  1. A sudden swerve by the van caused Velocity's bullet-like projectiles to fly wide, if only by a few inches. The vehicle skidded sideways, tires trying desperately to hold to the road as it executed a 90 degree turn as soon as it left the bridge. Surprisingly, the normally cumbersome vehicle gracefully performed the maneuver, gliding into their chosen lane like an expert. As soon as they got into the higher density traffic, though, things started getting more dangerous. The van pulled directly into the oncoming lane, playing chicken at speeds exceeding 50 mph on city streets. By some miracle, it didn't run into anything, and began to pull away quickly.

  4. Yeah, a one is always a miss. Too bad, but you're still right on the van. It'll just take a bit longer than you thought to end this thing.

  7. Pulling to within feet of the escaping van was simple for the hyper-quick heroine. All she had to do was run along the suspension cables to avoid the madly swerving mess down below, then rejoin the chase on the other side of the bridge. It was almost sad how easy running down something as slow as a car really was. Velocity pulled up right alongside the van, in a perfect position to take out the tires with her improvised weapons.

  10. Bah! You're too fast. The chase was barely started and it's basically over already. :)

  16. The two thugs were utterly unprepared for hurricane Nightrival as he blew through them like chaff. With perfectly measured movements, he landed a bare three feet away from the small goon and nailed him in the face with a spinning kick that crushed his jaw. The man wouldn't be shouting racial slurs for quite some time. "Scooter"'s head snapped around and his body followed, spinning in a slow pirouette that took him up and over Grimalkin, who was still stunned from the blows, but was now stunned from the precision her new teacher had demonstrated. Before the first man even hit the ground, Nightrival stepped into the second's range and pounds his chest with an elbow strike that could break blocks of ice. Fortunately, Nightrival knew exactly how much force was necessary to collapse a man's ribcage, and carefully modulated the amount of strength he used so all his strike did was crack the big one's sternum and void his lungs of breath in a rush of escaping air. He folded like origami under the power of the hit, sinking to the ground with nary a sound. Both hit the ground, completely unconscious, at the same time.

  19. Well, it all looks good to me. Approved. Now one more judge needs to approve it, and you'll be in the running! I'll try to get someone to look at it for you.

  22. The default is that most villains know about it. It's an "open secret", if you will.

  25. It's an Acrobatics skill check for individuals. Sorry about not adding that in. Also, I forgot to add in the guy's Drive skill to the roll, so it's actually an 11.
