Okay, Legion: The unharmed one that was going after Shadowborne will jump down and attack Paper: missing with a 13 The unharmed one that was fighting Stormcrow will stay after him: missing with a 14 The one fighting Multi-Girl, Shadowborne and Ghule will attack Ghule again: 21, so a DC 23 toughness save for Ghule (she is at -2 due to prior injuries): @Lone_Star One of the Legion near Stormcrow will get back to her feet and take the Dodge Action. The other two Legion (still lying on the ground), will clear their daze. The Legion standing near Visor will hit her hand up against the armored door of the transport, and a new duplicate pops into existence. @Heritage Shift is up!

Okay, Multi-Girl is going to use her AOE attack once more. Boo, missing with a 11. She will use her last HP to reroll: absolute worst possible, a 17 (after the +10) Still, hits the three Legion Duplicates that were still prone, so DC 27 toughness saves for them at least: All three already have 2 bruises so: 18, 25, 17, so one bruised and dazed, another bruised, the last staggered and dazed.

That duplicate gets a 24, so picks up another bruise.

Timeout Lawrence frowned slightly as Aquaria confirmed the expectation that they make some demonstration of "strength" and most of his fellow students used their powers in rather impressive ways (from lifting a Deep One to lifting the entire whale carcass). As the blond teen had previously told several of his friends earlier in the year, his powers were not particularly flashy, which made it rather difficult to put on a display of strength. Of course, he could try to freeze one or two of the Deep One's in time, but that could far more easily be taken as an attack than simply lifting one with telekinesis for a few moments, so it did not seem a viable option. So, the teen instead opened up his mind to the cosmic senses he had recently unlocked. As he did so, his eyes went completely blue as they glowed with cosmic energy. Reaching out with those senses, the blond teen was able to sense the approach of a vessel he recognized to be Atlantean. While he was not alarmed by the approaching vessel, it still seemed something that their guide should probably be made aware of. "Ms. Innsmouth," Lawrence stated as he moved up near her and turned in the direction he sense the vessel to be approaching from, "there is an Atlantean vessel headed this way." -
Multi-Girl Bernadette gave a small smirk at Charlie’s response to Vik's suggestion of some sparring. "Poor dear." She replied with a grin. "Luckily, I do like your face tha way it is." She then added as she stood back up. The redhead walked over towards the open space in the gym that was set up with mats for sparing or tumbling. Opening a cabinet along the wall, she took out some padded MMA style gloves for herself as she walked out onto the mats. "So, we take it light an’ body blows only?" She asked, looking back at the other two.

Yeah, even with +4 for attacking a prone target, that is a miss. @Lone_Star Ghule is up, she needs to stand up first, but there is a Legion duplicate right next to her that Multi-Girl is fighting.

