Nope, no need to make rolls (the PCs are all good enough to Take 10 on these minions, who won't be able to withstand any hit). Just make a post of taking one or two down (depending on if your PC can make an area attack). Purposely had Multi-Girl NOT use her area attack, as she probably could have caught them all in it

Multi-Girl Reaching out towards the city beyond, Neko saw it filled with people, as one would expect, going about their daily lives. It seemed, in every respect, a typical morning in Freedom City, but as she looked over the area, she noted several things. The cars she saw crowding the city’s streets were not the one she was used to seeing. They were certainly more modern than her and Owain's era, but certainly older than 2023/2024. She saw business with computers, but they were all larger boxes, sitting on or under desks, and the monitors they used were large, bulky things, not the current flat screens that were everywhere. And there were no smart phones, or even older cellphones in sight. "Yeah, I'm fine." Bernadette stated with a small scowl as she heard Neko and Owain mention likely time travel, which certainly seemed to fit with the changed skyline of the city. "Yeah, probably a good idea, everyone stick together, we are already missin' half o' us, don’ want ta get further separated." She said in response to Rosalind's suggestion. But then the teens heard the faint sounds of police sirens that seemed to be drawing closer. Suddenly, the cause seemed to appear, as they heard gunfire from inside the nearby casino. Turning towards it, they saw several masked men running out, a few carrying assault style rifles, the others carrying large bags of what appeared to be money. A van came pulling up to a nearby curb, another man with a gun stepping out and waiving the others towards the van. "You have got ta be bloody kiddin' me." Bernadette muttered as she took in the scene. The redhead then took a couple of running steps and leapt over one hundred feet to land just to one side of one of the men carrying an assault rifle as he turned back to aim it at the entrance to the casino. As she stood back up, Bernadette pulled her elbow back to her side to strike the gunman in the head, sending him flying backward several dozen feet until he slammed into the side of the van and fell to the pavement unconscious.

GM Inside the building Golden Star sees the man nod his head and start towards the door to try to make his way to the roof. Flying around the upper windows, the teen spots a couple more residents that he also directs to the rooftop. Down on the first floor, La Puma Negra quickly went through the other two shops on the ground floor, but found them empty. She then headed up towards the second floor, fining a set of stairs. There was heavy smoke up ahead, and as she reached the upper level, she found the hallway was filled with smoke. Out on the street Kinarr Khan gave a small nod of his head as Predator corrected him as to her place of origin and introduced herself. "My apologizes, Predator from an alternate Terra. As to your question, I am indeed related to Kinan Khan, he was my father, and with his recent passing, I have assumed rulership of the Stellar Khanate. Despite what I expect you know of my father, I am not here with any ill intent, quite the opposite in fact." He stated calmly, his arms still down by his side. "Hey heroes, catch this!" A voice suddenly called out, catching Predator and Star Khan by surprise, as a figure dressed in black coat, orange pants and orange mask stepped out of a nearby alleyway and threw something glowing orange in Predator’s general direction. "Remember the day you faced Explodo the Great!" The object, which she realized as a glowing orange lunch box, it the pavement and exploded, the explosion slamming into her. Star Khan moved over and placed himself between the mother and daughter, his back to the explosion, which slammed into him but seemed to result in no ill effect.

Okay, @Spacefurry I am fiating as Predator (and Star Khan) are taken by surpise! (HP to you!) A figure steps out of an alleyway and throws somethings Predator's way, hitting the ground near her with and causing an explosion which hits with a 23, so that is DC 23 Toughness save and then a DC18 Fort save vs Stun. Star Khan will interpose on behalf of the mother (who is shielding her daughter), he easily soaks the damage and gets a 23 on his Fort save. Then let's get initiative. @Poncho @MoonSimply let's get initiatives as well to cover some rescue actions for a couple rounds.

