Scampering up the stairs in his four legged form, Harry went up one level, noting a door that he would have to turn back to human to open. Continuing on, the canine private investigator went up another level and the stairs came to an end on a landing with another door. Harry's sharp ears did not hear any sound of pursuit by the fighter he had tripped down the stairs. Instead he heard a door open down below somewhere and then heard the fighter call out into what sounded like a large open space. "So, you hiding somewhere in the dark? Well, I'll find you!"

Fighter 8 gets a 17, so bruised and dazed (and knocked back some).

For 1, seeing as it happened about a decade or so ago, probably fine to leave as is. As for the other, that is just fine, just wanted to make sure it was something considered. So, in that case.... APPROVED! (When you can, try to hop onto chat so we can discuss ideas for some threads for you, or you can shoot me a PM!)

Fighter 4 gets a 8, so he it out! (Mali can use Takedown attack to hit another fighter if she wants)

It is only a DC 20 Concentration check, so yes, that makes it and he can teleport free.

Okay, couple of minor adjustments. First you left off the +1 bonus you have for Dex (I fixed that). Also, I added equipment and array tags for your equipment and arrays. Everything crunch wise seems to add up and I have no issues. I did have a thing or two to suggest/ask about on the fluff. First, the incident when she is rescued from some gang members. Having that be Duncan Summers himself might not work the best, as he is not exactly one to be roaming around in dangerous parts of town anymore given his injury and age. Perhaps it would be better to have been the current Raven (his daughter) who saw Spellbound get into trouble and rescued her, and then contacted her father, prompting his appearance a few days later to offer her a place at Claremont? And on the issue of Claremont, if I am reading the timeframe right, she would have been there and graduated around the same time as Bowman. Have you given any thought to how well she knew him or any some of the other Claremont students at the time (most of the Next Gen characters in the book)?

Once I have the toughness save, Hound is up. Also, I had failed to update a couple things in my initiative order, such as Mess currently being grappled by one of the Battle Brothers.

Lucy's punch knocked the fighter she was facing off his feet and sent him flying out of the room through the open door to the hallway. There he collided with one of the cheap suited goons, who was also knocked off his feet. Both crashed to the ground on the opposite side of the hallway, the goon completely out cold and the fighter hurt and dazed. Back in the waiting room, one of the other fighters moves in towards Crimson Tiger, slipping into a space opened up by the other fighters. As he moves in, he manages to land a solid hit on the costumed heroine.

Fighter 8 is going to attack Crimson, hitting with a 23 so that is a DC 18 toughness save for crimson.

So, if I take it you are going for the +5 damage? That would be a DC 30 toughness save, and Fighter 10 gets a 22, so he is bruised and dazed. Lucy also sends him flying and can aim him at Thug 6 who is standing out in the hallway beyond the door to the room. Both have a DC 24 toughness save to make from that, Fighter 10 getting a 21, so picking up another bruise. Thug 6 cannot make that, so he is out.

Well, it increased to DC22, so there was a remote chance he could roll a 22 or a 23, but he doesn't and is out.

Although Foreshadow had failed to hit one of his intended targets, and the other had managed to avoid taking any damage, the near miss and glancing blow still had an effect on the two men. As one of Foreshadow's disks deflected of the man holding the shotgun, there was another loud gunshot as he fired once more. But his aim was off even more than before, disrupted by the slight stinging of the deflected hit. The second man had dove to one side as a disk had just missed him. When he quickly swung his sub machinegun back at the dark clad vigilante, he rattled off another burst before fully correcting his aim, and the shots impacted along the rooftop half a dozen feet away from Foreshadow.

Okay, they will attack again, Thug 1 actually does worse than before, getting a 12. Thug 3 also does even worse with a 8.

Inside the elevator shaft, Blue Jay was only partially aware that she was falling, but still unable to try to do anything to stop her fall. Then, someone's arms wrapped around her and she caught sight of a cape flapping around her and whomever had caught her. There was the echo of a grappling gun firing, and the pairs' fall began to slow, until they touched down almost lightly onto the wreckage of the elevator, which was no longer crackling with electricity. "Are you alright?" Blue Jay heard Raven ask her as the Freedom League member considered the hovering remotes that were a little further up the shaft.

Dee was quite a moment as Jasmine explained a bit more about why they had come looking for Osprey and to the vigilantes responses. When he offered her hand, she shook it without any delay. "Dee." The young woman stated in introduction. "To answer one of your earlier questions, no, I don't claim to know anything about the whereabouts of any of the missing Vanguard members. But that happens to be what the Ministry is hoping we will be able to assist them in learning, just what happened to the original members. Thus far, there is very little to go on. I have looked at the more recent reports filed by Vanguards' members, other than signs the team was drifting apart, there was little clue as to where they might have gone or what sorts of things they might have been working on that led to their disappearance." "Getting access to the Haven, the Vanguard's headquarters under the Thames, is our most logical first step, as there could be clues there. But current it is locked down and the defense systems are not letting anyone in, and are set on lethal."

Cape, IC I think you mean where Velocity and the anomaly fought, not her and Hronos.

With the anomaly still appearing to be active, Velocity had little choice but to continue with the attack she had been using against it. She saw the other T-rex remerge from the jungle to attack Hronos, who luckily was able to avoid the attack and how he counter-attacked before taking into the air to say away from the dinosaur. But there was little she could do about that at the moment, as she continued to move around the anomaly at hypersonic speeds, more sonic booms echoing over the jungle. Again she appeared to be able to affect the anomaly, but not quite as well as she had in her previous attempts.

Yep, she only gets a 14, so she is staggered again, which means she is out, and disappears.

Okay, a new round, but things are close to done. I don't feel like posting for Giang finding the closest jewelry store on the directory and starting to run that way, so, Crimson is up!
