So he hits a wall, taking another bruise from that. He smashes right through the wall and keeps going into the other room. He slams into another wall beyond, but takes no more damage and stops there.

Well, chatting with AA the other day, you do not have to elect to cause knockback if you don't want to. Amazingly, he gets a 25 on his toughness save, so he is bruised and dazed. So...you might want knockback to slam him into (or through) a wall and possibly cause more damage!

Giang gave a polite nod as Will began talking about movie nights and video game competitions. Although the Asian teen had gotten accustomed to attending movie nights at times, she had not developed any interest in video games, so had little to comment on regarding Will's comments about them. When the somewhat hyperactive teen moved over by his father to address Elias and then made his flirtatious comment and wink to her and Mali, Giang could not help but glance over to Mali as Will went back to chatting with Elias, rolling her eyes ever so slightly.

Dee picked up the bag of tools and the laptop she had gotten from the Ministry and started forward into the Haven. She was still surrounded by the red glowing forcefield, and carefully scanned the room as she moved slowly towards the central bank of computers. Spotting the various hidden weapons about the large room, she frowned slightly at the faint signs of them having been discharged. That certainly did not bode well for the team that had entered the base previously. I have spotted a number of weapon emplacements. She mentally communicated to Young Britannia. They are active, just not deploying...yet. Moving over near the central column, the young woman began studying the various computer screens as she opened up the laptop and got it up and running.

Okay, back around to Lucy.

"Well, then we have a bit of a problem." Came the voice from above. "I don't really see what I get out of the deal, other than maybe saving myself some bruises." "Sorry, but I value my freedom a bit too much to just come along meekly." Now that Lucy had spotted the woman up above, she was able to tracker her in the shadows as the figure suddenly crossed the space from the rafter she was on to another forty feet further away from Lucy and Mess. The movement had been a bit strange, not a leap, but almost as if she had swung over there somehow.

Okay, Crimson is up!

Okay Tony, some more comments. We talked in chat about the issue with how you bought Toughness (which you cannot do that way). You can buy the Protection power if you do not want to buy up too much Con. There are a lot of things you can do with the 8 pp you spent to get you Toughness to +10 (as you are currently at +6 (4 of which comes from your ranks of Defensive Roll)). We also talked about how you need to improve your attack/damage bonus to try to get to the PL 10 cap (or at least much closer). So, some other things (and please, do not stress of all this, everyone makes mistakes with things, especially for first characters when you are not very familiar with the system): Your skills generally look good. One thing, we do not really use the Profession skill. Maybe put some of that into your computers skill and/or some others (like gather information)? So for your powers, there are a couple things to address. First, your array. There are a few minor formatting things for arrays, but I can help with editing those in for you. I do wonder why you have not used all the points for your base power, Mind Reading? You have 3 unused points, no reason not to increase it to 8 ranks. Your Concealment alt power would actually be 10 ranks, which is 20pp, halved to 10 by your flaw. You have no extra points for the Subtle feat, which you do not really need anyway as Concealment is by default Subtle. For the Datalink alt power, I do not think you need the Detect Electronics (I am not even sure that can be place in the power) as you already have that as a supersense anyway (though, see below). Also, you have some extra points to increase it, although, you do not have to spend all the points you have if you do not want to. Lastly, your Supersense need some work. First, you need to identify what type of sense it is. Is it visual, mental, something else? (I would assume it is probably visual or mental, but maybe not). Now, electronics are probably a common descriptor, so that would be 2 pp for a detect for electronics. Now, if it is a mental sense, that is an additional 1 pp (as it is a type of sense people normally do not have). Mental senses come with no extras, so if you want to use it at range (which you clearly do) you need the Ranged feat, as you have (but again, you only buy it once). So that would take the 4pp you have put to this so far. But, if you go with the sense as I talk about it above, it is pretty bare bones. For one, it is not Accurate, so you cannot pinpoint where electronics are. Nor is it Acute. If you make it another sense type (like say vision) you save the 1 pp spent on a mental sense and gain some feats for free (Accurate, Acute and Ranged), so you do not need to by the Ranged feat either. You might want to look at the house rules on supersenses >in this post. I know supersenses can be confusing (took me awhile to really get a hang of it), so please do not hesitate to ask questions, here or in chat.