Velocity "Yeah, more or less." Velocity replied when Ghost asked if the Praetorians were similar to a space-based Freedom League. "Many of their members were originally the guardians of an ancient interstellar empire that controlled much of this region of space two thousand years ago. But they spent over two thousand years in suspended animation on the Curator's Ringworld and were revived following the destruction of Lor-Van, at which point they joined the fight against the Communion. They played a major role in defeating the Communion, and since then have worked very closely with the Lor Republic and other friendly worlds in rebuilding following the conflict." The speedster then looked over to Artificer as the young Atlantean chimed in. "Well, given the interval between their exit of the wormhole, I would say they are pursuing, but I am willing to given them be benefit of the doubt on their request." "During the previously mentioned incident where my son ended up twenty-five thousand lightyears away, several of the Praetorians intervened to help protect him and his two Claremont babysitters from the cosmic entity that was after my son. He and I have spent a couple summers on CoVic Station since that incident, and I have had a chance to meet pretty much all the Praetorians. They are certainly in a far better position than us to have information on any intergalactic politics that might be at play." "So, I would vote for doing as they ask and wait for them to get here to fill us in on what is going on." The speedster said as she looked over to Gaian Knight and Ghost.

Multi-Girl Bernadette's duplicates where helping keep the pressing horde of the Worm's followers at bay, at least for the moment when she heard Charlie yell out about helping Shift get the Worm through the shadow portal Murine had opened. Ghule followed the directions, running over to help Shift with the struggling Worm, calling for Bernadette to join as well. Pulling herself away from an attempt by a couple of the mindless horde trying to grab her, the Irish teen leapt over to the scrum landing just nearby and stepping forward to grab one of the Worm's arms firmly, looking at Shift and Ghule, she said, "On three" as she prepared to help toss the villain through the portal. Meanwhile her duplicate continued fighting against the pressing horde, striking out against them to continue to buy the rest of the team more time.

Okay, Multi-Girl will move over to try to aid Shift as well and gets a 14, rolling a natural 1 (you have got to be kidding me), she will use her hero point to reroll, which will automatically succeed for the Aid action, so, with the Teamwork feat, that is another +3 to Shift's attempt to throw the worm into the rift! Her duplicate will keep fighting the horde, getting a 19 on the attack roll (which I believe hits?), so DC 28 toughness save for the horde.

Multi-Girl Bernadette O'Connell was one of the first ones out of the van, checking quickly to make sure everyone else was out and not left anything inside before making her way over toward the house where the dark-haired woman was waiting for them. The Claremont Senior had heard plenty of stories about class trips to the Painted Desert, which included more than half her fellow Young Guardians members, Murine, Luke, Leon and Charlie. The tall redhead was wearing a pair of hiking boots, jeans shorts, a white T-shirt with her band’s logo on it, over which she wore a light brown button up shirt (which was currently completely unbuttoned). Although she had worked on her tan some during the recent trip to Fiji, she had on a wide brimmed sun hat to help some with the sun, and sunglasses. With a backpack slung over one shoulder, the redhead led the way over the short distance to the house. "Good mornin' Dr. Macedon, Bernadette O'Connell." She said in greeting to their guide.

Timeout Lawrence was listening to the others while he continued to focus on…seemingly nothing, his eyes going completely blue as they seemed to glow with energy. "We should try to determine where the others are before we try to teleport away again, but I don't think that will be that easy in any event." He stated. After a moment, his eyes returned to normal as he turned to regard the others. "Close," he said to Parker who mentioned it possibly being Halloween, "it is October 27, 2007." He paused a moment and added. "But something is…not right about it. For starters, there is some sort of temporal barrier around the city." He suddenly looked toward the entrance to the alleyway, where the sound of children laughing could be heard from the crowd gathered out there. "Wait a moment." He said as he headed towards the entrance to the alleyway and stepped out into the crowded sidewalk beyond. Those following him found themselves at the edge of a large crowd which filled not only the sidewalk but stretched into the street and to the sidewalk beyond in both directions to either side. As Parker had said, the crowd was filled with children (all of whom were dressed in Halloween costumes), as well as parents, teens and young adults (some of whom were in costume), in addition as various booths and vendors set up along the streets. Longtime residents of Freedom City were able to immediately recognize the Theater District, with the famous Beaudrie Opera House down a block to their left. It was also obvious that this was The Haunted Block Party, an annual Halloween festival put on in the district for over 25 years, which closed down several city blocks for the event. Lawrence was scanning the crowds, clearly looking for something, or someone. After a few moments, he stopped, his gaze focused across the street. Those that followed his gaze, found he was looking at a very attractive blonde seventeen-year-old girl dressed in a pair of high-end designer jeans, a blue cashmere sweater and a light jacket. She was walking with a teenage boy about the same age who had his arm around her shoulders. It took a moment, but those who had been at the Freedom League Holiday Party back in December, realized that the teenage girl was Lawrence's mother, Megan Howell, also known as the speedster Velocity. "I've heard this story before." Lawrence said as he watched his teenage mother walk down the far sidewalk.

