Eat-Man fan, eh? I would say it does not need Linked. Not unless he wanted to immediately create new things from what he ate. I'd just go with Matter Eater and Create Object, with the Power Loss drawback on the Create Object (must have eaten matter to create an object, and can only create objects of the same matter he's eaten).

BIG Updates for Doktor Archeville. First, an error in his ability scores. His Int, Wis and Cha should be listed as Int: 24/38 (+7/+14) Wis: 20/34 (+5/+12) Cha: 10/24 (+0/+7) Second, he's Platinum now. For my Platinum reward, I'll take free Equipment 15. This can be marked under Feats as Equipment 15 (75 ep) (Free from Platinum) I'll trade in the 6 ranks in Equipment I've bought, so with the 4 I earned last month I now have 10 unspent pp. 1pp on Skills, to buy 4 ranks of Knowledge (Business), increasing it to Knowledge (business) 6 (+13; +20 w/ Enhanced Int) This puts him at 152r = 38pp in Skills 1pp on Feats, to gain a third rank of Benefit (Wealth/Filthy Rich); I should now have 17pp spent on Feats. This will alter his skills to Bluff 5 (+5, +9 w/ Attractive; +12/+16 w/ Enhanced Cha; +6 more w/ Wealth) Diplomacy 5 (+5, +9 w/ Attractive; +12/+16 w/ Enhanced Cha; +6 more w/ Wealth) Reasoning: Doc's been working to get his company started, and it opens in October. And the last 8 will go to improving his Gravimetric Belt by 2 ranks, from this Device 10 (Gravimetric Belt v1.1.3; 50 points; hard to lose; PF: Restricted - Only usable by those with a +10 or better Knowledge/Technology modifier) [41pp] to this: Device 12 (Gravimetric Belt v1.1.4.a; hard to lose; 60 points; PF: Restricted - Only usable by those with a +10 or better Knowledge/Technology modifier). 49pp. This will put him at 8+49+15+7+2+3=84pp on Powers and replacing this with this Which will alter his Knockback and Toughness to: Knockback: -15; -9 "Cloaked"; -4 just w/ Labcoat; -0 w/ nothing; Belt can give an additional -13 from Immovability Toughness: +16 (Imp 14); +14 (Imp 4) when "Cloaked"; +4 (Imp 4) just w/ Labcoat; +0 w/ nothing I'll post updates to his Equipment later (once I get it all settled). Doc is rewarded for his great service to the community

Two things: 1) What the heck is the Perform (Light Shows) skill? You can't "Perform" with Emotion or Environment Control. 2) Due to an error in the cost of your powers, you're 1pp over!
-
Done by Doc. However.... Q1) What's the reasoning on his Immunity/Criticals? I didn't think his body-altering powers were supposed to be that wide-ranging. If they are, that's fine, I'm just wanting some explanation. Q2) I think the cost on his Alt Form is off. It looks like you're listing Fast Fade as a -2 Flaw, but only calculated the cost as if it were a -1 Flaw. (Also, where's that Flaw from?)
-
That would work quite well, yes :)
-
Hrrmmm... can you explain that a bit more?
-
Well, then, shall we just say Wednesday the 23rd of September?
-
Any work for me, and I'm more than open to suggestions if someone has something niftier ;)

Neither does Dead Head, and I'm guessing Tempest doesn't, either I don't believe Blink or Jack have solid 9-to-5, M-F jobs, either.

Here's some ideas that immediately pop to mind: * Breakdown & Grim know each other, so they could meet to hang out one day, walk around Freedom, get to know the place. Show each other the parts of Freedom they know (though nothing dangerous, at least noting intentionally dangerous). While touring they go to (or just cut through) Lantern Hill, and there see Dead Head. * Grim's faerie connections tell her of Something Weird in Lantern Hill, and she goes to check it out. Along the way she runs into Breakdown, and they go together. * Breakdown is scouting locations for a massive Halloween rave -- why not a Rave from the Grave? He's scouting out cemeteries, meets Grim along the way and talks her into coming with, and they meet Dead Head at Lantern Hill. * Dead Head is out trying to complete some unfinished business for a recently deceased person -- maybe delivering a necklace or ring that was accidentally interred with the body, but it should've been left to a still-living relative, or passing on a message from grandpa -- and as he's out he runs across Breakdown and Grim as they're... doing... something.