Good point, I missed that on your sheet. Well, with that roll, even with some hefty range penalties, I'll say you do spot the sniper, on a rooftop about 120' away.
-
Well, penalties for distance and darkness can make it pretty hard. But go ahead and make one and you might be able to estimate the direction it came from.
-
Well, Legion gets a 11, so she is out! All the dups vanish.

As the last watchman goes down, Foreshadow finds himself now alone on the rooftop. The flood lights were still glaring from all sides, making the space as bright as day. Even as the dark clad vigilante commented about the slight difficulty he had in quickly dealing with them, his sixth sense started to pull at him, warning him of some impending danger. His precognitive senses were fuzzy, but he knew he had to move, and the agile hero dove to one side as a gunshot rang out from another rooftop and he heard the loud *CRACK* of a bullet pass somewhat nearby as a sniper took a shot at him.
-
Okay, as the last thug on the roof goes down, a sniper takes a shot at Foreshadow, but misses with a 13.

Lucy moved forward, arriving by the blond Battle Brother to help Crimson Tiger. The undead lawyer delivered a powerful hit to the already battered Battle Brother, causing him to take half a step back as his eyes unfocused slightly from the blow. But he remained on his feet, dazed, but not yet out of the fight. At the doorway into the waiting room, one of the fighters Crimson Tiger had knocked down appeared. But for the moment there was no openings for him to move to attack any of the heroes, so for the moment he held his place. A few floors above, Harry found himself in a dimly lit hallway with several large windows along the walls looking into various offices and other administrative areas for the manufacturing plant. At the end of the hall was a door, also with a widow, that appeared to lead out to the top of a stairwell down to the manufacturing floor. Though most details were lost in shadows, Harry did spot phones in some of the offices, if he wanted to try to try to contact the authorities...

The nearest is Jack, who also happens to be the most hurt. He gets a 19 on his toughness save, so picks up another bruise and is dazed. No knockback as his knockback resistance his -11. Fighter 8 is only moving up to the door inside the waiting room, and cannot really come out to engage anyone at the moment. So Hound is up!

Giang watched as three of the duplicates of the supervillainess moved forward in the plaza and the apparent original Legion created yet another duplicate. "I believe your overconfidence stems from the difficulty you were able to create when you had us all separated. But we are together now, and much like you and your duplicates, work more effectively that way." The Asian teen called out. "And I think you are forgetting how I was able to deal with the duplicates you sent after me." With that last, Giang ran forward as well, moving to a space between two of the duplicates now in the center of the plaza. Skidding to a halt, the Asian teen's hands trust out in front of her, a pair of quick blast of water shooting forth from them. She then swept her hands to either side, more quick last of water firing out at precisely timed intervals and she began to twist around on the spot, dropping into a low crouch as she did. Giang stopped in a low crouch as eight of the powerful blast of water twisted through the air, each streaking towards one of the Legions scattered about. Each blast was perfectly aimed, in at least one cast curving slightly to one side to avoid a bystander, and each slammed into the intended target. All eight Legions were knocked completely off their feet and sent flying in various directions. The real Legion and the four duplicates standing around her were sent flying towards the street, where three slammed into parked cars and another, along with the real Legion, hit the side of a bus stopped by the mall to pick up and drop off passengers. One of the Legion duplicates disappeared, as she was knocked unconscious. The rest were at least clearly hurt and dazed, and at least two barely appearing to hand on to consciousness. Two of the Legions that were in the center of the plaza were knocked into a nearby fountain, slamming against the wall the water poured down from into a shallow pool below. One of the two vanished as she lost consciousness. The other splashed into the water, injured and dazed. The last Legion in the center of the plaza was sent flying in the opposite direction of the other two, where she slammed into a bench along the edge of the plaza. The duplicate collapsed in a heap on the ground, before she disappeared as well. When the blast of water had hit the real Legion, another duplicate had appeared near where she had stood. Yet another appeared near the real Legion when she slammed into the side of the bus. Giang stood back up, turning as she did to face the real Legion and the majority of the duplicates once more. The thin sheen of water still swirling around her lithe form.

