  1. Dee glanced over as Young Britannia came streaking down from the sky, appearing a bit injured, but otherwise alone. Before the young woman could say anything, there was a flash of light and the four were standing on some cliffs at Cornwall. Dee was no longer connected with Big Nelson's mind, and hoped that the Ministry agents had things well enough under control before that had happened. She looked over at Young Britannia and frowned. "You know, it might be good to confirm just what the situation is with the rest of us before whisking us away from the scene where we were assisting Ministry agents in arresting some criminals. For instance, things were nice and orderly, because the crime boss leading that little gang had ordered his men to put down their weapons and surrender. And the crime boss did that because I was mind controlling him to behave. Now he is free from my control and hopefully the agents had things well enough in hand that they won't be in any danger." Dee paused a moment then added, "so, what happened to that bird thing that grabbed you?"

  4. Okay, I have totally be messing some things up here. Legion 2 was Staggered before Glamazon threw her against the wall, so she could not have gotten up and moved and attacked (she could not even charge if she wanted). So, Glamazon was never hit last round, so is not dazed either! So, I will go with Legion 2 got up and went total defense on her last turn. Glamazon is up!
  5. Thug 1 gets a 23 on his toughness save, so is unhurt.
  6. Actually, you should be at +3 on your roll, as I see your Ranged attack bonus is only +6 and it is -3 to hit. But, even with a 12, that is enough to hit one. You also need to make a second attack roll for the second target (as you make an separate attack roll for each).
  7. You don't need to move to use a range attack against either. They about 15' feet apart.

  9. As the first man went down with ease, Foreshadow heard the other two move to where they had an clear view of him. There was a loud gunshot from one of the two, as the man fired a shotgun at the costumed vigilante. However, even with the increased spread of the shotgun pellets, the man's aim was so far off that the blast completely missed Foreshadow, who could hear pellets impacting on some of the ventilation ducts up on the roof. Then there was the rapid echo of automatic weapons fire as the other fired a burst from a sub-machinegun, but also failed to hit his intended target.
  10. Well she won't be able to attack this round, as it would be a move action to get off the rooftop, then another to get the entrance to the tunnels Crow pointed out opened.

  12. Okay, the other two are firing at Foreshadow, Thug 1 with a shotgun, Thug 2 with a SMG. Thug 1 misses with a 14, and Thug 2 also misses with an 11.
  13. The counter forces that the miniature cyclones were creating seemed to be affecting the anomaly, as it remained roughly where it was and not attacking her again or going after the Stopwatch. Velocity could see Hronos had moved Smith well away from the anomaly and the moved further away himself, presumably with the Stopwatch. Of course, the speedster was not sure it was anywhere near far enough away from the anomaly, it certainly wasn’t if she wanted to get over there. That just mean she needed to keep the anomaly where it was and hopefully finish it off. So she continued her hypersonic speed in the circle around the anomaly, keeping the miniature cyclones going. The ground around the anomaly was being ripped up by the forces generated by the cyclones. Once again the anomaly appeared to be held in pace by the disturbance Velocity was generating. The question was for how long.

  15. Velocity will keep using the stunted area attack she used last round. DC 25 Reflex save for the anomaly to try to completely avoid the effect, DC 23 Toughness save if it misses the Reflex save.
  16. Cape the anomaly is bruised and injured, not unharmed.
  17. ZOOMED BY SUPERCAPE Okay, just a couple changes. Now that Velocity is Gold, was going to use that reward for the free pp for equipment and the like, which allows her to get back the 2 pp she spent on her Freedom League Communicator. She will take that 2 pp and put it in Dexterity (making it 20/30). She will also spend a bit more of those free pp for a headquarters (her and Robert's new home in the northern parts of North Bay, where they can raise Lawrence). There are two alt estates (their place in Fiji, and Robert's family estate in England). Also bumping up the Speed and Quickness in her speed array alt power by 1 each.

Foreshadow was easily able to clear the gap between the two buildings, landing on the rooftop of the old warehouse and rolling back up to his feet even as he was already moving towards a shadowy area from which to observe whether the men on the rooftop had heard him. But as he did so, the floodlights on the other nearby buildings flipped one, bathing the warehouse rooftop in bright light. The costumed crime fighter was able to roll away, avoiding the suddenly blinding light from the floodlights. But the suddenly light also eliminated the shadows and darkness he had been initially relying on to conceal him. The three men on the rooftop proved to all be wearing goggles that protected them from the bright light, and were scanning the rooftop. One spotted Foreshadow, yelling out to the others. "Hey, he's over here!"
  21. Foreshadow is easily able to make the jump across. Just as he rolls up to his feet and starts moving into deep shadows, the flood lights flick on, bathing the rooftop in light. It is an area visual Dazzle, so a DC 20 Reflex save to avoid the area effect (reducing it to half even if you miss thanks to Evasion 2). If you miss the first save, you get another DC 15 Reflex save to avoid being temporarily blinded. The three guys up on the rooftop all have goggles that make them immune to the Dazzle. They make Notice checks, but only one manages to spot you.

  23. That is a hit and no way will she beat that grapple check.
  24. Giang was not able to spot any immediate sign of the jewelry store that was apparently Legion's true target. She looked back at the melee in time to see Mali take another hit from one of the Legions facing her. Deciding to try one last time to help her friend before setting off, the Asian teen sent another blast of water flying at the Legion attacking Mali. This time her aim was true, and the powerful blast of water slammed into the Legion from the side. The costumed criminal was knocked off her feet and sent flying several dozen feet away from Mali, to slam into a wall between two shops. The duplicate crumpled into a wet, unconscious heap before disapearing. With a slightly satisfied smile, Giang then ran off towards the nearest mall directory to try to find the location of any jewelry stores.
  25. Tsunami will take one more shot at Legion 1b, this time hitting with a 22, so DC 26 toughness save, and Legion 1b gets a 11, so she is blasted off her feet and knocked out. Tsunami will then run over towards the nearest mall directory to figure out where the jewelry store might be.
