Dee was able to spot Edward as the UK team came into view. While she did not always get along with her older brother, she had to admit he had put in some hard work to get here, so she applauded him along with the rest of the UK contingent, even if she did not add any extra enthusiasm due to the familiar relation. When she felt the nudge from beside her, the young woman glanced over with a scowl, which remained in place a few more moments after Gorodetsky introduced himself. The Dee allowed it to slip away, offering the slightest smile before become a bit more neutral. "Well, you certainly seem more polite than the KGB of old to introduce yourself Mr. Gorodetsky." She replied. "But I am here just for the games." She added. "See down there, that is my brother in the UK contingent. While I might not always get along with him, I am more than happy to cheer him on as he competes, along with every other athlete here." "So, you and the rest of the secret police are more than welcome to watch if you like. And anyone else that wants to as well. Being followed and under observation is hardly something new for me." Even as she was speaking with Gorodetsky, Dee heard some conversation about trying to get into the Olympic Village to find someone. Glancing past the secret police officer, she saw Erick Sloane and his "bodyguard" talking nearby. They were the two at the center of that scuffle in the hotel lobby, and now they were wanting to get into the village?

Well, sadly, Dee fell a bit short, even with the bonuses from aid and studying the plans, only getting a 28.

Right, thanks for the correction. So, she would have been Disabled. But after being dazed last round, she had fully regenerated, so she is fine!

Okay pierce, sorry for the delay, but here are a few more comments. First, I am not sure what happened, but the font got really small. Please get it back to a more normal size please (that has happened to me before as well). I see his stats are pretty much back to the baseline. There is no rule that you have to improve stats, it just seems odd to have a character with almost everything so close to the average bystander. On your speed, please put the Wall Running and Water Running separately as Super Movement, which is what they are, not feats. Also you need to note that they are limited to only while running, unless you want to pay the full cost. For the Enhanced Feats linked to the Strike power, it might be cleaner to make those just the Accurate feat, but it does not really mater I suppose as they amount to the same thing. However, I still sort of question how you have limited your array to start. Certainly you can stunt alt powers, but with only two hero points to start out, you could quickly find yourself having to take levels of fatigue or be without a hero point when you really need one (such as when someone manages to land a hit and you get a really bad toughness save). Along those lines, the strike as you have built it does not get much benefit from the Autofire extra. Per the rules, you can get a bonus +1 to the damage for every 2 points you beat the target’s defense by, up to +5 OR half the base bonus of the attack, whichever is LESS. So the most you will be able to add to the strike from Autofire is +2. Also, having the only attack you have access to without stunting being a selective area attack means you are wasting points when you are faced with only one target.

So, all three are down. Go ahead and post the awesomeness IC
-
Yeah, but he cannot beat a DC 24 toughness save, so he is out as well, so go ahead and make an extended attack through the open door to try to hit the driver as he is starting to get out
-
Yeah, that deals with the SMG guy, and you can easily go for the guy that opened the door with the pistol. Need a second attack roll.
-
Yeah, your up! A guy with an SMG has stepped outside, there is another guy just inside with a pistol, and the driver is opening his door.

Round Twelve 25 Revenant (0 HP) 19 Hound (unharmed) 18 Crimson Tiger (unharmed, 1 HP) 18 Fighter 11 14 Bloody Mess (bruised 3, staggered, dazed, 0 HP) 13 Fighter 9 (bruised 2) 11 Diaz 7 Fighter 7 6 Jack (bruised 5) 6 Fighter 6 (bruised 4, staggered, dazed) 5 Malcom (bruised 2) Okay, Lucy as recovered from being dazed and is up (she only gets one standard action or one move action)
-
Okay, lets have an initiative roll (with Foreshadow likely to be going first)
-
The blond haired Battle Brother turned away from Lucy to face Mess as the stocky pugilist stood back up and did…something to his partner. "Fight fair? You think this is some fighting ring with rules?" He said with a laugh, before stepping forward and swinging a meaty fist at Mess. Mess was able to duck underneath the powerful attack, stepping to one side, but the dodge moved him right to where Malcom was, the second Battle Brother scowling with anger as he delivered a powerful upper cut that echoed in the hallway with a lough *WHACK*. Mess' head was snapped back and he was knocked off his feet once more and sent flying back into a wall, even as Jack stepped up to launch another attack, which just missed as the private eye flew backward.

Well, it is only staggered and dazed, but still not good!

As the van skidded to a complete stop, Foreshadow felt a sensation to pull away from where he as currently lying, as his sixth sense gave him a warning. Just as he rolled slightly to one side, there was the sound of automatic weapon fire from inside the van, and several bullet holes appeared in the roof as the bullets tore through. The costumed crime fighter then heard the side door on the passenger side of the van slide open. With the driver likely slightly delayed from stopping the car, he likely only had a narrow window of opportunity if he wanted to try to roll off on the driver's side and get under the van. There were also ample opportunities to try to gain a higher vantage point!
-
Someone inside the van fires a SMG up through the roof at the sound, missing Foreshadow with a 15
-
Jack is going to turn to attack Mess, missing with a 15. Malcom will then attack Mess, hitting with a 23, so a DC 21 toughness save, then Jack makes his reaction attack, just missing again with a 19.

Up in the factory offices, Harry, in his dog form, was hiding under a table as to door to the office opened up and a flashlight shown into the room. The light swept the room, and then there were some soft footsteps on the carpeted floor as someone entered the room. "I don't see anything up here." A voice said, apparently talking into a radio based on the brief static Harry's sharp ears picked up for a moment after he spoke. The was a brief pause, before the door closed once more and Harry heard footsteps out in the hallway. The Battle Brother that Mess had targeted winced in pain as he let out a grunt of pain. Though he was clearly hurt, he was still on his feet and in the fight. Out of the corner of his eye, Mess caught an incoming attack from the fighter that had been trying to use him as a punching bag for the last dozen seconds or so. It was a powerful attack, the fighter clearly putting a lot into it, but Mess was easily able to block it. Further up the hallway, Diaz stepped into the waiting room, were another of the thugs in the cheap suits was standing and delivered another powerful cross that knocked the man flat on his back unconscious.

Diaz is going to use the same power attack/take 10 on Thug 7, knocking him out as well.
-
Fighter 7 tries to power attack Mess (-3 atk/+3 dam), but misses with a 18.
-
Okay, she is going to try to get herself free, using her hair to try to pull Mess off her. Probably not with only a 21.

So Cape, waiting for your IC post
-
Yep, this is where any dice rolls go for skills, combat, etc. We tend to use Invisible Castle or rolls. You can also ask questions for me to clarify things in the IC, or clarify what the Crier is doing. (Though I understood what you were doing in your post )

Malcom just misses his Fort save with a 18, so he picks up another bruise.
