Just checking in. I haven't been around for a short while and wanted to make sure your character was ready to be checked over. Are you there yet?

Wealth system, hm.... Tough nut to crack. AS I see it, Wealth in MM is a lifestyle. It shows how easily a character can get things. These items, purchased should only last for the scene. Limiting items to real world accessibility makes sense as well. Your wealthy character wants a pistol? No problems. Buying one is easy. Buying a miliatry assualt rifle might be a little more difficult to do. I have a question though for those players with wealth. How do you want to see the wealth system used? Give us an idea of what you'd like to see with the rules and we can come to a compromise.

Welcome to the board. I hope you enjoy your time here!

Man I really get a kick out of this show. I'm surprised that they can keep the storyline even halfway untangled. Remember back in season one, when Hiro went to the future? Nathan was president but it was really Sylar. Well, they've set the stage for that to still happen. That's cool. I wonder how much has changed and yet how much has stayed the same. I still want to see what Chalres Deveaux and Peter talked about in the past. They still ahven't shown that.

Where he can see them? Yes. The one that has just dropped his weapon and is holding his hands up as per Scarab's directive. The only other thug Arrowhawk or the others saw ran up stairs.

Hellbound Entering the cargo hold, it was much like he imagined it would be like. Unlike a normal cargo ship, there were few large boxes taking up the limited space. The cargo hold still had numerous boxes but the spacing was enough to give the hero enough room to do what he needed. "What was that thing?" the woman in his arms asked. Once Hellbound placed her on her feet, her eyes were already searching for a place to hide. Hellbound could see a small corner where the boxes would make more than enough cover to protect the woman as well as give her a chance to move back out the door and safety once the monster had entered. Arrowhawk The door was stuck closed. The damage to the ship must have changed the door frame. Inside voices of children crying. He could hear their soft pounding on the door as well in response to his voice. With the door jammed, he had to find a way into the room. Taking a step back, Arrowhawk took a moment to assess the area. The door to the nursery was the only one on this side for some distance. Most likely it was a larger room than others on this level of the ship. Using an explosive tip to blast a way through the bulk head would work, but he couldn't be sure the children would stay clear before he used it. He had to find a less flashy way of getting the children out. Down the hallway, the hero did spot another door that was on the same side. Perhaps that room would provide a way to the children. Dark Star and Scarab (Round 2 of 4 of the rescue attempt) The Dinosuar tips its head in response to Dark Star's question, showing some sign of understanding though it does not speak. However, voices of those waiting to be rescused reach his ears. "Hey! Look there's a speed boat coming!" "Are they rescue workers?" "Don't look like it. They all bald and a few of them got red skin!" "Where they going? We're all on this side, why are they going to that side of the ship?" Scarab from her perspective saw the speed boat reach the cruise ship but on the far side from the people on deck. Right before the boat slipped beyond her view, the hero could catch the glint of light off of a rifle.

Hellbound goes passed Scarab and the cowering thug, racing after the one that got away. He passes teh main entrance where the light post still remained after Scarab used it to enter the building. Heading out what was left of the front door would slow anyone unable to fly. No wonder, the thug decided to head up the stairs. Taking the stairs two at a time, it wasn't long before Hellbound found himself on the second floor. A short corridor that lead to a window that overlooks the entrance at one end and a door at the other was the main feature of the upstairs. Another door was between the top of the stairs and window. The room before that door most likely sat right over the room where the others were located. The door at the end of the corridor was slightly ajar and Hellbound could see light coming from inside as well as hear the sounds of chanting voices. The thug, realizing that he had very little choice in the matter, quickly dropped his weapon at Scarab's urgings. His eyes went wide at the sudden appearance of Ignis floating in the air. With four supers present and from what he could determine another on the way, he had lost all nerve to resist. He quickly put his hands up. "Wh...what are you gonna do to me?" he manages to stamper out. Dark Star arrived on the scene and easily made out the building due to the two large holes in the front. Where the door would stand, a large hole was the only thing that remained of the entrance. The tail end of a lamp post could be seen among the debries. Above this hole, Dark Star can see another window and movement that seemed to be the familiar silhouette of Hellbound. Just to the right of the destroyed entrance was another large hole and the unconcious form of a skinheaded man. The rough edges of the hole gave the impression of once being a window, but it was now just as accessible as the front door. Scarab's message comes through loud and clear. It seemed that a lot of the old gang had arrived on the scene as well.

DS and Scarab Round 1 of rescue Each gain an hp for the task. Scarab can make out a distant speed boat heading towards the cruise ship. It should reach it by round 2 of the rescue effort. Scarab needs to make Notice DC 30 to get any more information about the speed boat. Hellbound A few feet away, a side door to the right. Straight ahead is the door to the cargo hold. Hellbound has to choose a path.

