Multi-Girl If Bernadette was surprised by Michael's floating off the ground slightly as they went, the redhead did not show it. Instead, the teen just continued talking as the two made their way along a path that led toward the center of campus. "Oh, me family hasn' moved ta Freedom, they are still up in Boston. I began here two years ago when I was sophomore, after me powers developed over the summer. Ah, really didn' have good control over them at the time, so was sure ta have caused a problem had I stayed in Boston." Claremont's grounds where pretty much what one might expect of an East Coast boarding school or an Ivy League college, spacious green spaces and large, Victorian style brick and stone buildings. Bernadette pointed to one such building which was north of the path they two were walking on, across a large open space and partially behind the administrative building. "So, that's the residential building fer staff that live on campus." She began, before pointing over to the northest where there were two similar buildings next to each other. "Those are the student dorms, which is where we will end up." "The north end o' campus," she pointed to a space between the staff residential building and one of the student dorms, through which Michael could see large green space that continued much further north., "has the athletic field an' pool, we can head up there if ye want after hitting the main quad and surrounding buildings."

Sub-basement of Claremont Academy Bayview, Freedom City, New Jersey October 2023, 9:45 AM Lawrence Harrow looked about the large room on one of the sub-basements beneath the grounds of Claremont Academy. The room was rather Spartan, with smooth white and grey walls, a floor that had a hexagon pattern and a high, almost cavernous ceiling. Along one of the walls, a couple dozen feet above the floor, was a dark set of plexiglass windows. "So, this is the Doom Room." The blond teen stated with his refined British accent as he looked back over his shoulder towards his roommate and gave a small grin. "Ready to show off what you can do Baz?" The faculty had arranged time in the school’s training room for several of the new students in order to start gathering baseline information on their powers for the year. As such, Lawerence was wearing the standard blue and yellow Claremont uniform, the morphic molecule costume tightly fitting his lean athletic build. The teen began slowly scanning the apparently empty room before his bright blue eyes fixed on the windows to the control room for a few moments. He then turned back to Baz. "Parker said he was in our testing group right? Wonder who the others will be."

Multi-Girl Bernadette took the offered card and glanced at it a moment before focusing back on Michael. "Thanks." She replied before tucking the card into a pocket and turning to consider their location. "Ah guess ta get started, this is obviously ta admin buildin'. Often not a lot o' reason ta be here, an' if ye are, that can be either a good thing or bad, dependin'." The redhead said with a small grin before leading Michael out of the building and onto the grounds of the school. "So, where ye comin' from? Local? Or from somewhere else originally? Claremont seems ta get a fair mix o' both. Me parents live up in Boston, though I am sure ye can gather we are originally from Ireland. But there do seem ta be a fair number of students that grew up in Freedom City."

Claremont Academy, Jasmin Summers Administrative Building Freedom City, New Jersey October 2023, 9:20 AM Bernadette O'Connell made her way along a path toward the administrative building of Claremont Academy. The attractive redhead had been asked by the school's headmistress to provide a tour to a newly enrolled student of the school. The Irish teen had to admit she was likely a good option for this task during a school day, seeing as she could be in multiple places at a time (one of her duplicates was sitting in a math class at that moment). The tall girl was dressed in a pair of jeans and a light grey lacrosse hoodie. Checking her phone, she quickened her pace as she realized she was a bit behind schedule. Thankfully she was quick enough that she arrived at the main entrance of the admin building just as a tall boy built like an American football player exited the main office. "Hello, Michael?" Bernadette asked with a warm smile as she walked up to the teen, her Irish accent evident. "I'm Bernadette, Headmistress Summer asked me ta give ye a tour o' campus."

Okay, only see one minor thing, you have the Perform skill, but have not selected the sub-skill. I assume Oratory for giving speeches and such?

By some miracle, Multi-Girl gets a 24! on her initiative check!

