For a moment Celestia floated in place beneath the sea, trying to see what was going on. Once her eyes adjusted to the darkness, she saw the boat and the tentacle, but her concern was immediately for the swimmers and anyone else who might be on the boat. Leaving a powerful wake in her path, Celestia "flew" over to the two swimmers. She wrapped one arm around each waist and then blasted up to the surface. The trio left a huge waterspout behind them as they broke the surface. Trying to hold the pair gently but firmly, Celestia flew as fast as she could for the nearest ship.

Droplet stayed her hand and kept hiding. It took all of her self-control to manage it. Droplet wanted nothing more than to hammer that jerk, but this was family business. Best to stay out of that if you can. The thought of family made Droplet sad. She was reminded of just how much she missed her mom and dad. But for the first time in what seemed like forever, Droplet was hopeful. All she had to do was get past this current obstacle, and she could start looking for her family. It wouldn't be long now.

I'm putting all of my Dyn PPs into Flight. I should be able to cover several miles as a move action. I'm going to 1. move toward the swimmers (move action) 2. grab them (standard or move action?) 3. fly them over to the nearest ship (more of my move action, thanks to the move-by feat) 4. and drop them on the ship (free action) If I can move after the free action ( I probably still have plenty of move left), I'll dive back into the ocean down toward the sinking boat.

At the invitation of Lady Liberty, Agnes briefly (and very unsuccessfully) attended the Freedom League Christmas party. She only planned on staying long enough to meet Lady Liberty, but the world-famous heroine made sure that Agnes had to mingle at least a little. The girl spoke with several other Freedom City heroes, and she even shook hands with Captain Thunder. As soon as Lady Liberty moved off to meet and greet some other heroes, Agnes slipped out the back and walked home.

"Huh? Did you..." She didn't have to finish; it was obvious that the Emissary did see it too. And so they both sped off toward the churning water. "I'm going in," she yelled as they neared the waved, and then Celestia dove, head first, into the sea.

I'm assuming I can do all that in this post. If not, I'll edit.

Mine isn't the most painful or even the worst injury so far, but I might win points for "most pathetic." When I was 5, I was hit in the head so hard with a broomstick that I nearly lost my left eye. I'm still partially bind in that eye, but I have no memory of the event. :|

As soon as Droplet heard the little girl yell "Hide," she ducked back into the closet and closed the door. She closed her eyes to get some relief from the stifling darkness of a strange place, but stuck her ear to the door to listen. It was an unnecessary step. The man was yelling loudly enough to be heard from across the street. Droplet clinched her fists and could feel moisture from the air collecting on her skin. If there was on thing in this world she couldn't stand it was a bully. This guy needed to cool it, and Droplet was just the girl to hose him down.
