Probably did, but something went wrong with the tag. I can't see the roll. What was it?

Once inside, Velocity found herself in the foyer of one of the bigger mansions of the area. Not as big as her parents, of course, but pretty impressive none the less. The floor was Arabescato Marble, the stone shot through with black veins of material. On the walls hung a few pieces of art she recognized from her father's law firm reception area; apparently they had the same decorator. A half-dozen other ostentatious touches actually rounded out the room so that no one object over shadowed another. A fight had taken place here, that much was clear. The table used to hold keys or other things a person might need to take to work had been broken, and a couple bottles of wine had slid out of the steel wine storage rank near the corner of what appeared to lead into the kitchen, and one of the heads had broken off, spilling the red liquid all over the expensive Persian rug. The trail of destruction seemed to led further into the house, up the stairs. A dual marble staircase led up to the second floor landing, both paths equidistant from the other. The sounds had grown dimmer now, but now Velocity could hear shouting, though she couldn't make out the exact words, muffed as they were through the floor. With a quick surge forwards and up the stairs, she came to a hallway. A man in a very familiar black suit and sunglasses hung back out of a doorway, peering in carefully until Velocity made her entrance. His eyes widened in shock and he tried to raise his weapon, something that looked like a pistol but was far too advanced to shot plain old bullets. Of course, due to her hyper-fast reaction speed, his draw looked like it was in pathetically slow motion.

"Yeah, but she doesn't catch me an'more," the boy replied in that cute childish accent all kids under five had. He became a bit bolder as his sister walked out of sight, and scooted himself over from under the bench to get a better look around. "She's always tryin' na push me around, but I'm faster now, an' I can get in things she can't." He paraded around triumphantly for a few moments, seemingly happy that he'd outwitted his sister, then plunked himself down next to Fredrick. "So what do you do? My daddy works in the city, an' he's got a big car an' ever'thing. It's really big. But I like walking places too. Do you have a car?" He looked up at Fredrick, his small eyes sparkling as he spoke. Out of the corner of his eye, Fred could see the boy's mother approaching.

'Kay, kicked it off. The kid has made his stealth roll, and is using you as a cercumstance bonus... But seriously, this is just the beginning. It'll get more action-packed soon.

Frederick took in the sights present in Riverside park before sitting down on a nearby bench. A couple walking hand in hand past the area, each happy to be there with the other. A mother pushing along a stroller, cooing happily at the child inside. Over near the grassy area across from his own spot, a family was at picnic. The small boy of the family, who was being chased around by his older sister ducked behind Mark's own bench, seemingly trying to play his own game of improvised hide and seek. The boy panted a bit after his jog over here, and looked through Frederick's legs at his sister, who'd lost track of him. He smiled in triumph, then finally noticed that Frederick was there, looking down at him. He quickly raised a finger to his lips, telling him to keep his secret. "Shh. I'm hiding." He said simply, then went back to watching his sister intently as she went in the other direction.

The sudden intrusion of several hundred gallons of salt water served to defuse the escalating situation in rather dramatic fashion, primarily because everyone had been knocked over. Even Daisuke, weighing in at a hefty 500 lbs, was not immune to getting swept off his feet by the incoming tide. Down in a tangle of metallic limbs and soggy tarps, Daisuke scrambled to right himself and find the evil magician girl and her skeleton minion, but managed only to lodge himself under one of the floor coverings. "Hey! Who turned out the lights?!" he said from under his canvas prison.

A minute? Wow, you better hope you think ahead, because a minute in combat is ten rounds, and there's no way you'll be able to survive that long unpowered. Now darkness shutting off your ability to transform is pretty good. There's a few baddies on the board already with that ability, so it's not beyond the realm of possiblity that would work out. Hope your ponderings go well!

Okay, points all add up, but I am worried about a few things. One, your attack bonus is only +6. That means you won't be hitting as much as you want to. Investing in Attack Focus: Ranged - as that seems to be the type of attack you will be using most - would be a good idea. Second, your defense bonus is only +6 as well. Your caps mean that you can have up to a +10 total there, and since your Toughness isn't stellar, you might want to look into that. Also, you are a bit light on skills. It's not a critical oversight, but in the long run, you will likely be involved in activities other than combat, and it might be a good to purchase things like Diplomacy, Gather Information, Bluff or the like. It's just a suggestion, but it might spice your guy up a bit. One last thing - how long does it take you to "Super Up"? 5 points means it takes more than a full round, so I guess that means two rounds? Is that because the liquid metal has to redistribute over his body or something? Also, there has to be some reasonable way to prevent your transformation. With your powers contained internally, I don't see how that's possible.
