As Bloody Mess quickly closed with the leader of the robed men, one of the others men in robes shifted his focus toward Lucy for the moment, before he again chanted in some unknown language and sent a blot of green mystical energy at the undead lawyer. The last struck her squarely, but Lucy was able to take the hit without any ill effects. Then, out of the shadows, the cat-like female leapt back into view, slashing her claws across Freddy's back as she went past and landed a short distance beyond. Just as Freddy felt the claws beginning to rake across his back, he instinctively flinched away from the sensation, causing them to cut far less deep than they otherwise could have. Glancing back over her shoulder at the short pugilist as she landed in a low crouch, the cat-woman seemed to almost purr as she said, "well, this job just got much more interesting." Nearby, one of the thugs that had helped unload the statue from the van now above Lucy's head considered the undead lawyer for a moment, before he turned and continued after Freddy. Catching up with the stocky private investigator, the man swung his club at Freddy, but the skilled fighter easy dodged the attack. The third robed figure in the warehouse also sent a bolt of mystical energy at Lucy, but the blast flew just wide, hitting a crate beyond her and blasting a hole in the side. The other thug followed after Freddy as well, but he easily blocked a clumsy club attack. The semi-translucent shadow creature that had been called up by the leader of the robed men focused its white eyes on Lucy. It then glided forward slightly as it brought up one hand and sent a blast of shadow energy at the undead lawyer. But Lucy was able to side step the attack, taking the van with her as she went.

Okay, due to already having a bruise, Miss Grue will pick up another, but still hold on to Tundra. Ulysses is up! (and still in the snare) (oh, and I am going to give all the PCs a Hero Point for the complication of the earth monster coming into the fight)

GM A massive creature composed of rocks and earth rose up from the exposed cavern blow, standing over twenty feet tall. Turning its head, dark eye sockets looked upward toward the two glowing twins hovering in the air above, and the creature swept one arm outward, sending a stream of rocks and solid chunks of earth flying up into the sky. Crimson and Clover both moved quickly away from being dead center of projectiles path, scattering as they did so. While they managed to get out of the way of the majority of the rocks and earth, they were still struck by a few, but their forcefields were easily able to absorb those impacts. Righting herself first, Clover swooped back over near her sister, grasping Crimson's hand once more. "I don't know what you are, but you should think again before you attack my sister and I!" Extending her free hand, the flying villainess sent a beam of yellow energy that began to open as it neared the earth creature, trying to trap its arms and upper body inside a energy binding. The large earth creature was not particularly agile, and was soon bound inside the glowing yellow energy. Meanwhile, Crimson pointed her free hand at the massive form of Miss Grue. "Let her go!" She called out, as she sent a bolt of red energy at the young Grue. The blast struck true, causing Miss Grue a bit of pain, but she otherwise held firm and kept her grip on Tundra. "A nice offer, but I am afraid I have to decline. I don't trust PanStar or the US government to be accommodating." Tundra responded as she tried to struggle free from Miss Grue's grip, putting up quite a bit of resistance, but the giant sized Miss Grue managed to maintain her hold on the villainess.

Acolyte 1 shits his attention to Lucy now, firing a mystical bolt of energy at her, just hitting with a 22, DC 21 toughness save for Lucy. Catseye leaps out of the shadows to attack Freddy with her claws, hitting with a 29, DC 23 toughness save for Freddy. Thug 1 will follow after Freddy, missing with a 17. Acolyte 2 will fire a mystical bolt at Lucy as well, missing with a 19. Thug 2 will also follow Freddy, missing with a 13. The shade will fire a blast of shadow energy at Lucy as well, missing with a 14. Lucy is up!

Ah, yes, missed that attack specialization. You did not have it up on your attack line, so should probably note that there. Yes, looks like you are ready to submit. The next step will be to post in the Character Bank, two refs have to approve the character (which should go a bit smoother given the work you have done thus far) and then one of the refs will move it over to the hero bank after the second approval and you will be good to start.

Yes, the base flight (not that you have taken out the gliding limitation) would stack with any flight you use from the dynamic array). Enhanced Str that is limited to grapple is okay, but it would cost 1 pp per +1 to the check, as it takes 2 ranks of str to add a +1 to grapple checks (just like it takes 2 points to add to +1 damage). So enhanced Str 12 only adds +6 to grapple. But you are getting grapple bonuses from the elongation and additional limbs as well. You still need to fix your formatting for both arrays. Take a look again at what I did for your Psionic Powers array, you need all the information I put in there for both.

