Mechanized and Memorial both made it over to the Aphelion's cargo holds without any incident. Inside they found the large space filled with stacks upon stacks of cargo containers, all securely fastened down to prevent them from shifting, and in this case, floating out into the depths of space when the doors were part way open. The both spotted a doorway toward the interior of the cargo pod, which appeared to be an airlock into the main hull of the merchant ship. Overhead, the cargo doors began to close once more. Outside, the three interceptors continued to streak around the black void, two swinging back around to make another pass at the Nomad while one took aim at the Aphelion. The bright beams of the interceptors' energy weapons streaked through space, one pair of beams missing the Nomad, while another pair struck the Lor vessel. The third interceptors' blasts struck the merchant ship toward the aft engines, causing the entire ship to shake slightly, but the large vessel seemed to withstand the attack, for the moment.

Given her ability to see through the darkness summoned by the cat woman, Lucy had seen her leap up through the hole in the skylight Freddy had made during his entrance. It was a simple matter for her to leap up after the cat woman however, and Lucy landed right next to her, delivering a solid hit. But the tough the cat woman gave a small grunt in pain, she flipped over back onto her feet and was still very much in the fight. "Sadly yes. That statue is not worth all this, so you can keep the ugly little thing." The cat woman replied back to Lucy as she took a couple of steps back from the undead woman.

That hits, Catseye gets a 23, so takes another bruise (as the DC should be 27).

Okay, Ulysses is up, but still stuck in the small crater he formed. As he is staggered, he only gets one move action or standard action each round.

GM Pulling its self free from Miss Grue's grasp, the massive earth creature focused its attention on the enlarged Grue, swinging one of its huge fists at her. *WHAM* The blow struck solidly, the impact creating a small concussive wave around the two that shook windows in the manufacturing plant. Miss Grue was knocked completely off her feet by the force of the blow, falling over backwards to land on the ground about twenty five feet away, where she lay dazed. Both Crimson and Clover took the air once again, Clover clearly feeling the effects of the earlier attack, as she seemed to be just staying up and had one arm clutched up against her torso. Crimson however was still very much in the flight, and the young woman sent another beam of red energy at the earth creature, however, this time she somehow missed the massive target, and the beam blasted a small crater in the ground nearby. Tundra let the rock and earth she had levitated up to catch the twins fall back to the ground. The villainess focused her attention on the earth creature, but did not take any other obvious action.

You get the modified Fort SG, so you make it. No roll for jumping, so go ahead and post.

Making his way into the depths of the shop, Oskar had to weave down the crooked path that led toward the back of the shop, finally reaching what seemed to be a counter. It was the only surface in the store that had any empty space on it, and even that was limited. Being the counter was a humanoid woman, old and wrinkled, with thick grey hair that went down well past her shoulders. Lots of beads and jewelry covered her person, adding to her rather unkept appearance. "Aye, I am old Uloc." She said with an almost toothless gin. "If you wish to buy, I am certain you will find something to your linking here." Balus moved up, coughing slightly as he cleared his throat. "I….we, are here on behalf of General Tolaan. The general wishes to purchase a very rare item in your possession." "Oh!" Uloc exclaimed. "I have many rare items, but they can be quite expensive." Moving into the entrance of the shop, Ana found she could not keep an eye on Oskar and Balus from the front door, she would have to move further into the shop if she wished to have them in view.

Okay, the drive out lasts long enough that you both will recover the bruise conditions.

With a plan decided upon the two heroes went into action to carry it out. Coiled Lightning took one of the ski masks off an unconscious thug and pulled it on over his normal mask, then got the van moving once more. Liquify meanwhile moved the two unconscious thugs from the front into the back with the third thug and then crouched down in the back out of sight as he waited for them to reach their destination. Coiled Lightning managed to get the van away from the scene without running into any of the police making their way towards the scene. Turning west on Gould street, he went about ten blocks and got onto the Wallace Expressway heading south, the quickest way to Greenbank from the North End. The trip took a short while, taking the two almost to the South River, but Coiled turned the van off about a quarter mile before the Mona-Glen Bridge and then started into Greenbank. The area was filled with train tracks and warehouses, some of which were dark and rundown. The location circled on the map turned out to be an underpass beneath the E Street bridge along a section of Greenbank right by the South River. As Coiled Lightning came to a stop near the underpass, a pair of headlights flashed from darkness of the underpass.

Sigh, I could have sworn I posted in here last night. Couple small things with the laser bow array Gankun. For Sniper Shot, 1 rank of Progression Range would give you a max range of 1,750 feet, not 7,000. For Missile Shot, the explosion area would be 35 feet. For Taser Shot, 1 rank of Improved Range would give you 140 foot range increment, not 175.

