Multi-Girl Bernadette watched as the crowd began to panic and started fleeing the scene as the situation started to become apparent. The redhead felt an anger well up in her but could not do anything about it at the moment, not with so many bystanders still around. Leon was trying to get them clear and keep the ninja back, but the barrier he had put up was only a momentary delay. Backing up toward the entrance to backstage, the Irish teen kept a close eye on the gathering ninja, both on the ground and up in the rafters. She prepared to dodge any attacks as she waited for some opening where she might be able to better help.

Okay, lacking any good range option (especially with bystanders still around) and not sure where/what Bernadette would have done with her costume, I will have her move to the edge of the stage near the entrance to back stage and take the dodge action.

Multi-Girl Bernadette gave Carmen a small smirk as the cat-girl tried to tease her about snakes and spiders. "I grew up with two older brothers, I learned not ta be bothered by havin' such things dropped onta me at a young age." Hearing that there were potentially mountain lions or smaller canines in the area did not really bother the Irish teen, as give her an idea of what they might potentially encounter. The redhead followed after Dr. Macedon as she led the group towards the cave, regularly checking to make sure the others were all keeping up. Taking out a flashlight of her own, she followed their guide into the cave entrance. "Do we not want ta check further in ta make shoor there is nothin' sleepin' there that might not like our presence?" She asked.

Multi-Girl Bernadette heard Vik's voice, and reached up with one hand to wipe at some of the sweat on her forehead, which allowed her to also brush away the tears that had been forming. Standing upright, the redhead turned to look over to Vik, managing a faint smile. "Hey Vik," she replied, "I'm…just dealin' with some things from yesterday. Wouldn' want ta burden you with any o' that." When Vik mentioned needing a spotter, the Irish teen gave a small nod and started over towards her teammate. "Shoor, be happy ta help with spots. I'll be honest, ever since my powers activated at the end o' my Freshman year, I have not really had ta do much in the way o' liftin' but still am stronger than an Olympic weightlifter. Not that it shows." Bernadette said holding her arms out to the side. While she did have an athletic and lithe figure, she did not look like someone able to lift a ton.

Timeout Mizuki's energy blast knocked the silvery insect creature out of the air above Baz, sending it crashing to the pavement a few feet away. The last remaining insect creatures, the one that had attacked Consuelo, both suddenly turned and flew off down the street away from the group of teens, moving incredibly quickly (almost as fast as Velocity) and were soon out of sight behind buildings up the block. From where he was standing, Lawrence sent out another wave of temporal energy, this time one that washed over his friends and the cops, those that had been injured by the Communion drones felt some of their injuries disappear as the blond teen reversed time. Vueriz, Parker, Baz and Sever all had their lacerations healed, although they still felt a bit sore from the attacks. The badly injured police officer had his worst injuries healed, although he was still in rough shape. "It is a bit complicated to fully explain right now, but the short answer is the Communion destroy worlds, like everything on a world." Lawrence replied to Michael's question about what they were. He then looked over to Mizuki. "Yeah, this is very wrong, the Communion never attacked Earth like this in our timeline. We must be in an alternate timeline," He paused a moment, glancing over towards where the teenage version of his mother was near the injured police officer, "but it felt familiar, and does not explain the temporal barrier I sense around the city." As everything went still for the moment in the area around the teenagers and the police that had arrived thus far, Parker felt something at the edge of his senses, high up in the air above the city. Then he realized it was not something, but several somethings. Looking up, he soon spotted more than a dozen massive spacecraft moving into position over the eastern part of downtown and the bay. Velocity had spotted them as well, looking up at the ships as they emerged from the high clouds. "That does not look good." She said as the other teens all looked up to see what was gathering in the sky. "Looks like they are more or less over City Center." She stated. Lawrence’s face seemed to darken as he looked up at the fleet of ships in the sky before he raised one hand and opened portal in the air. "I don't know about the rest of you, but I expect if we want any answers, they will be there." He said before stepping into the portal. "Hey! Wait up!" Velocity said before zipping through the portal as well.

It fails its toughness save and goes down.