Tsunami will spend a hero point to remove her fatigue, then stunt an area attack again: Blast 8 (Extra: Targeted Burst Area (40’ radius), Selective; Flaw: 0 Range; Feats: Accurate 3, Precise) {28/28} She will then take a move action to put herself between two of the Dups that moved forward and use the AOE, Power Attacking for -2 atk/+2 dam. And she gets a 31 on her attack roll, so a bad day for all the Legions with a critical hit. (DC 30 toughness save). So, toughness saves: Legion gets a 23, so bruised and dazed. When Legion is hit, an 8th duplicate is created, which is unhurt. The Dups get variable results. Dup 1 is bruised and dazed. Dup 2 is straight unconscious. Dup 3 is bruised and dazed. Dup 4 is straight unconscious. Dup 5 is bruised, staggered and dazed. Dup 6 is straight unconscious. Dup 7 is bruised, staggered and dazed. So, as the Legions only have -4 Knockback resistance, there is some significant knockback. The damage for the attack after the resistance is +11 (thanks to the critical) or 2,500 feet! Of course, they are all going to be hitting something well before that. I could make an Acrobatics check to reduce the distance...but that will hardly reduce it at all. So, some damage checks for hitting objects (benches, walls, parked cars). For ease, I make this a blanket DC 21 toughness save. Legion gets a 23, so she takes no damage from slamming into the side of a bus stopped to pick up passengers. And yet another duplicate pops into existence. Also unhurt. The Dups: all roll reasonably well. Only Dup 5 is not hurt by the knockback, the other three all pick up another bruise.

Okay, Strand's Stealth check is a 23, so even with modifiers, your Notice check is good enough to spot her. She is up on rafter some 30 feet above the ground about 30-35 feet ahead of you and slightly to the right. And Mess is up!
-
Also, I am giving each of the girls a hero point, as they are facing an opponent that has worn them down some with her disposable duplicates, and now has a bunch of fresh ones for them to face.

GM The Legion that had just appeared let out a small laugh at Glamazon's response. "Big words from someone who had a tough time with one of me." She stated. The duplicate then spun her staff around and ran forward to the middle of the plaza before stopping about thirty feet from the three heroines. She brought her staff back in front of her and assumed a defensive position. "You don't seem to fully understand the situation." Stated the Legion that appeared to be the real one. With that, she stomped one foot on the ground and yet another duplicate appeared beside her. She then assumed a defensive stance herself. Two more of the duplicates moved forward to the middle of the plaza, spacing themselves out from the first one to have moved there. They assumed similar defensive stances.

Okay, to set out the scene a bit more. The three heroines are about 60 feet from the group of Legions. The plaza is mostly clear, with a few people scatted about it (who will be clearing out this round). There are assorted benches, light fixtures, etc around the edges of the plaza, and I'll say that along the left hand side (as the heroines look out towards the street) has a fountain with a shallow pool at the bottom). As the Legion Dups cannot reach any of the good guys (least without a charge), Dups 6, 1 and 4 will all move to the middle of the plaza, spaced out, and take the Total Defense action (+4 to defense). Legion, will stomp her foot, creating another duplicate, and then also take the Total Defense action (+4 to defense).

Well, luckily being dazed still gives him his dodge bonus and such (and defensive roll). Anyway, for my IC post, I figured that is Velocity making a move action (well, less than her full move action really ) with either another move action or standard action to pick up Smith (by way of move-by action) and then hand him off to Robert (free? maybe?) and then moving on again.
-
Velocity was relieved that Robert appeared to be a bit more clear in the head, though still not completely himself. Though whether that was from the procedure or the breech in the Null Zone was hard to tell. The yellow clad speedster saw John Smith collapse some distance away (a rather trivial distance to her) and anomaly shift itself so that it was able to harm Hronos. She was torn. Hronos needed her help. But at the moment, the only thing she could really do against the anomaly would also potentially cause him harm. John Smith also needed help. For the moment, she would have to trust that Hronos could hold out for a few more seconds. "I'll be right back." She said to Robert, before she was gone in a blur of yellow. She covered the distance to John Smith in the blink of an eye, scooping him up off the ground and then returning back to where Robert was. "Here, get him inside and try to find the Caretaker or any of the other people in the dome and see what you might be able to do to help them stabilize the Null Zone. I need to help Hronos. Be safe." After handing Smith off to Robert, she was gone again, moving close to where Hronos was. "Hronos! Try to get clear of the anomaly!" She shouted over the storm.
