  1. Well, apparently it was not any harder in Denver As a former Denver resident, I was kinda pulling for the Rockies (I was pretty surprised to hear they even made it! lol)

  4. Megan just smiled slightly at Cory's response and attempts to play it cool. She considered teasing him a bit about the fact they were rooted in place, but decided against it for the moment. Soon the hero was out of the air and down onto the ground. "I wonder if any other heroes will be here?" She said, deciding to shift the subject some and possibly get them back on their way.

  8. Glad to see you all are discussing that, but I figured it was probably a good idea to bring it up, just in case :)

  11. Another idea, which has possibly been discussed by the Refs, an NPC bank. I basically see two types of NPCs, ones that are specifically tied to a character, and more general ones. In Barnum's Halloween adventure, Raindancer's parents have been discribed, so the Ref can help in running them. That description (and perhaps Ref notes on anything that happens with the NPCs that might be important in the future) might be best put in Raindancer's character thread. But more generall NPCs, like say a police officer some characters interact with, it might be good to have a general NPC thread for them, creating a "bank" of NPCs that can be generally used by Refs. Now, clearly Refs will NPCs that they want to maintain more control over, those would just be left out of the "bank."

  17. As they made their way along the crowded streets, Megan caught sight of Freedom Eagle as he swooped over the crowds and came down. Stopping her and Cory, she pointed over in that direction. "Look, it's the Freedom Eagle." She said.
  18. "Maybe I'll have to end up holding yours." Megan replied to Cory's teasing as she gave him a little elbow. Cory was like many of the guys Megan dated, from a well off family, good looking and athletic, which made his somewhat cocky and self assured. While those were traits that appealed to the blonde girl, save perhaps for too much cockiness, her own forceful personality and confidence often caused tension. Thankfully, Cory's response to any feelings of insecurity was relatively minor, and she was able to play along with it. As he put his arm around her shoulders, Megan put her arm around his lower back as she let him pull her closer to him and they made their way through the crowds.
  19. The UP is the more recent ruling on powers, and usually changed costs to balance things out better (such as making auras cost much more). But that is just my take.

  25. I would also like Ref control over Megan's date Cory Wells: Also a Senior at the the prestigious Prep School in North Bay that Megan attends. Cory is from a wealthy family, and plays on the school's Lacross team.