Timeout Star Knight had flow over near Rot, taking out several of the insect drones attacking the teen and otherwise drawing the attention of the remaining ones as more flew over to join in attacking the armored heroine. Over towards the center of the park, the insect drone that had survived Blue Bolts last attack was joined by two others as they flew after the small alien heroine, but weaving side to side on her board, she was able to avoid the attacks from all three of the fast-moving drones. Then there was a flash of light to the eastern side of the park, as nine new silvery figures appeared. Glancing back while struggling to hold Paradigm, Michael recognized a few of the Praetorians he had recently met, Moon-Moth and Traveller. Like Paradigm, all of the Praetorians were coated in silvery Computronium, converted to Communion drones. Lawrence recognized them as well, along with several of the others. Lawrence glanced over at the teenage version of his mother. "It is the one behind all of this." He replied before looking over to Mizuki. "I do realize that. But we must make that thing react to us. It is powerful, but unlike Quirk not without limits. That is why it had to take the singularity, to provide it the power to do all this," he generally gestured around them, "and the timeline it has our friends in. It needed that vast amount of power to fuel this and set events in motion. If we can make it react to things it did not plan for, then we can weaken it, and have a chance of getting out of this and helping our friends." The blond teen winces slightly as he sees Baz knocked out of a tree by two hulking Communion drones, but then focuses over towards where Michael and Parker where just managing to hold Paradigm. "I have an idea, and if it works, not only will it remove threats, but give us allies as well. And I am going to start with the biggest threat." He was then gone in a blur of temporal energy, seeming to quickly cross the distance to where Paradigm was being restrained. As Lawrence appeared next to Michael and Parker, his eyes had gone completely blue and crackled with energy as he focused on the Praetorian leader. Reaching out towards her, Lawrence touched either side of her face as temporal energy washed over Paradigm. She let out an ear-piercing electrical shriek like the other Communion drones made as the temporal energy went over her, and in a sudden surge of strength, pulled herself free from Michael and Parker’s grasp and Lawrence took a few steps back. But even as she did, the electronic screech change to a normal scream. "Aaaaahhhh!" As the last of the temporal energy dissipated, the figure near the three teenage boys was no longer coated in silvery Computronium, but once again flesh and blood. Paradigm was once again as Michael had seen her less than a week ago. Her costume was primarily white, with black diamond patterns and golden accents, while her long cape was once again black. Her skin was its normal orange, and her long hair a mix of black and purple. "Paradigm." Lawrence said, a hopeful expression on his face. The restored Praetorian focused on the blond teen, an uncertain look on her face. "Do I know you?" She said in heavily accented English, seemingly surprised at using and understanding the language. "Not in this time, or this place, but I know you." Lawrence responded. "You are Amara Val-Ren, praetor of the Delaztri Empire. You swore an oath to defend those in need. This city, this world, are under attack from the Communion. They need your help, my friends and I, need your help." "The Communion." Paradigm stated, a cold anger in her voice as she looked about the once tranquil park which had become a battlefield, her yellow eyes flaring with energy. "I will fight to the last to stop the Communion." She added before her gaze fell onto the recently arrived other Praetorians. "Are you able to restore my fellow Praetorians?" "I will do what I can." Lawrence replied. "I don't think I have the time to try one at a time, but I think I can try something different that could work on a larger scale."

Okay, with Baz clearing his daze there are other things to deal with. First, on count 30, more threats appear, as a Moon-Moth Drone teleports down with 8 other Praetorians (all turned to Communion Drones). I will add them to the initiative order as needed (many will be engaging the Freedom League). But, will give everyone another HP for the added threats. Star Knight moves over near Rot to assist her, taking down several of the insect drones and otherwise drawing the attention of the others. Two more insect drones join the one that survived Blue Bolt's attack and they chase her, but all miss Lawrence is going to power stunt off his main array, looking to reverse time and undo Paradigm being converted to a Communion Drone: Transform 13 (3 pt per rank (Communion drone to original state); Extras: Permanent (+2); Alt Save: Will (0); Flaw: Touch Range) [52/58 PP] He will then move over to Paradigm (who he needs only a 6 to hit currently): hitting DC 23 Will save vs the transform: the Paradigm Drone fails with a 15! As she transforms back to her normal state, I will have her throw off Michael and Parker (but no HP for this, as not a set back) Throwing up an updated order: Round Three 38 Velocity (unharmed) 32 Gamma Buzz 4 HP (injured, bruised, dislocated leg, prone) 30 Moon-Moth Drone (unharmed) 25 Insect Drones (many (3 around Blue Bolt); 20 others around the park at the heart of City Center) 24 Timeout 5 HP (unharmed) 21 Blue Bolt 4 HP (unharmed) 21 Rot 4 HP (unharmed) 20 Golden Star 3 HP (injured, bruised, fatigued) 20 Spaceman 3 HP (injured, bruised) 17 Paradigm (unharmed) 17 Torpedo Lass II 5 HP (unharmed) 15 Drones (many: 5 are within 30’ of Timeout/TL2/Sever; 26 are within 250’ of Timeout/TL2/Sever); other groups further out in area ) 13 Needle Fighters (many) 13 Large Alien Drones (6 (2 currently near Gamma Buzz)) 10 Sever 3 HP (injured, bruised, prone) Then Blue Bolt is up! @Kaede Kimura

