If she makes it, she avoids the stun attack, if she fails (thanks to Evasion 2) she only needs to make a DC 16 Fort save.

Velocity "Very nice to meet you as well Crusader." Velocity replied with a cheery smile. "Glad you could make it for the party." "Sure Spider, there are some places you can change just upstairs." The speedster replied to her friend, quickly catching herself before she said "Jen" instead of "Spider." She then grinned as she added, "did you want to go change first, or get something to eat?" But before the other heroine could answer, another guest had made their way over to the trio. Velocity turned to look up at the Maxima as the muscular woman greeted them. "Hello Maxima, no, you're not intruding at all. Happy Holidays. I'm Velocity and this is Silver Spider and Crusader. I hope you have been enjoying yourself."

"Robert was able to always know what time it was, even if he did not always pay attention to that." Velocity admitted. "And while he did have discomfort around fragments of a prototype Stopwatch we found, the finished Stopwatch was kept well away from him. So he was doing well at getting past the cravings for it." She then looked back down at Robert as the time agent mentioned the process was almost complete. From what it sounded like, it was likely a good thing, the way they went about it still irritated her. "You all could have at least asked instead of just snatching him." She stated. She then turned back to regard the agent as he mentioned the other part of their plan, frowning slightly. "You're cloning him?" She said, in a slight bit of shock at what all their plan entailed. The young speedster was not quite sure what to make of this plan or the implications of this group having an infant clone of her and Robert's son.

Brad began as Daphne'' question about where they should start. "How about half of us start with the wetlands here, and the other half go over to the woods just over there." He said, indicating the two areas that were both near the picnic area they were currently leaving. "We can then switch. That should easily take what time we have until lunch." With everyone agreeable to Brad's suggestion, the students divide into two groups and begin their study of the ecosystems in this section of the park. Revenant was able to take the powerful blow from the Battle Brother that had struck her, though she could feel the power behind the attack. Even as the blond one tried another attack, almost as if by reflex, the Battle Brother who had struck Revenant used his successful attack to grab her arms. Moving quickly, he took a small step and sent the undead woman flying down the hallway with a powerful throw. She only flew a half dozen yards when she hit one of the cement block walls, smashing through to land in the room beyond. Taking a quick moment to glance around at her surroundings, Revenant found herself in a small room with three of the guys in the cheap suits, including the one she had tried talking to back in the waiting room. She also spotted a figure sitting in a chair who appeared to have his hands tied behind his back, as she then realized it was Benito Diaz. "That's her!" Shouted the man who Revenant had spoken with before. "She's the one that was asking about Diaz!"

Okay, Lucy makes her toughness save. Malcom is going to use Improved Grab to initiate a grapple and I will fiat him succeeding (HP to Rev). He will also surge (another HP to Rev) and throw her at a wall down the hallway. Lucy goes through the wall (but takes no damage due to her impervious toughness) and lands in the room beyond, where there are some other people (see IC post).

Giang glanced over at the sound of the voice that greeted her and her friends as they entered. "Merry Christmas." She said in reply, giving a slight bow to the tall man who was talking with two other heroines, one of whom was one of the Freedom League members. But before she could say anything further, another familiar voice called out in greeting as well. The Asian teen turned to see Marcus approaching and gave the recent Claremont alum a small smile. Though she did not know him particularly well, the two had been part of a group of Claremont students that had gone to Mozambique to assist with some disaster recovery after a flood last Spring. "Happy Holidays Arcturus. How have you been?"

Megan grinned at Stesha's pun. "Oh, he certainly is, though he still has a good ways to go before he really catches up with me." She replied. The young speedster then considered what her teammate had to say about the Nicholson School's family village. "Hmm, well, I could probably take care of a good number of houses. Question is would I want to do so?" She replied with a grin. "But I might take a look at that, although a townhouse is probably not what we are really looking for. Lawrence is rather used to having a lot of space to run around and the like. Even being here in this apartment for only a couple of days now is starting to get to him."

Giang Trang had been one of Mali's passengers, exiting the car along with her friends and following along during the short walk to the front of Freedom Hall. The Asian teen was wearing a black, full backed dress with long sleeves that were of a semi-transparent material. Unlike Mali, Giang was not wearing a coat, as the cold night air did not bother her in the least. Nor was the teen wearing a mask, for though she wore one when she could while operating at Tsunami, she was not overly concerned about her identity as her friend was, especially seeing as several of the Freedom League knew it already. As they entered the lobby of Freedom Hall, Giang glanced around with a slight look of surprise. The room looked so very different than it had during her brief visit here almost exactly a year ago, when Raven had first brought her to Freedom City.

Giang had continued looking at a few dresses while both Thaelia and Mali changed, looking back over as her roommate had emerged in the seafoam green dress. "That is a very lovely dress." She added in agreement to Mali's comments as the other teen returned back in her normal clothes with the dress she had selected in hand. She paused a moment to consider the Thaelia's thought about adding gloves and shrugged slightly, "gloves would be fitting, if you could find the right color, although I doubt anyone would notice their absence at an event such as this." When Mali spoke up about helping out with the costs of a dress and the hairstylist, Giang was quite a moment, but before she could respond, Thaelia had added comments about threatening war to try to get the prices in the store lowered. Smiling slightly, the Asian teen replied, "thank you, but that will not be necessary Thaelia. Although, I think that would qualify us as supervillains." She then turned back to Mali. "While I appreciate the thought, I do not believe that will be necessary either Mali. It should be possible for me to find an appropriate dress that is not overly expensive."