Giang had climbed into the front passenger seat as John started up the convertible and started back toward the terminal. She looked over at John as he apologized about being absent over the last year. "I understand John, no need to apologize. While your emails have been rather light on the details, it was rather evident you were very busy with things." When John mentioned a folder under her seat, the Asian teen looked over at him with a slightly puzzled look. After a brief moment, she reached underneath and took the folder out and opened it to look inside. Giang looked at the first page as she seemed to go slightly ridged. "It's about my mother. My real mother." She stated to John and Cerys.

Paradigm streaked quickly through the emptiness that separated the Either Ore from the Devotion, somewhat reveling in the chance to soar the spaceways once again. Of course, the feeling was very much muted by the rapid approach of Communion vessels. So the Naram remained focused on what she needed to do. Swooping over near the merchant vessel and one of its airlocks that now had lights lit up and the outer door open, Paradigm released Kharag, a small push giving him all the momentum he needed to drift into the airlock as the outer door closed once more to start repressurizing the chamber. Paradigm then turned out towards the direction the Communion ships were approaching from, flying out to take up a position a few thousand feet away from the Either Ore, awaiting the approach of the smaller, faster ships.

I think one hesitation I have Tiff is that she really is not very different than Young Britannia.

Well the point is you do not have that point for it anyway. Your current total spent on powers is 63 (not 62 as you list in the totals at the bottom). You correctly list only 18 pp in feats (taking out the prehensile feet), so correcting the amount spent on powers to 63 (along with everything else) equals 150 pp. So you need to drop prehensile feet, correct the amount of feats to 18 and correct the total for powers at the bottom to 63.
-
Also, everyone should remember that those fighting in Zero G without the proper adaption feat also suffer a -4 on attack rolls.
-
Corona is shaken (-2 attack rolls, saving throws and skill checks) by space sickness.
-
Okay, the ships are in position for Mechanized to leap over from the Nomad. Both Mechanized and Corona will need to make DC 15 Fort saves vs the effects of Zero Gravity (space sickness), as neither has the environmental adaption feat for Zero G. Go ahead and post IC for Mechanized SG.
-
As for landing the Nomad in a cargo hold, that won’t happen if they are full! So, Corona is up with Mechanized waiting to get closer.
-
Yes, and under the rules for zero G, you can use your leaping to propel yourself in a straight line if you have something to push off form. (if something happens and you miss, there could be problems though)
-
Okay, most of the pirates cannot really do much at the moment, so moving on to Mechanized!
-
Galvanic's powerful attack struck where the halves of the cargo doors connected, smashing the both back and creating an opening easily large enough for her to make her enter the hold. The atmosphere that was inside the hold was immediately sucked out of into the vacuum, but the few metal crates currently in the large space were magnetized and remained locked firmly in place. There were a few pirates in the room, two were pulled off their feet and towards the opening as the room depressurized, but they were able to activate the helmets of their spacesuits and seal themselves from the vacuum. Two others were also able to activate their magnetic boots, and remain on the ground in the face of the depressurization. The other pirate ships continued repositioning, as the nearer of the two smaller ships fired a few shots at the Nomad, which also streaked by the Lor ship and off into the darkness of space.

Hey Celestine, Frostguard looks interesting, have a few comments for you: Stats: look good, though I would note that the 1 extra pp in Str is sort of wasted (all it does is effect your carrying capacity). Totally your choice though if you want to keep it that way of course. Also, you should list your Enhanced strength when in the armor as well (ie: 17/35 (+3/+12) Saving Throws: There is a problem with your Toughness. You have +3 from Con, the pick up +12 Protection in the armor, that equals +15 total, which would violate the caps. You should change the protection from the armor to +9 (you can still get the 10 Impervious, the extra point is just applied to part of your Con toughness. The other saves are a bit low, but that is your choice. Skills: I am counting 10 pp worth of skills, not 9. Feats and Equipment look fine. Powers: Container: well, there is a bit of a problem here, but might just work itself out. Containers by default are sustained in duration. To make a container permanent, you first need to apply Continuous (+1 extra) then the Permanent flaw (-1), so those cancel each other out, meaning it still would cost 24 pp. As for the three powers in the Container, I assume those are centered on Frostguard, and not something he can project at range? If so, they should all have the 0 Range flaw, which would lower the cost of each down to 4 pp, meaning you only need 12 pp in the container (and it will only cost 12 pp). For the array in the suit, hmm, so the idea is the suit contains the otherwise permanent effects of his nature, and takes that and uses it to produce other powers? Hmm, I believe that can work, though not sure this is quite the right way to reflect that. Will have to think and talk to some of the other refs a bit. But, can you list that you have 4 alt powers as extras, instead of just saying “alt powersâ€.