GM The quick action of Michael and Parker managed to pin down the altered Paradigm, who seemed unprepared for such an attack. But even as they did, she was far heavier than someone her size should be, even accounting for having been converted to Computronium. As they did there best to try to hold her, they could already feel her starting to push back, and growing stronger as she did. Michal’s pleas to her seemed to be all but ignored. As Torpedo Lass braced herself for any counterattack by the Communion drone she had attacked, there was blast of energy that streaked by her and blasted the drone off its feet. Daedalus landed next to her and Sever as he turned to face the next closest group of drones, a pair that were a little over sixty feet away. Around the park, other Freedom League members were dealing with groups of the Communion drones, either on the ground or the flying insect drones in the air. Those two drones rushed forward, closing to within a short distance of the three. Throughout the park more of the humanoid drones continued to move forward. Several closed toward Torpedo Lass and Sever, as more of the needle fighters impacted with the ground throughout the park. One landed a short distance from Torpedo Lass and Sever, releasing another four of the humanoid drones. One of the needle fighters slammed down into the ground near the tree Gamma Buzz was currently in, and as the sides open, only two silver colored figures were release. However, these were hulking humanoids, each at least eight feet tall, with thick muscular builds. As they let out the piercing electrical screeching the Communion drones made, they leapt into the air at Gamma Buzz, each delivering a powerful blow to the teen hero. Two more pairs of the large humanoid drones were dropped off by needle fighters landing to the north and south of the center of the park. As more of the humanoid drones closed in towards Torpedo Lass and Sever, there were two faint sonic booms and then a WOOSH of air as Johnny Rocket and the teenage Velocity returned, each taking down a group of drones. The two speedsters skidded to a halt near the group for a moment. "Most of these Communion seem to be focused here." Indicated Velocity, she then paused a moment and added. "Umm, who is the creepy guy in the black robes?"

Okay, Daedalus will fly over and blast the drone threatening TL and Sever and land near them as other drones start closing in. More needle fighters land throughout the park area, deploying more humanoid drones, including three which each deploy two 8 foot tall humanoid alien drones. Two of these are deployed right next to Gamma Buzz and get to attack him: 23 and 26, so two DC 25 toughness saves @Supercape (they are still minions, so luckily no critical hit). Chatting with Thunder, Sever is going to use his turn to clear his daze, which means: Round Three 38 Velocity (unharmed) 32 Gamma Buzz 3 HP (unharmed) 25 Insect Drones (many (1 around Baz/Blue Bolt); (5 near Rot); 30 others around the park at the heart of City Center) 24 Timeout 5 HP (unharmed) 21 Blue Bolt 3 HP (unharmed) 21 Rot 3 HP (unharmed) 20 Golden Star 2 HP (unharmed) 20 Spaceman 2 HP (injured, bruised) 17 Paradigm Drone (unharmed, bound and helpless) 17 Torpedo Lass II 4 HP (unharmed) 15 Drones (many: 5 are within 30’ of Timeout/TL2/Sever; 26 are within 250’ of Timeout/TL2/Sever); other groups further out in park) 13 Needle Fighters (many) 13 Large Alien Drones (6 (2 currently in melee with Gamma Buzz)) 10 Sever 2 HP (injured, bruised, prone) Velocity and Johnny Rocket return to the area, each taking down a group of 4 of the humanoid drones that were closing in on Timeout/TL2/Sever and Daedalus. That will bring up Gamma Buzz (depending on the results of his toughness save) @Supercape

Timeout Lawrence grinned as Rev gave him a big hug, not seeming to mind the oil and grease she got onto his clothes as he gave her a quick hug in return. The blond teen gave her a grin as she mentioned how much taller he was. "Just a result of the normal passage of time, no manipulations or the like." He replied. When Rev asked about Mizuki, if Lawrence was embarrassed, he did not show it, his grin widening a bit as Mizuki came over and answered Rev's question. "Rev, this is Mizuki." Lawrence replied. "She is at Claremont with me. And she has heard the full story of our little misadventure to CoVic Station." At the discussion about electric and gas-powered cars, the teen remained silent. While he was rather familiar with the differences between them, he had not come out here for a debate on the subject. Instead, he just gave Rev a smile. "Well, my mom has never really been too into cars, for reasons I am sure you can guess. She really only has any to keep up appearances." "Anyway, when she learned you had returned to town, she let me know and told me to bring by the BMW for a checkup, which gave me a good excuse to come and say hi." He stated, gesturing with his thumb to the electric BWM SUV parked in front of the garage.

