Found another Error. In his Defense Line it says "Defense: +15 (+8 Defense, +7 Dodge Focus), +4 flat-footed" But by points, he's purchased 7 ranks of Defense, and 8 ranks of Dodge Focus. That would bring his Flat-footed Defense down to +3. Lemme know if you want to fanagle points around.

One problem. Going over the numbers, BD has currently spent 210 points, not 209. So making all those changes would put him 1pp over budget.

Date: January 15th, 2011 Atlas had been back in Freedom City for a couple of weeks and things were starting to return to normalcy. He had been out on patrol without ordinary citizens running from him. The fact that he was mind controlled and not responsible for his actions during the Invasion was thankfully starting to take root in people's minds. Coming back from one such patrol, Atlas was surprised to see a message from one of his old contacts, Gossamer, on his voice mail. Apparently, during his absence, many of the egg heads in the area had pooled their resources and constructed a rather large Laboratory, for use on joint study. Now that she had free access to her own facilities, she wanted to make good on a promise she had made a long time ago. The fact that Atlas's origin as a Grue-human hybrid had come to light may have had something to do with it as well. On the agreed upon date, Atlas made his way to The Lab in his human form, and immediately felt quite lost as he stood in the lobby. Science had always amazed him. Even more amazing was the fact that they were able to slap this building up so quickly.

Atlas contemplated for a moment, before shrugging his shoulders. "" he said with a smile. Atlas looked around the buildings for a moment trying to get his bearings. "" explained Atlas pointing out towards the west side of the city. "" he added as an aside. "

Eli had been visiting his parents for most of the day. That's actually something Eli really like about having his powers; he always had the time in his day for family and those he cared about. To be honest, he had really been looking forward to today. Food, presents, family and finally a chance to just slow down and be Eli instead of "Zippy". No super-speed, no magic, no pixies, no weird accents, just pure boring Eli. He had a snowball fight with his cousins in the backyard, and listened to his crazy uncle's stories. He got to listen to his mom brag about how Eli's grades had jumped the past semester and he had pulled down a 4.0 even while taking a bunch of science classes. Through it all, two thoughts kept coming back to his head: he now had a perspective on how lucky he had been and he had a new appreciation for why he put the costume on every day. Until everyone had a Christmas like this, there would always be a reason to be a hero. As the festivities died down, Eli took his leave with the rest of the relatives. One last deep breath of the cold winter air of his hometown and Eli was back in Freedom, running up the steps to the Brownstone. Dashing through the room he snuck up behind Grim, scooping her up in a hug. "Merry Christmas!" he announced quite cheerfully. Setting her back down neatly, he turned his attention to Colt "Hugs all around!" and immediately lunged at Colt. Letting go of them for a second, Eli disappeared again as he dashed about, digging all of the presents from their respective hiding places and throwing them all under the tree, as well as putting all the presents he got from home up in his room, with the exception of the new watch on his wrist and his new santa hat which was jammed on his head. "Merry Christmas! Place looks awesome!

You need to denote what your bonus to hit is with your special attacks. You also need to differentiate your stats (specifically saves) are with and without the armor on.

You've got 11 points in feats, not 10.

Nope. Sustained Duration and Permanent Duration have the same cost. Sustained -> Continuous -> Permanent. Sustained means you need to make a token effort every round to maintain it, you can use Extra Effort with the Power, but the power could turn off if you fail a Concentration check. Continuous: The effect is either on or off, your choice, and the power will stay in that setting until you say otherwise (barring Drains/Nullifies). You retain the ability to use Extra Effort. This duration is an "Extra" applied to a Sustained Power. Permanent: A Continuous power that is stuck in the "on" position. You lose the ability to use Extra Effort with this effect. This is a "Flaw" added to an effect with a Continuous duration. Sustained and Permanent Effects wind up having the same cost because the Extra for making it continuous and the Flaw for making it Permanent cancel one another out.
-
Large Size imposes a -1 penalty to your Attack and Defense scores, so you won't hit caps at Large size. Growth is Sustained duration by default. Insubstantial costs 5pp/rank. Super-Movement costs 2pp/rank, not 1pp/rank.