Multi-Girl Duplicate Out on the stage, one of Bernadette's duplicates had spotted the ninjas up in the rafters as they finished the last song. "Oh bloody hell." She muttered as she moved over towards Summer. Suddenly Leon's voice came over the speakers, apologizing that the show was over as he created a barrier between the stage and the crowed. "Summer, there’s trouble." The duplicate Berandette said. "You an' the others need ta get backstage ta safety." She said, waiting to guide the other band members off stage.

GM Stepping out of the remaining mass of troopers at one end of the hanger, another of the black clad aliens came into view, this one focusing on the fast-moving form of Velocity as it sent a mental blast at the speedster. The mental blast hit the speedster, but this time she barely broke stride as she shook it off and continued moving. The one that had previously targeted Moon-Moth once again hit the Praetorian with a metal blast. The Boran facing off with Justicar Vor'an raised up his battle axe to strike the Zultasian. However, Vor'an was able to deflect the attack side, so the axe once scrapped along the deck of the hanger. Another Boran moved forward, aiming his blaster up at Moon-Moth. The powerful beam shot through the air, striking the Lanturian squarely. Meanwhile, three of the Hunter mecha moved out of the crowd and aimed their main weapons as the barrier Artificer had placed over the hanger opening. All three powerful weapons opened fire, trying to blast the barrier out of the way so the ready fighters could launch to try to deal with the Praetorians outside the ship. Two more of the mecha fired at the fast moving form of Velocity, only to have their blasts pass harmlessly through her. One of the blasted a parked fighter, heavily damaging the spacecraft. The other struck the side of one of the parked dropships, causing it some damage as well. Another of the Hunters rushed forward to close into melee range with Gaian Knight, a plasma blade flashing to life in its main weapon arm, ready to try to cave into the hero.

Okay, a telepathic Hound will hit Velocity with a mental blast again, DC 20: 24 so she makes it this time. Another will hit Moon-Moth with mental blast again as well. @Exaccus DC 20 Will save for Moon-Moth The Boran Lt in melee with Vor'an will try to attack him with a power attack -2atk/+2dam: missing Another Boran Lt moves up to the edge of the remaining massed group of troopers and fires up at Moon-Moth, just hitting with a 17, so a DC 23 toughness save @Exaccus Three Hunters move and open fire on the barricade Artificer put in front of the hanger opening: they all hit @Dr Archeville 3 DC 25 toughness saves for the object Artificer created. Two Hunters will fire at Velocity, blowing up things behind her when the blasts pass harmlessly through her. The Hunter that shot Gaian Knight will double move to get into melee with him.

GM From either side, the two mecha started moving forward towards where the melee was taking place with the heroes. One of the mecha leveled its heavy blaster at Predator, firing a shot that went wide, flashing across the battlefield and past some of the others, before blasting a hole in a wall of a ruined building in the distance. The other mecha fired at Fleur, hitting the ground to the side of her and sending chunks of pavement flying into the air. Hoving in the air, the other Khanate Justicar came flying down towards Paradigm, ready to stab her with his weapon. But Kinarr moved over to place himself in front of the Praetorian, taking the hit intended for her, which scrapped off his shoulder pauldron with seemingly no other effect.

Okay, that is a bruise. Tsunami Giang gave a sympathetic look as she explained how much of a torment it was to have her hair cut repeatedly by Mr. Silk and his henchmen. "No, I would not like that." She replied to Wrack's comparison. "I certainly do not make light of what you have experienced, but I am still not here to act as an instrument of vengeance, however deserved." She simply remained quiet as Wrack commented on her luck, which to be fair was not a completely inaccurate statement. Giang had not sought out or desired any of the things Wrack listed, yet they had all come to her by way of the designs of her father (even if some were not necessarily intended). Turning to regard Madame Raven, the Asian young woman replied. "I can should be able to provide a distraction once we are ready." She looked down at Silk. "As for him, I am afraid he will likely have to remain down here, perhaps the police will be able to arrest him, but I am not certain we can put much stock in that."

@The Sailor Torpedo Lass is up! Parker just took out the two insect drones attacking her (along with the three around him) There are only two others left, hovering over Baz (who is on the ground) about 125' away. The other up in the air on Consuelo (a bit further than 125' away).

@MoonSimply No, she is not in melee. When Star Khan and Golden Star interposed, they took her place in melee with the attackers, basically shifting her out of melee. Which is why she was shot at.

