored a hit, raking its claws across his left thigh. Gabriel felt a sting of pain as the claws dug into his flesh, but the wound was a minor one. The other antibodies that were part of the group had begun to spread out, two of them going after the automated defense systems that had engaged. One of the antibodies managed to rip out the net gun, but the other weapon took a hit with seemingly minimal damage.

Yeah, there is not going to be room for her to maneuver in dragon form. Hmm... I think I said Fleur was heading toward Group 7, and will get there next round. I will say group 9 is within two full moves of Tiamat, and Gaian can get there in a single move action his next turn.

GM Even as one of the thin needle like ships exploded after being hit by Young Britannia's energy blast, the dozens of other ones began to spread out, arcing gracefully as they banked and turned. A handful continued toward Stella and Young Britannia, green energy rippling along the front of the ships' hulls before coalescing at the sharp metal points jutting from the tip of the fighters. Blasts of green energy streaked through the air towards the two heroines. Stella managed to duck under a blast aimed in her direction, but Young Britannia was just a bit too slow in trying to twist out of the path of a blast aimed at her. The British heroine felt a sting of pain as the blast clipped her, but was able to grit her teeth and focus past the pain. Around them the UNISON conventional aircraft and the Communion fighters exchanged fire, with a couple more of the needle fighters exploding after being hit by missiles. But a pair of the UNISON Harriers was hit by the green energy from the Communion fighters, one losing a wing and the pilot managing to eject out, the other exploding in a fireball. Suddenly a trio of needle fighters exploded at one edge of the battle, as a flight of Dassault Rafale from the French Air Force appeared, streaking towards the increasingly chaotic dogfight that was developing in the skies above Geneva. As they closed, the French delta wing fighters split off into pairs to try and chase down Communion fighters. Down on the ground Professor Chiron stood beside Ulysses, looking up toward the sky where they could just make out the flashes of light from missiles, energy beams and explosions as the dogfight began. But it was otherwise hard to make out any of the individual combatants in the dark sky. "Even if I could see any targets, they are still too far out of range." Professor Chiron stated with a small nod to the two weapon pods mounted on either flank of the cybernetic horse body he had in place of his legs. "But I am afraid that is not likely to last."

GM After falling into the river, the massive earth creature began to break apart, the flowing water clearly eroding it to some degree, but there appeared to be something more taking place, as it just seemed to completely collapse. Up in the air, Tundra and the twins looked over the edge of the rock platform Tundra was controlling for a moment before looking back down at Tsunami and a drenched Ulysses. "It appears this threat is over." Tundra stated. "We will leave it to you to ensure that PanStar is not able to sweep away their crimes in the wake of all of this." With that, the rock platform spun around and flew off through the air over the river and up into Canada.
