If it's an energy weapon, Craft/Electronic. Though if that's what he's making with his powers, no Craft roll is needed, unless you want it to really look nice. Though those would only "stick around" for as long as you maintain the power. Also, be sure to read the book(s) ;) -

Change Trade-Offs at the top to read -3 Defense/+3 Toughness, -3 Attack for +3 Damage Remove 4 ranks in skills (remove Hindi, Japanese, Portuguese, and Urdu from Languages), freeing up 1pp. 7pp free. (Why keep Arabic, English, French, Mandarin Chinese, Russian, and Spanish? Those are the six official languages of the UN. Also, German, English, Italian and French are the four most widely spoken of the 23 official languages of the EU; 3 out of 4 ain't bad.) 2pp on Skills (8 ranks), adding 1 rank each to Computers, his three Crafts, Disable Device, Investigate, Know/Technology, and Medicine (which I'd calculated incorrectly). Using the Character Template form will make things easier for us to read There is no Craft or Knowledge (weaponry), those would fall under Craft/Mechanics (for non-energy weapons) and Knowledge/Technology (for non-biological and non-chemical weapons). Sounds like you'll want Flight, Force Field, and an Array with Create Object, Blast, and Strike (with the Variable Descriptor power feat). -

... I have no idea what will happen. DH is Disabled. For a Construct, Disabled = "cease functioning, but still mostly intact." He's dead-dead. (Dying = "destroyed & in lots of pieces") And Wes is just holding his head. Would bringing it to life result in a freshly-decapitated (and quickly dying) head? Or some freakish living head? What of his body? Opposed power checks? Wes's Healing vs. DH's... what? His Necromantic Array? His Regen? His Immunity to Fort effects? Or rule that the few bites of hamburger he had earlier is enough for his Source/meat Regeneration, and he 'resurrects' now?

Or, it means that an attack that stuns you & makes the field drop doesn't make the field drop b/c you're stunned, you're stunned b/c the damage overloaded your field. -

Dark Star saw that Dead Head was covered in an assortment of unpleasant fluids after being hacked up by the Rhino Mole. Oddly, it appeared there was a particular concentration of stains on the bottom half of the Revoltin' Revenant's face. Man, that tasted nasty! Dead Head spat something out onto the ground in front of the beast as he unslung his shovel and ran towards it. "Aint' so easy when we bite back, is it?" He leaped up and swung his shovel in a high arc, bringing it crashing down almost right between the beast's eyes, then quickly whirled around and boxed one of its ears. "Bad! Doggie! Sit! Stay! Play dead!"

Ah, that is allowed, you'd just need to note that it's Linked to the Density power. Which'd change the Knockback line to Knockback: -25 w/ Density & Armor, -20 w/ just Density, -7 w/ just Armor, -2 without Armor or Density; -24 w/ Armor & Density wen in fire, -19 w/ just Density in fire, -6 w/ just Armor in fire, -1 without Armor or Density and in fire Also, Immunity 2 (Grue) is fine, as long as you realize it's for things like a Grue's Drain Wisdom and Mind Reading, and not, say, being punched by a Grue that's used its Shapeshift to gain Density/Enhanced Strength/Strike.

Reversing de process, drawing excess mass from anozher dimension in order to expand someding, has proven far trickier. Von vould dink dat mass is mass, dat it vould not be so difficult, but it turns out dat de mass shunted about is 'tagged' to de original item. Vhen I shrink und den re-grow, I can easily recall mein own mass because it is 'mein' mass, but expanding from mein starting size is impossible because I already haff all of 'mein' own mass. I vould have to draw in excess mass from some undifferentiated source, mass dat is not 'tagged' as 'belonging' to anyvon or anyding else. I keep meaning to consult mit Doctor Atom, see if he vould share any insights based on de size-altering powers of his grandson Maximus..." "Buuut..." he said as a matching grin spread across his face, "perhaps I haff merely lacked de proper motivation...." He slid out form her arms, "vhich vould seem to indicate, liebchen, dat ve should be wrapping up your tests now, so ve can both retire to our respective homes und make preparations for tomorrow evening's date. History is better. Ability modifiers for Str, Con and Wis are off. Rage is still off. You have Rage 4 (+5 rounds), but list +10 Str and +8 to saves from it. The bonus to saves from Rage only goe up to +5, and that's with 5 ranks in it. Rage 4, with one of those ranks given to prolong the duration, would look like this Rage 4 (3 rounds effect, 1 round duration; +8 Str, +4 Fort and Will saves, -2 Defense for 10 rounds) Remember that the max on Fort/Ref/Will saves is (PL + 5). Your PL 10 char can't have a Fort save of +18. Immunity (Grue)? What's that? Remember to add the ranks of your Regen together, like I showed earlier.
