actually it's stunned just until the start of my next turn. nuts, guess that misses then.

That last one should have hit, just barely. Last time I hit it, it failed by 8 and is still stunned.

Malice for his part, finishes off the lone guard without hesitation. He then takes to the air, heading towards where the air field should be. He talks over their communication link "Bunker 3 is decimated. I need a status report from everyone else. How are we doing out there? Please tell me you're all just about finished."

GM POST Ronin makes quick work of the remaining guard, while Belphegor crushes the front of the generator in. Finally, the generator ceases functioning. The guards don't take kindly to being ignored by the demon and open fire. One missing wildly, the other connecting. At the other bunker, the guard opens fire on Malice and connects. But Malice takes the hit without much fuss. Finally, the exposed guards take aim at Vesitge with wildly varying levels of accuracy.

Huh. It appears as if I forgot that rule that if a minion rolls a natural 20, they're still out if they still fail. But rather than retcon the soldiers dead, those that have had minions survive their attacks via a natural 20 (Bephegor and Malice) all get a VP for my little boo-boo. Minions have actually saved against Ronin's and Knievel's attacks. Doc, the generator has a total Defense value of 8, so you can take a 1 and hit. Takedown attack will not apply in this situation however. It will however be rather useful down the line.

Malice looked over his shoulder at the Captain. "Am I crazy for thinking this thing should be dead by now? I mean seriously, I've cracked it's head like a dozen times. I can think of no creature that should be alive at this point. Alright. Enough old school, this thing needs to die." Eric pulls out another one of those guns. "This should do it, I'm hoping." says Malice as he fires while barely paying attention.

"For the love of god, die when I kill you!" Malice blasted towards the creature again. He delivered a devesating flying knee to the wounded creature. A move he learned after countless hours of playing a popular video game. Play video games kids, and then you can travel to distant worlds and kick the crap out of the indigenous population.

"Good night Gracie!" roars Malice as he hammers the creature with a massive axe-handle smash. The massive impact rolls over the entire area much like thunder. "And that's how it's done!"

Malice looked like he was about to shoot the creature again, but then stops. "You know, I should probably start conserving ammo or else I'm going to run out, and that would plain suck. Okay, old school time." The thrusters on Malice's back light up as Malice barrels at the creature. Sloppy as all get out, but the creature was too staggered from the last attack to do much of dodging.

"Honestly, I'm not entirely sure. Something is at work here, and I intend to get the bottom of it, tonight. But for now, I don't think the place is too safe. Police and other heroes are on their way. But in the mean time, is there any place you can stay away from here? Until all this blows over?"

"If this one gets loose, shout a warning this time!" shouts Malice before he takes off into the air. "Alright Rocky, Stumpy didn't much care for these bullets, so I'm hoping you'll have the same reaction." says Malice as he goes through the motions of unloading on the creature. Was fighting weird space rock creatures now rated so low on the weird-stuff-o-meter that Malice could throw out cheesy one liners?

Arrowhawk: 14 - HP x0 Scarab: 13 - HP x0 Ace Danger: 11 - HP x3 Malice: 8 -Bruised x2, Stunned - VP x1 I don't know anyone else's conditions, other than that Vestige is out, and Orion went poof. I know DS has used a few surges, but gotten a few HP as well, so not sure if that's right or not. Sounds close though. I'm going to hold onto my VP for now, so I'll stay stunned. I already did my "ow the pain" post. So now I believe it's Ronin's turn.

GM POST Looks like that last guard was alive for a reason as he managed to shrug off the Captain's attack. The generator also remained undamaged. "Yes, from the looks of it, you are not to be crossed." retorts one of the scientists snarkily.

RRG relays his position to the Sargent. That's why I'm not part of law enforcement. Perhaps I should have mentioned that the evidence was the creature itself? Hopefully they'll be able to match the goop on the rest of the trees to the compounds used to attack those people. But first thing's first, RRG takes off again and heads back to the roof with the jogger. "Sorry I had to do that. But there was something down there, it wasn't safe. Are you alright?"