Hellbound Hellbound managed to get passed the strange creature and reach the woman. Unfortunately, there were very few option sto avoid the creature. At the end of the corridor was the entrance to the main cargo hold. There was a side oor on the right just a few steps away from Hellbound's position. He could easily reach it with the woman in hand, but he had no way of knowing where the door led. If it was a normal room and the creature decided to follow them, he would be trapped in a small space with the woman. If he went to the hold, he'll be trapped with the woman in a larger space but there was bound to be obstecales that would hinder his movements. He had to choose quickly before the creature reached.

Dark Star and Scarab Slowly, with the two heroes combining their power, the cruise ship began to slowly move over to the shoreline. The effort was tremendous but as long as nothing else major happened, the ship would be in a save location. The people upon the deck of the ship were bunched up against the rails in an attempt to give Dark Star as much space as he needed to work. The Dinosaur, seeing that the people were no longer running around found itself with no real targets to terrorize into position. It sat on its hunches and watched over the people, hoping that someone would run from the crowd so it could have some fun. The people unaffected by Scarab's mental control, watched as the hero's attention kept him from moving in the air. A few of the people pointed at the slowly moving ship, amazed that Scarab had such power. Still, they kept their distance fromt he floating hero to ensure she had all the space needed. A part of Scarab's mind, not focused upon the task at hand heard the sound of ambulances approaching. The authorities had finally arrived to help with the wounded. Out in the water, She could make out a small speed boat heading from the shore heading to the cruise ship.

I'm very sorry about that. Things have been hectic here. Let's see if I can get you to the next stage. Better. Thank you for the changes. Again, better. It gives the character more depth. Still not so clear on the Prrejudice part as why she would make an exception for magic users, but I'm willing to tlet it go. Okay. I like how you explain it. Adds up. Adds up. Still hope she stays out of fights. Adds up. You have 135 ranks listed not 120. That brings you to 34 pps. You'll have to make some changes. You have 51 pps worth of feats here. More than the 40 that you have listed. This needs to be changed. Adds up. As a PL 3 character, he is limited to 8 ranks in skills. This needs to be changed. Other than the skill problem, it adds up. Adds up. Adds up. Adds up. I'm finding it difficult to figure out what senses your Super senses are using. Is the detect non-human using tremorsense? I'm counting a lot more in that Super sense group than you've paid for. Accurate is 2pps. Why is Detect non-human 3pps? I see it now. It's the radius on it. Please list things once, not twice. (i.e. Accurate radius Detect Non human/ Tremorsense) The cost for your supersenses should be 10pps and it should be ranked at 20. Quickness gives you 2rnks for 1pp, so you should have only 6ranks of quickness, not 9. Adds up. Looks okay. Needs to be adjusted to account for the ssections that need it.

The were creatures react differently to the young heroes actions. The three still by the smoke machine continue to watch the proceedings, The rhino near Darian stops in its tracks and tilts its head in confusion at the youth's words, giving Darian time to act. The Rhino near Gordy strikes out with a punch that glances off of the sound barrier around the hero. The tiger near Chris turns quickly, and darts at Chris, ignoring the swirling cape. His claws reach out through the cape to scrape the hero.

Cirth, was that force filed that High Note put up? I'll assume it was unless you correct me. Also, if every one could include their combat stats here, that would help. Please list your Toughness, Def, Saves, Attack, and Damage. I'll edit them into the Combat stats of the baddies. Attack on Gordy Rhino attack Gordy DC16. Let me second that. I'll keep your family in my prayers during your time of loss.

Hmmmm. It's interesting how people try to save shows this time of year. I personally never got into Chuck when it was first aired. Something about the story didn't click with me. I hope the plan works though, since I hate seeing shows that people love get canceled. I've lost ton of shows over the years and I admit that they might not have been "mainstream" enough keep a following, but perhaps it is time for the TV networks to adopt a different system for TV shows in the States. Here in Japan they do shows based on seasons. Each season is limited to a certain number of episodes. Spring and Fall would be about 11-12 episodes while Winter and Summer are about 8 episodes. The remianing weeks of the year are filled with seasonal specials of game shows or other programming. At first, I didliked the system, but it soon grew on me as it eliminated Rerun, something I think most people despise anyway. Of course, after the show had been completed, the networks would show those old shows daily, early in the afternoon so popular shows could be seen again. I think this would work out pretty well in the States considering the success of shows like 24. Of course, getting people to switch over is going to be difficult.

Like what? I dislike changing HQs as they are such a major part of a character even if they are not in scene. If you had other equipment, that would be okay though. So tell me what you would turn those eps into first.

um, Considering Quark went first and is at the top of the order, it looks like it is Geckoman and High note next. Then it's Quark's turn. You're in wait mode.