Okay, with the misses sorted, Timeout will again use his Paralyze AOE, moving if he has to so he can hit all hostiles in the room in the 250' area. He gets a 19 on the attack roll, DC 20 Will save it that fails.

The duplicate only gets an 18, so picks up a bruise. Bernadette will move back to attack one of the ninja backstage. Would she be able to Take 10 to hit (which would result in an 18), if so, DC 27 toughness save.

The first one (with three bruises) rolls a 7 with a nat 1, so she is out, and disappears. The other gets a 23, so another bruise and dazed. @Kaede Kimura Shadowborne is up!

The communion drone just makes its toughness save. As I said in chat, I do not think TL can reach Paradigm in a move action (she is over 350' away), and even if she could, a surge would not allow you to do a coup-de-grace, which is a full round action (and you have already attacked and are considering moving). Does TL want to leave Sever there with that drone still on him?
-
Okay, decided to make a story decision. Seeing as I fiated Paradigm showing up and acting out of turn, I don't think it makes sense for her to get to act again this turn, especially if it basically negates Michael and Parker's heroic efforts. So, Paradigm is still grappled, Torpedo Lass is up! @The Sailor

Timeout Lawrence listened carefully as Neko described what she saw and heard. If he was worried or frightened by the fact that someone was hunting them, the blond teen did not show it, his expression mostly impassive save for a look of concern to hear that Kazra had been injured. When the Senior looked back to him to ask if he could take others with him he gave a small nod. "Simple enough to create a rift through time and space over to there." He stated before disappearing in a temporal blur only to reappear down on the ground once more. "Can you show me the area near where she is? Then I can get us all there. And I can heal Kazra's injuries as well." He started. Once Neko had given him an idea of where she wanted them to go, Lawrence raised one hand and created a temporal portal in the air similar to the one he had used to transport the teens to Fiji last month. Once it was opened, he stepped through, waiting for the others to follow.

GM Suddenly there was a loud yell as a massive figure leapt off of the roof of the damaged casino toward the giant robot. “AAAAAAAHHHHH!” The figure was at least eight feet tall, and far broader than a normal person. Dressed in long black pants (with red pipping running up the ides) and black boots, the enormous man did not wear any shirt. He had on black gloves on his massive hands, which each only seemed to have three thick fingers. His head was somewhat disproportionately smaller than his body, and bald. WHAM The figure delivered a powerful double-handed blow to the torso of the giant robot, causing it to rock back slightly from the force of the impact, which dented a section of the chest plate. Once again, the robot seemed somewhat disoriented as the large man dropped down to the ground near its feet, landing not too far away from Bernadette. "Oh, hello." The newcome said, seeming a bit awkward. "That was a well-placed strike you delivered." He then added, and while still seeming a bit awkward, he was surprisingly well spoken. Across the street, Archer watched the scene unfolding and instead of focusing on one of the many Omegadrones still in the area, he drew out two arrows and ran over near where Daniel had taken cover behind a car. "You have telekinesis like your sister right?" He asked as he nocked both of the arrows at once, some sort of cables linking the two together. "When that thing gets back up, try to trip it, together with these, we might be able to bring it down to the ground where it can be more easily dealt with." He then stood back upright, aiming the two nocked arrows towards the giant robot as he started to draw them back.

The damage bounces off her Impervious. Right now, her array is not optimized for grappling, so she only gets a 44 on her grapple check.

Tsunami As the water began to leak down into the basement area where Giang was waiting with Madame Raven and Wrack, the Asian woman skillfully directed the water away from her two comrades, keeping the area around them dry and water free. The water seemed to bend around Giang herself, who soon stepped on top of the water. As Mr. Silk's unconscious form began floating in the pooling water, Giang looked over to the other two. "Are we ready to make our way out? I can use the water to lift Silk out of here?" Once the others indicated they were ready, Giang cleared a path in the water for them to approach the stairs as she silently moved across the surface of the water (not even leaving any ripples to mark her passage) and climbed out of the trapdoor and stepped into nearby shadows. When the other two had made their way up to a dry area cleared for them, Giang had the water below lift Mr. Silk back up through the trapdoor.

Well, once the water starts leaking down, Tsunami will keep it away from her, Madame Raven and Wrack. And when we are ready to head up, will control the water to "lift" Mr. Silk up out of the basement.