You keep selling yourself short, a 8 ranks it is DC 23 And, it gets a 28 (they are rolling good against Starshine for some reason)

There are only the five near Parker in that area (the 3 on him and the cop and 2 on Mizuki). They all fail their toughness saves. @Poncho Golden Star is up!

It misses with a 22 and as a minion is KO'd!

GM Predator's attack slams into the red skinned reptilian alien that had attacked her, causing it to grunt in pain, but it remained on its feet and otherwise unaffected. Behind it, the blast stuck the two aliens in black body suits, knocking them both backward and to the ground, one clearly unconscious, the other just dazed. Five of the troopers were also caught in the blast, four of them blasted off their feet and unconscious, while the fifth was just at the edge of the blast and emerged unscathed. Over where he had been knocked to the ground, Dovox shook his head and glared at Paradigm as he snarled. "You are as strong as they say." He commented as he climbed back to his feet. But then what appeared to be a smile came to his face. "But I have learned of the weakness the Delaztri included to ensure control over those like you." He continued as his free hand reached into a pouch on his belt and pulled out a small gleaming crystal. As it came out, Paradigm recoiled slightly, a pained look on her face. "They are not easy to find, but those that do not wish to see the whelp remain on the throne knew where this one was located." Dovox added as he gave a nod to the two Borans that had been near him. The two large aliens charged at Paradigm, one swinging an axe at her, but the Praetorian managed to dodge the attack. But even as she moved, she went right into the path of the other Boran’s large club, which slammed into her upper back, causing her to twist slightly in pain, but otherwise remain in place. Two more of the large red skinned aliens started rushing towards Predator, while the last one still on its feet moved over to try to attack La Puma. But suddenly Golden Star was in front of her, taking the hit from a large club that had been intended for her. As La Puma dodged away from where Golden Star and Star Khan had both intercepted attacks meant for her, this put her in the open as four of the nearby troopers opened fire. Two of them managed to hit the nimble cat-girl with their blasters. One of the black clad aliens near La Puma sent a telekinetic blast at her, but she was able to dodge that attack. Four other troopers opened fire on Predator, but all four missed the armored figure. On the side La Puma had moved toward, the last of the black clad aliens sent a blast of psychic energy at Kinarr. The young Star Khan took a step back as the mental attack hit him, causing him to snarl but otherwise seem uninjured by the attack.

Okay, will fiat to remove Sovereign's daze (HP to Paradigm), then he will get up and pull-out Paradigm's version of kryptonite, which will drain 1 from all attributes and turn off a couple of her powers. Two Borans (tough aliens) will move up to attack Paradigm, one hitting, she will take a bruise. Two more of them will full move towards Predator and will be able to reach her with a move action next round. The last Boran will rush up to attack La Puma, but Golden Star will Interpose and get hit 20, so a DC 25 toughness save @Poncho Four of the troopers will fire at La Puma (who has been kept out of melee due to the interposing): 11, 22, 23, 13 so two hits. Two DC 20 toughness saves @MoonSimply Four of the troopers on the other side will fire at Predator: all miss The Hound telepath to the right (where La Puma went) will hit Star Khan with a mental blast (DC 20 Will save): He just makes it. The Hound telekinetic on that side will fire a telekinetic blast at La Puma, missnig @Poncho Then it is Golden Star's turn.

Okay, for the troopers: two make the reflex saves, so 2 DC 20 saves, 3 DC 25: (first two are DC 20): one makes the easier save, so four are down. The Hunters: both make the reflex checks, so DC 20 toughness saves: One gets an 8, so we will say he is down, the other gets a 14, so bruised and dazed. The Boran Lt: 18, so the full DC 25 toughness save: 23 so bruised.

Timeout Lawrence listened as Doctor Deviation gave a general explanation of what he was trying to do and how the girl (now woman) they had encountered before loosely fit into things. When the villain turned his attention to Baz, the blond teen frowned slightly before speaking up again. "Any Army huh? Well, we will just have to be sure that does not happen." He said as Baz tried to brush of the questions from Deviation. "Might be worth the easy path to just give up and shut all this down, before we have to break stuff."
