They say he built up such strength working on his wood and metal inventions that he could unbend horseshoes with his bare hands!" Ah, he found one of the few authentic items I have here. Dumb luck? Or something more? "I won it in an auction a few months ago, while I was away on business. The previous owner had died suddenly. An accident of some sort, I believe while attempting to construct some of the items in that very journal." That's what the cultist who passed it to me said, anyway. He placed the book on a nearby counter, and looked Cale over, "I must say, though, you don't really seem the type who would be interested in these sort of things. What is your interest in this? I may have something more to your liking in the back."

Latest IC post edited due to miscommunications. Doc is now attempting to disarm the device(s). At this time his Disable Device is 3 points lower than his current sheet indicates, so it would be (+13, +18 w/ Enhanced Int, +19 w/ E.S.; +24 w/ Enhanced Int & E.S.) Standard Action to reconfigure E.S. to And takes his Move Action to begin working to disarm it. If it requires a full round action, I'll use Extra Effort to Surge this round to gain another Standard Action. And his roll is... 42! Which is kinda appropriate... ;)

While Doc has the facilities to run his own tests at his home, he knows he should do something more objective, so he'd be going to the Albright Institute. What to test? Well, I definitely wants his skills & feats tested: I've been here 15+ months, and I still haven't used either my Inventor or Master Plan feats! And Inventor was supposed to be his Big Shtick! Some basic combat testing would be good, too.

Equipment looks fine, but you really don't need to spend a point on Benefit/Status simply to be able to call himself Captain or to represent inactive/retired military status (that can mostly be covered by his Connected and Contacts feats). Also, please bold the names of his powers, and bold & underline the "section headings" (stats, combat, saves, skills, etc.). :)

I'd say three -- Lincoln, Southside, and Greenbank -- would be a good cut-off. Just be sure to include cross-links showing where one section ends and the next begins. (And be sure to make entries for the Timeline )

Sorta. If it takes place mostly in one city area, then you can get by with one thread in that area. If it's mostly in two areas -- like The Break-In and Low Places, the latter following directly off the former, though the former had a definite end-point -- you can do two threads in their respective places. If it's something more... well, what were you thinking?

What will you be doing with this character? What does/will she do that will make others see her as a heroine? I'm still a tad concerned with her defense/toughness. With a Defense of +3 and a Toughness of +4, she's effectively PL 4 in that regard. PL 2 if her Force Field's not up, like if she's flying. (Though I'm guessing your plan is to have Phalanx interposing for you to shield her. Yes, we see what you did there.) The Communication Link should be Super-Senses 1 (Communication Link). For the BE in her Telepathy Array, please change it to Mental Blast 6 {24}. Why is she vulnerable to fire?

Okay, just three more things, a couple of questions and a request. Question #1: Why does he have Enhanced Defense as a power? That's not something typically seen on Powerhouses (or Paragons). (Note: I'm not saying you cannot have it, I'm just asking why he has it.) Question #2: What exactly do you plan to do with this character? He doesn't fight... so what's he do? Why would other people call him a hero? Request: bold the names of his powers, and bold & underline the "section headings" (stats, combat, saves, skills, etc.), please.