As Oskar guided the Xeno towards Syl'n V, he got a better view of the planet. It was just a bit smaller than Earth in size, situated just within the ideal zone for development of conditions similar to Earth's. The planet was covered in bright blue oceans, with several large island continents that were situated primarily along its equator. These continents were a lush green, in all likelihood, evidence of heavy vegetation and the like. Oskar did not have to wait long before he received a response to his hail. "Copy Xeno, this is Syl'n Outpost reading you. We are doing fine, but glad to have you here. Just follow the beacon down, our landing platform is clear." The Xeno's sensors has just picked up the homing beacon for the outpost, pointing toward a costal location on one of the central island continents along Syl'n V's equator.

Glad to hear your enjoying the process gankun. Hopefully you will find playing the character even more fun! Things look pretty good for Liquify right now, though his Snare is not at caps (only +3 attack and +7 effect), but your strike meets caps, so likely not an issue there. Also, not sure how ricochet would work on your strike, you already have elongation that lets you bend your arm around an obstacle and the like.
-
No, the dynamic array costs 3 more pp than you have spent, so some sort of adjustment needs to be made.
-
Actually, I am afraid the dynamic array is not priced correctly. The cost for the dynamic slots is placed in the total price of the array (and does not add to the active points in the array). It should be priced like this: Psionic Powers 10 (20 pp array, alien, biological, psychic; Feats: dynamic base power, 3 dynamic alternate powers) [27PP] BP: Tekekinesis 10 {20/20} AP: Blast 10 (Telekinetic Slam) {20/20} AP: Flight 8 (Telekinetic Flight) {16/20} AP: Telepathy 10 {20/20} Also, you should list out exactly what that level of regeneration does for you, so the GM does not have to look up what Bruise 3 does, etc.

Aboard the Xeno Syl'n System, inbound to Syl'n V Oskar was in the Xeno's cockpit, having recently dropped the vessel out of lightspeed and began its approach toward Syl'n V. Oskar had been hired by Kazzack Biogenetics, a corporation within the Lor Republic that was heavily involved in biomedical research and the pharmaceutical industry. While much of the corporation’s operations were on heavily populated Lor worlds, it did have one small, but important operation on Syl'n V, where it had teams that harvested rare plants which had incredible medicinal properties. Recently, some members of the harvesting teams had been killed by what appeared to be some sort of predatory animal. So Kazzack had contracted Oskar, and one of his associates, Seika, to travel to Syl'n V and see if they could track down what was attacking the harvesting teams. According to the information Oskar had received, Syl'n V was a lush tropical planet, with no native sentient species. The only inhabitants of the planet were the Kazzack harvesting team, who operated out of a small outpost on the central continent. Oskar had been provided the comm frequency for the outpost so he could make contact as they approached the planet.

GM Elite Raark seemed to smile once more as Tatiana replied and curtsied in greeting. “Please, beyond being a Praetorian, I have no formal title or rank.†He stated as he considered her additional greeting with the Murian oath. “The peace and prosperity of the Empire are indeed worth our sacrifice, perhaps a day will come when we can fully enjoy it ourselves.†Kharag Chrystaa showed little reaction to Kharag’s response, certainly not one of fear of deference. <My apologies Kharag, I meant no insult.> She responded calmly. <Telepathic communication is my people’s only means of announcing ourselves. And you may not find my mind so easy to break.> She paused a moment before continuing. <You will likely find your time in our ranks easier if you remember that you are now among equals and peers.>

While I am at it, dependent on what happens with Miss Grue's toughness save, Tundra is going to try to get free from the grapple with a 34. So that is a toughness save for Miss Grue and maybe a grapple check to maintain the grapple.

The earth monster rises up to full height, standing over 20 feet tall. It sends an area attack (rocks and chunks of earth) flying up at Clover and Crimson, DC 23 Reflex save to lower damage: Crimson gets a 27, Clover a 26 so DC 21 toughness saves, but their Impervious toughness allows them to take that with no roll. Clover tries to trap the large earth monster with a yellow energy construct, the earth monster misses its reflex save with a 9, so it trapped. Crimson fires an energy blast at Miss Grue, hitting with a 27, DC 27 toughness save for Miss Grue.