Multi-Girl "I will be sure ta keep that in mind." Bernadette replied to Eria before the robotic heroine made her somewhat dramatic departure. The redheaded teen then focused back on the new student. "Okay, Suelo." She replied. "I believe ye have been introduced ta everyone here…" she began before noticing that Neko had returned to the hallway. "Well, except fer Neko." The Irish teen then added, indicating the Japanese catgirl. "Neko, come say 'ello ta Suelo, one o' the new students this year."

Multi-Girl "Well, they will certainly catch us if we don' bloody try ta run." The original Bernadette replied to the Leprechaun, getting a bit annoyed with his half-measure help. She then took Summer's hand and started off away from the approaching antibodies while looking for some sort of body of water. The duplicate Bernadette also started following, sticking close to the Duke in case he needed any assistance in trying to outrun the approaching antibodies.

Nice Huck. I'd say that #1 is easily the closest to how I have always envisioned Bernadette, pretty spot on really (not that the other two are not great).

Multi-Girl With the strange younger version of Eria now gone, the two duplicate Bernadettes made their way into Rot's dorm room, setting the two metal sheets onto one of the empty tables before making their way out and heading down to Bernadette and Neko's room to do some unpacking. Meanwhile, out in the hallway, the original Bernadette took the card Eria offered her and glanced at it a moment before sticking it into a pocket of her jeans shorts. "Umm, thanks Eria. We'll be sure ta call ye if the younger version o' yerself turns up again." The Irish teen then focused back up on Rosalinda and the younger newcome. "So…Rot. Ye got another name? Or ye really wantin' us ta call ye that all year?"

Multi-Girl Bernadette frowned slightly at Eria’s comment to her. "Carrottop?" She muttered with irritation. But the redhead kept the reply she wanted to make to herself as a pair of duplicates appeared near her again. "Not as if I wasn' goin' ta help." She stated as the duplicates picked up Rot's metal sheets with a smile, but the smiles faded slightly as they were near her. The duplicates then took the metal sheets Rot had been carrying into the younger girl's room. Perhaps moving a bit quicker than they needed to. The original Bernadette meanwhile was a bit surprised by the appearance of the older Eria, glancing back over at the younger Eria, who was, now that the redhead thought about it, acting much more annoying than she remembered Eria being. "Umm, good ta see ye as well Eria." She replied, nodding towards the younger version. "Who is this?"

@Huckleberry Welcome to the site. Just posting here is a good first step toward coordinating things. I see you have already jumped into the moving in thread. We will be sure to look to include Rot in other Claremont based threads!

Battalion (PL8/10) Thunder King Test Thread
Thevshi replied to Thunder King's topic in Character Building
Thunder, one small thing is that in the write up you mention that Alexis does not really have any combat abilities outside of her armor (and even have a complication for that), BUT, she has 6 BAB and all her combat based Feats are bought straight, so she would have them outside the armor. Might make sense to wrap some of the BAB and many (if not all) the combat feats into the armor. For her BDB, you spent 6 pp, but write it as having +2 base, I think you mean +3. -
Veronica Danger As Vernoica studied the waterfall, she could see mystical energy seeping out, it was faint, only those with some means of sensing magical energy were likely to detect it, and even then many that could might have overlooked it. But Veronica was able to look deeper, through the waterfall and into the actual source of the mystical energy beyond. One hand reached up and grasped the medallion the young woman was always wearing. As she did, Veronica shifted the magical energy contained within two of the gems set into the medallion, shifting the abilities the gems provided as she studied the mystical energy from inside the waterfall which seemed very familiar. "Yes," she replied to Davyd's question about seeing something. "There is very strong magical source behind the central waterfall on the tier above us. It seems….familiar." As Veronica studied the waterfall, Lulu took a closer look at Rex's pack. While it certainly had seen use, it was in good shape and did not show any signs of being tampered with or damage to it. Everything seemed to be in place, save for one externa pouch that was empty, and appeared to have held a canteen, which was missing. A smile came to Veronica's face as she placed the memory of where she had encountered a similar magical energy, focusing back on her companions, she looked over to Davyd and Lulu with a small grin. "I think I know where Rex is." She stated. "He went through a portal that is behind that waterfall. The energy signature is similar to the portal several members of Green Team and I encountered a couple of years ago in the Taklamaka Dester in Western China that took us to the Lost World."

