Just saw the pictures. Even if you could only use the Star Wars risk minis, I thik what you have looks great. Heck, buy a bucket full of army men, kust like the kind from Toy Story (so they still sell those?), and you'd have your players ahving a ball! Ah. If only I could get into making that kind of stuff myself.....

Sammy looked about in the darkness. The area was strange yet not totally uncomfortable. 'What is this place,' he thought a he watched a bolt of electricity flashed in the distance. 'How does she keep this stuff in here?' Sammy began swimming slightly trying to explore teh various items in the space while avoiding the random blasts of lightning that come close. He remembers RQ's warning about touching anything, so he limits his looks at visual inspections only. The floating nature of the environment allowed him to get a full 360 degree view of most of the items. Sammy was surprised at the large amount of ammo that floated by. 'What does she need so many bullets for anyway?' The darkness and lack of a watch, causes Sammy to lose track of time. It felt as if hours had passed when it should have only been minutes.

And yes, you can roll for the toughness. They are not considered minions though so they need to be be knocked out the hard way. The above roll will stand for his toughness.

Duncan blinks slightly at hearing her name. "The Howell? I've heard a lot about your mother in the news. Seems she's always helping out some foundation or other. Man, that's has got to cause you more grief than me. How does it feel to be the daughter of such a well-known do gooder?"

It makes sense the way you have it written, but it is a very cheesy way of doing things. In your example, lowering your Con to 2 to gain 6pts but getting the Imprevious to keep you at Full toughness doesn't seem very realistic to me. Of course, there are a lot of areas that I in a normal game I was running would disallow so my opinion doesn't really matter. But to answer your question directly, yes it makes sense to leave the Imprevious on the toughness and not the protection power.

The light from teh elevator covers Kieran as he comes before them. The light is just enough to give him a view of The Ghost, moving into the far wall. Ghost continues through the wall, unknowingly of Keiran's closeness to him. Once reaches ther far side, he lets out his breath. 'Man, I'm lucky this wall was fairly thin. Any thicker and I would have had a lot of trouble making it through!' He looks around and smiles as he notes teh door marked stairs only a short distance away. 'Looks like I've got my way up now. Lady Fortune is really looking out for me.'

Two powered thugs attack Nightrival, one of which charges lowering his DEF by 2 until his next turn. The remaining thug moves over and starts looking for Grim but fails to spot her. ROUND FIVE

It doesn't take long for the two heroes to remove the normal skinheads who all lay about unconcious on the ground from various wounds. With them down, it leaves on ly the three red skinned thugs left to fight. "There's another one hidden on the other side of the car," yells the thug near Nightrival before taking an awkward swing against the agile crimefighter. The remaining two thugs move over closer to the battle at hand. The first heads beyond the car, searches for the concealed hero. The other charges Nightrival but also fails to connect with the seemingly untouchable hero.

Make a notice check. DC 10 I guess. If you do, you'll see him, but you won't be able to do anything to him this round.

By the way, Red Queen's Magical Awareness should be going bonks with Ghost nearby right now. With his concealment and shield on, he simply radiates magic. Oh and describe away as Ghost jumps in.