Giang was relieved when the security guard still outside of the dome was no longer shooting at her. Meanwhile the others were continuing to try to blast their way out, and they were making progress at smashing through the dome, it was only a matter of time before they were free. Then the Asian teen heard the sound from down below and moved over near the edge of the hole ripped in the earth and peered down to see the massive form rising up. Her jaw clenching slightly, she extended one hand back toward the water dome. The solid water reliquefied and dispersed out onto the ground around the four security guards that had been inside it. The Asian teen then reached back out toward the river with the other hand as she started pulling more water towards her. "I would suggest falling back to safety." She stated, addressing the PanStar security personnel.

Round Seven 18 Tsunami (unharmed, fatigued, 2 HP) 14 Earth Monster (unharmed) 9 Clover (unharmed) 9 Crimson (bruised) 9 Tundra (bruised) 8 Ulysses (unharmed, bound and helpless 0HP) 7 Miss Grue (bruised, 2 HP) Last: Security guards (5: 4 trapped in water dome (-5 toughness to dome), 1 free)

Keeper gets a 13 on his first roll, so I am giving him a reroll (+1 HP to Mess) and he gets a 25.
-
Yeah, as built this character has some issues SG. You really seem to be cramming two concepts together (the paragon of human potential with a psychic) and are not really ending up being that accomplished at either. You could drop her PL down to 8 but still have her built on 150 pp to help with this some, or maybe lessen the enhanced attributes some (not sure they all need to be at near human max potential). Also, permanent mind control is not going to fly, even if it is only emotions.
-
Well, when you first looked in the skylight, I indicated Machinefist and the thugs were unloading the statue, so it is not in the van when Rev gets down there to lift it up, but is nearby. Machinefist is dazed, so not acting. The Keeper summons a shade. Round Two 24 Bloody Mess (unharmed, 4 HP) 22 Acolyte 1 21 Catseye (unharmed) 18 Thug 1 17 Acolyte 2 16 Thug 2 14 Shade 12 Revenant (unharmed, 1 HP) 12 Machinefist (bruised) 8 Keeper Mess is up!
-
Lucy easily lifts up the van, but the statue had already been unloaded and was a short distance away. Back by the pile of crates he had slammed into, Machinefist was pushing himself up slight, but otherwise was still too dazed from Freddie’s attack to do anything else. On the opposite side of the warehouse, the last man in the dark blue and purple robes was watching the battle that was unfolding. Rising up his hands, he began making intricate gestures and chanting in some unknown language. His hands glowed with dark green mystical energy, then just in front of him, a dark shadowy figure seemed to rise up out of the ground, hovering in the air as it let out a piercing wail, white eyes focusing on the two heroes.

GM Miss Grue was easily able to reach out and grab ahold of the grounded Tundra, and though the supervillainess struggled against her, the young Grue managed to keep ahold. Inside the watery dome, the four PanStar security guards all fired once more at the "prison." More cracks formed along the surface of the dome from some of the blasts, but it continued to hold, for the moment. The guard still outside the dome kept his weapon trained on Tsunami for the moment, but held his fire, apparently somewhat conflicted about what to do. He glanced toward Tundra, but found the large form of Miss Grue grappling the woman, and then up at the flying villainesses that were causing destruction around the yard, but knew his weapon was ineffectual against them. So the guard just hesitated, uncertain what to do now. Then, from down in the now exposed cavern below, there came a low, roar that echoed up to the battle above. From where he was trapped along the edge of the hole Tundra had created, Ulysses could see some large shape of what appeared to be earth and rock rising up out of the smoldering pile of half melted chemical drums and the wreckage of the forklift.
-
Tundra almost avoids that with a 36, but almost isn’t good enough, so she is grappled. The four security guards in the dome will continue trying to blast their way out, so four more DC 20 toughness saves for the dome: 22, 12, 15 and 17[/ulr], so, makes the first one and ends up with -3 more to toughness do to damage (now at -5 toughness, but still up!). The last security guard will not act, as he is now uncertain what to do.

There really aren't any freshmen at Claremont. The only occasional exceptions are PCs that have needed a bit more formal schooling, ie ones that for whatever reason never had any. And yes, she does need to be 16.
-
SG, one issue I see with the fluff you have up right now, all characters on this site have to be 16 years old (physically and emotionally, if not chronologically).