Same goes for Dead Head ;)

Oh, nevermind, I'll say he did de-cloak and put his stronger force field up on his way back to White Knight. Will save to resist Startle... 12! So Doc's now effectively flat-footed vs. White Knight next round. But it might not matter if he KO's White Knight this round! Does 25 hit? If so, that calls for a DC 26 Toughness save. Doc has 1 HP now.
-
Archeville had de-cloaked on his way up, switching to his more potent force field. He hovered right outside the window, several plans of action forming in his incredible brain. For as long as he'd fought supervillains, they always managed to surprise him in how irrational they could be, and Knight was a prime example. "Bold talk, for von who is little better dan a mad dog!" Archeville shouted as he unleashed the full force of his suit's gauntlet blasters. "You rant on und on about 'purity', but I bet you cannot trace your family line back more dan 150 years! As if dere could be anything 'pure' about being a White American!"
-
"Ja, right up-" Doc began to say, then paused, as if disappointed at something not happening which he had expected to happen. Then he snapped his finger and a grin broke across his face, "ah, silly me, I forgot to put mein Gravimetric Belt back on." He opened one of the cabinets and reached up to retrieve two glasses, and placed them on the counter before Sam. "So," he began as he opened the fridge and began retrieving things, "tell me a bit about yourself? I vould prefer to eat mit an friend dan a stranger." Though the door to the fridge opened so that he could not see into it, Sam could see that Archeville appeared to be reaching deep into it, and pulling out a wide variety of items.

Since it's been a while, I'll remind our awesome GM that Doc has And he's blasting Arachnos with it. Which means that, until his next action next round, Doc'll be flat-footed, Defense of 15. Does 19 hit the stunned Arachnos? And since Arachnos is stunned, he does need to make a Concentration check to see if his Sustained effects (like, say, a Force Field) remain up.
-
"Your first mistake vas in trying to invade Earth-Prime!" Archeville shouted as he blasted away at the stunned would-be conqueror with the sparking, sputtering contraption strapped to his chest, "und your second mistake vas in provoking me!"

"Uhhh... which 'big guy' do ya mean?" Dead Head asked, looking back and forth between Phantom and Samael. The zombie stood a good six inches taller than him, but the Russian was broader and appeared the stronger of the two. "And since I'm guessing you do have some way to conceal yourself," it said to Phantom, "I would suggest I go in and be the distraction. Fair chance they'll mistake me for a rogue zombie that got out of the pens, and assume I'm a mindless clod. Hide in plain sight, an' all that." It turned towards Samael, "Not sure where that leaves you, though, tovarisch. Never did get your name, either." The zombie's eyes flicked over towards Avenger, "say, here's a wacky idea -- instead of us all charging in, and hoping we can take care of ourselves and maybe each other, why not pause a moment and properly introduce ourselves, so we know what we have to work with? It ain't as if a few minutes will make that much difference." Samedi recognized you?, he thought. That could be either very good, or very bad. "I'll start," he said, clearing his throat and then bowing to Atlas, then to Phantom, and finally to Avenger... and then his head fell off his shoulders and rolled down his arms! His hands caught the head before it fell to the ground, then he held his head up high before plopping it back onto its proper spot. "Folks call me Dead Head, for reasons which should be obvious. I've been this way for about a decade, since Y2K. Not entirely certain how I came to be this way, but I know whatever did this to me also killed lots of folks I cared for, and I try to make sure that don't happen to anyone else again, and help those who've passed, but not passed on, to get their affairs in order. I'm pretty strong, lots stronger than I was when I was alive, but not enough to lift cars or anything. My main thing is that I'm persistent: so far I ain't found a thing that can permanently put me down, not for more than a day or so, and even that takes a lot of doin'. I can also talk to the dead, and they talk to me. Hoo, boy, do they ever talk to me! Matter of fact, that's how I came t'be here." "So," he said, looking around at the three people he'd just met, "who's next?"

Are the kids in their costumes? Or would Doc recognize Psyche from their dealings three months prior as Alex Albright?
-
"I... er...," the super-scientist starts to reply, "vell, not right at dis moment. Let us vait und make sure everyvon gets back first, und de excitement level dies down." He went back to checking over the teleporter, a slightly worried look crossing his face.

Blink will be undergoing a Heel Face Turn, redeeming herself to become a Hero.
-
So, MBCE, what can Doc's scanners tell him? Or do their tech-nullifying powers also give them a tech-concealing ability, like what Ghost has?
-
Though our Villains are all now NPCs, I see no reason we can't continue this non-canon tale.
-
If there's risk of people dying by unnatural/supernatural means, Dead Head would be in. Depending on how Durf's "Darkness Rising" thread goes, of course. Doc will also want in, of course. Science v. the Supernatural! Plus, his company may be opening in October (1st Quarter of the fiscal year), and he'll want to protect that!

I'd had a far better post planned, but when I'd tried posting it, that's when the board crashed. And it wouldn't let me go back to retrieve it to save to a Word file, so I lost it completely. But, I think I recalled the gist of it. ;)

Archeville leaned a bit closer, and his voice dropped a few octaves, "You had everything you needed because you think too small!" He leaned back again, "you really think you accomplished anything, Eric? If so, you're a bigger fool than the press is painting you as! Yeah, you made a few cool weapons, made some breakthroughs in miniaturization techniques in order to cram as much ordinance into that suit as you could... but for what? To kill Metahumans? Why? Because your father was a casualty in a fight between the Freedom League and the Crime League? Many people have lost far more than that, and don't go on roaring rampages of revenge. And after learning what you've been doing, now your mother's not talking to you, either? Seriously, man, what have you done with your life, aside from singlehandedly causing as much damage to public property as most brawls between groups of Metahumans? Did you even achieve your goal and actually kill any Metahumans?"