@Gizmo Thanks Gizmo, Rock of course knows about the Khanate and was there for the defeat of Star Khan. He has heard that there has been some unrest within the Khante late, but not sure what it is exactly related to (as there has been problems in the Khnate since the end of the Incursion)

Multi-Girl Bernadette let Luke and Leon lead her away from her bandmates, giving Summer a small nod as she left. The redhead then glanced over at Leon with a frown "not that bleein' story again." She responded to his bringing up his heroics at prom. But despite her frown, the Irish teen was more than happy to be spending time hanging out with Luke and Leon, just a bit more time away from the grind of school and everything else. She was smiling as the trio of friends exited Absolute Zero to make their way out into the Waterfront to see what trouble the could get up to.

Multi-Girl Bernadette felt the pain of Ruin's attack, but kept hold the villainous copy of Consuelo firmly down, her face pressed up against the floor with the redhead's knee at the base of her neck. "Just keep holdin' her in place till we can figure what ta do with her or someone gets here that can otherwise subdue her" The Irish teen responded to Consuel who was helping hold down the purple haired girl. Out in the hallway, the duplicate Brenadette looked at the green-skinned woman a moment. "I'm goin' ta stay here ta try ta help keep her under control." The duplicate then ran back into the room, moving over close to Ruin.

Okay, Multi-Girl will maintain the pin, which is a free action. The duplicate will move into the room and get within five feet of Ruin to be ready for next round.

Velocity Velocity gave a small sigh at the announcement of an unidentified spaceship emerging from the wormhole, agreeing with Gaian’s comment about timing. She gave Ghost a small smile as he questioned whether or not it could be someone coming to just look around. "You would be surprised, since the stable wormhole was formed nine years ago, we have gotten an increased amount of interstellar traffic. Would not be the first group of Lor teens on the intergalactic equivalent of a joyride." The technician was looking at their screen at Gaian Knight’s questions about the unknown vessel. "Sensor readings show a sleek design, not much bigger than a Pegasus. No abnormal energy readings suggesting charged weapons." Velocity looked over to Artificer. "All the information relayed from the monitoring satellite near the wormhole are automatically relayed down to Freedom Hall, so they have all the same information we have thus far." She walked over to one of the stations and pressed some buttons. "Might as well start getting a Pegasus prepped for flight." She stated as she looked up at a holographic display that was projecting the data on the unidentified spacecraft and its current position in the solar system. The technician that had announced the spacecraft's arrival then spoke up again. "We have a second spacecraft exiting the wormhole!" There was a pause, before the technician added, "it's the Praetorians. They are requesting we monitor the first spacecraft but not intercede." The technician looked over to Gaina Knight and Velocity. "They say they will explain when they get here."

GM The two Terrans did not have long to wait before the new Star Khan responded to Doktor Archeville's follow up message. "I am pleased to make your acquaintance Doktor Archeville." The young Khan replied, his tone friendly. "While I appreciate your consideration of my time, I am more than happy to provide assistance. I was just recently on CoVic Station where I extended an offer of peace to the Republic and other Coalition worlds, I have a trusted ambassador and Justicar there to discuss and negotiate the terms for such a treaty, which I expect will be many. I also made a rather…hasty additional proposal, and have set out to accomplish heroic deeds to prove myself worthy." "I am afraid I have no specific insights to these incredible creatures. My father, unfortunately, was more interested in 'acquiring' technology, rather than supporting development of such within the Khanate. Something I hope to correct."

Timeout Lawrence had been a bit surprised when Baz had called out about the girl being grenade and was soon tackled to the ground by his friend and roommate along with Parker before he could tr to do anything to prevent a possible explosion. Thankfully, the girl was not actually some sort of explosive, although something certainly had happened, as she had been aged in a few moments. "Gamma, I could have frozen her in time to give us time to figure out what might have been going on." The blond teen said as he managed to get loose from Baz and stand back up to his feet, regarding the girl a moment. "I am afraid I am not quite sure yet." Lawrence replied to the girl. "It may be that this Doctor has already tampered with you and the others he is holding prisoner. Perhaps reversed your age, in the hopes of more easily controlling and containing children?"