Multi-Girl Bernadette paused her conversation with Rosalind as Neko and Carmen faced off with each other in the hallway. The Irish teen had half hoped that the two having gotten along toward the end of last school year during a bit of juvenile delinquency. Unfortunately, that hope was quickly dashed as the two faced off and then Neko ran out of the hallway and Carmen fell over. Letting out a quiet sigh, the redhead glanced over to Rosalind. "This is goin' ta get bloody old fast." She said quietly. She sent out a mental message to one of her duplicates that was elsewhere to try to look for Neko on the school grounds while moving over next to Carmen. But before Bernadette could ask Carmen if she was okay a new student appeared in the hallway, floating forward before introducing herself with a rather course tone. "Hello…Rot." The teen replied with a distinctly Irish accent. "Sorry we're kind o' blockin' the hall" With a snap of her fingers, the two duplicates standing nearby winked out of existence, merging back with the original Bernadette. "I'm Bernadette, this is Rosalind and Carmen." The redhead continued, introducing the two other girls in turn. It was then that a figure stepped out of the room that Rot had indicated was here, Bernadette taking a second look at the figure as she place the blue haired teen. "Eria? What are ye doin' back at Claremont?"

Veronica Danger Indeed. Replied Veronica through Lulu's mental link. One of the things I have always enjoyed about traveling, getting out to some of the remaining areas of mostly unexploited natural beauty. Like many of the parts of the Sahara we got to see during the Dakar Rally. As Lulu took to the air, Davyd continued along the banks of the river toward the series of waterfalls, Veronica following closely behind. Lulu was able to cover ground a bit quicker than Davyd and Veronica, but as she was regularly scanning a wider area, the other two managed to generally keep pace with the redhead, as Davyd's tracking of Rex's scent led him in more of a direct path. Ultimately, both Davyd and Lulu zeroed in on a small clearing next to one of the pools of water that formed on one of the upper tiers of the waterfall. Sitting up against a tree at the edge of the clearing was a rugged, worn backpack bearing the Danger International logo on it. As Davyd approached the pack, he clearly picked up Rex’s scent all over the pack. The young teen's scent then led away from the pack, apparently heading further up the bank along the waterfalls. Still hovering up in the air, Lulu continued to mentally scan the area around the banks of the stepped waterfalls. While the redhead was picking up a variety of wildlife in the area, there was no sign of any other humans, much less Veronica's younger brother. Veronica meanwhile had initially started towards her brother's pack when she had turned her attention towards the next tier of waterfalls. The brunette's attention was focused on one of the waterfalls in particular, an intense expression on her face as she studied it for several moments.

Multi-Girl "Apparently ye got yer wish an' we have all been transported ta Musicland." Bernadette stated to the Duke as he came to consciousness and feigned ignorance as to where they were. "While ye may want ta be here, the rest o' us don' an' are goin' ta try ta find a way home.” "So, ye can either stay here an' wait for Musicland’s defenses ta arrive an’ hope they don’ consider ye a threat, or ye can come with us." The duplicate Bernadette that had led the Leprechaun here focused on the strange little man. "Where can we go ta get away from these 'antibodies'?" She asked.

Timeout Lawrence gave a small shrug when Parker asked how far he was able to move through time. "Not quite sure, have not really tried to determine the limits yet. I was once sent back to Ancient Egypt with my foster sister and her boyfriend, around 2,300 BC, and tried to bring us back to the present. I think it would have worked, if Quirk had not stopped me from doing so." The blond teen replied. "Figure now that I am here at Claremont I will have a chance to get a better sense of what limits there might be." When Parker explained what his powers were, Lawrence seemed deep in through for a moment as he smiled. "Interesting, that sounds fascinating. I can make it seem like I move things through space, but that is merely by moving them through time as space shifts."