Megan was very glad to see Jen, they both had been rather busy the last several months, so had not talked much. While the other girl knew some of what was going on in Megan's life, there had been some very significant changes in the past six weeks or so (at least from Jen's perspective). From Megan's perspective, it had been years since she and Jen had last talked. But it would not be easy trying to talk about those in a crowded party such as this. While Velocity was talking to her friend she saw a new guest enter the hall near the pair. The yellow clad speedster turned so she was facing Crusader while still engaged with Silver Spider. "Hello, Happy Holidays and welcome to Freedom Hall." She said with a wide smile. "I'm Velocity, and this is Silver Spider." She then added.

Alan blushed a bit at Lucy's kiss before making his way over to help a new customer at the internet cafe, leaving Lucy to finish speaking with Harry on the phone. With the decision made to meet back up at the agency, Lucy gathered up the paining and continued back on her way to the subway to make her way back to the Fens. Over in Greenville, Harry and Freddy piled back into the Caddy and began their drive back to the agency as well. Harry and Freddy did end up reaching the offices first, as they did not have to wait for subway cars or the various stops between the Riverside and Lexington Station in the Theater District, where Lucy had to change lines to continue on into the Fens. It was not too long after Lucy had gotten back that the phone rang. Lance was on the other line after Harry picked up. "Hey Harry, I have one possible match so far for the building in that picture, an old warehouse over in Greenbank, just west of the Mona-Glenn Bridge."

Velocity frowned slightly as she listened to the male time agent. "No, I do generally understand the danger he represents, but as I just stated, I only have your word that he even exists. And as I also stated, your credibility is not particularly high with me." She then put a hand on her temple in frustration as he talked about the Stopwatch. "I know all that already about the Stopwatch, but what benefit will Robert have by you removing the taint? And how long will that take?" The yellow clad speedster then lowered the hand as her mouth opened slightly in surprise at the time agent's last statement. "Wait...you're going to create him here?"

"Wweeeelll, I suppose you can." Velocity replied with a small smile when Asad asked if he could refer to her as "Vel." She noted another arrival, wearing a Greek style helmet with a large crest, but Gabriel quickly moved to greet him. Fleur then exited the conference room in which the refreshments had been set up and the speedster smiled. "Well, as you all can see, the refreshments are just back there." She stated with a small nod. "Down the hall on the left hand side of the central stairs and elevators is a larger conference room we will be using as a dance floor, as well as the League's museum, which is open tonight as well. I should probably go to help with greeting some new arrivals, but I am sure I will see all of you again later." With that the speedster moved on, just in time to see her old friend Jennifer Owens, also known as Silver Spider, arrive. Velocity moved over in a flash, giving Jen a wide smile. "Hey there Silver, Happy Holidays!" She said in greeting, giving the other heroine a hug. Over the sound system, The Christmas Waltz sung by Peggy Lee began to play.

Giang nodded slightly as Mali commented about wearing a coat with the dress until at the party. It was sometimes easy to forget that not everyone was resistant to cold. The Asian teen then smiled slightly as Thaelia commented about the three of them arriving together making a more impressive entrance. "That does sound good to me as well Mali." She replied. "Thank you for being willing to drive." She smiled again as the topic turned to getting their hair done and Mali mentioned knowing a good place for them to go the day of the party before going back to her parents' home to finish getting ready. "That sounds nice, though I am not sure I plan to have much done as far as my hair." Giang replied. "Of course Mali." She then replied as the other girl mentioned wanting to change out of the dress, turning back to look through some other possible options while Mali went back to the dressing room.

Okay Corsec, going to go through more things on the sheet now: Stats: This all looks good, though one thing I notice is you have the enhanced Str and Con scores before the normal scores, while doing the reverse with normal dex and enhanced dex. Probably best to be uniform, one way or the other. Combat stats are fine, though you are at the minimum we allow in terms of BAB vs feats. (not a problem, just something to remember when you go up a power level and adjust to the new caps). Also, you should have +12 melee (not just with the rapier). Saves, skills, feats and equipment all seem fine (though equipment would usually be listed as a feat). Powers: For then Enhanced stats, making them all linked is a bit awkward. Perhaps it would be better to place them all in a Container? All the other powers/device seem fine. Nice detailed background with some possibilities for story hooks. I would say that the Dual Citizenship complication you list does not really seem like a complication, not at all sure how that would come up. Also, I would point out that while having characters who have done some dark things in the past (such as taking a life), things are much less Iron Age here, and heroes do not use lethal force (except in a few rare circumstances). I do not think you would be going that route, but wanted to be sure that was clearly stated, just in case.

Giang nodded slightly at Mali's quick comments about her plans after Claremont. It was something the smaller Asian teen had been thinking about as well since the summer. She saw no reason not to continue with her education into college, possibly looking at some environmental studies or oceanography course. One big question was whether she should stay in Freedom City, or look at places elsewhere, a major concern with that being the fact her father and some of Dr. Sin's other lieutenants were still out there looking to capture or kill her. Giang was pulled from those thoughts when Mali suddenly found a dress she really liked and rushed to go try it on. While waiting for her friend, she looked at some other dresses which were on racks near the dressing rooms. While Mali reemerged, Giang turned her attention back to her friend. As faint hint of a smile came to her face as she saw that Mali was for once being less self conscious about her well developed physique with the dress. "You look wonderful Mali." She replied truthfully.

Yes, that is pretty much how I was suggesting stating it. Though, one thing I often point out to people is you do not have to use every point in an array in every alt slot. But yes, you could add a feat or two, or you could keep the points free for now, and if you increased the base teleport costs, you could possible get enough points to buy off the flaw. And yes, you could keep the Autofire alt power as well, and use it to potentially do more damage to a single target (for as I mentioned, would not really work quite as well on multiple targets, unless they were all surrounding you).