Your Con bonus is only +2, not +3, so your Fort and Tough saves are off.

You need to alphabatize your skills. You don't need to spend Equipment points on completely mundane cars and/or homes. It's Device 19, probably just a typo.

Hello, glorious feminine subjects. Behold your claimed mate. Now turn your visage again to me. Then again to your male life partner. Then again upon Doom. As expected, your male is not Doom. But if your mate rejected the impure body washes created by the terrorist Reed Richards and switched to locally made Latverian Old Doom body wash, he could begin to bear the musk of Doom. Witness the world beneath you. Raise your eyes again. Where have you been taken? You're high above the earth in a weaponized orbital space platform, with the mangod named Doom that your man could smell of. What do you hold in your paltry palm? Witness Doom again. It is a cosmic cube, bearing two copies of your favorite DVD series and hardbound graphic novels. Behold this vision once more. The paltry gifts are now the very gems of the Infinity Gauntlet, but even their reality shattering power is but a pittance compared to what your man could smell like using Latverian Old Doom. I'm on a gravcycle.

Meeting Caps 101: There are 4 ways in which one can hit caps: Attack, DC modifier, Defense and Toughness. Attack and DC modifier are your Offensive Caps. Defense and Toughness are your Defensive caps. In order to hit caps, each of these pairs must average out to your PL. Attack: Measures how likely you are to hit with a given attack. Buying 1 rank of Attack costs 2pp, and gives a +1 bonus to all attacks made by a character. Due to our house rules, at least 1/3 of your total attack bonus must come from Attack. The Attack Focus feat gives your character a +1 bonus to either all ranged attacks or all melee attacks for the cost of 1pp. Attack Specialization gives your character a +2 to hit with a singular attack or a small grouping of similar attacks for the cost of 1pp. DC modifier: Measures how hard your attacks are to resist. The rank of the effect is equal however many ranks you have purchased with that given power. Defense: Measures how easily your character can avoid attacks all together. Buying 1 rank of Defense costs 2pp and gives your character +1 defense. For every 2 ranks purchased in Defense, you character gets a +1 Defense bonus while flat-footed. Due to our house rules, at least 1/3 of your total defense bonus must come from ranks in Defense. The Dodge Focus feat and/or Shield power costs 1pp and gives your character +1 defense; this bonus is lost however when you are caught flat-footed. Toughness: Measure how hard it is to damage your character. Your character has a base Toughness save equal to their Constitution modifier. The Protection power (whether purchased as a power, in a device or in a piece of equipment) gives your character a +1 bonus on Toughness saves for 1pp. Force Field is essentially Protection, but with a Sustained Duration instead of a Permanent Duration. The Defensive Roll feat gives you a +2 Toughness save for 1pp, but this bonus is lost if your character is caught flat footed.

Quick Edit for Atlas: +2 Enhanced Strength +2 Impervious (total of 12). Also, cleaned up the formatting a touch. Players Name: Geez3r Power Level: 13 (202/202PP) Trade-Offs: -5 Attack / +5 Damage, -5 Defense / +5 Toughness Unspent PP: 0 Diamond Status: 52/90 Characters Name: Atlas Alternate Identity: Samael Nitorvich Height: 3ft. - 6ft. - 10ft Weight: 50 - 200 - 2,500 lbs Hair: Brown Eyes: Brown Age: 37 Description: Samael is a person of average height, and is quite stocky. He is just built solid. He's got that real "working man" look. There's nothing fancy about him, just jeans and a T-Shirt. He keeps his hair cut just a bit longer than a buzz cut. He has a rather prominent jaw line as well. His arms and hands have a few scars from a life of working with his hands. Although not often noticed, his hands are quite a bit bigger than they normally would be for a person of his size. As Atlas, Samael becomes one of the most muscle bound men on the planet. He stands at a towering 10ft tall and tips the scale at over 2,500 pounds. His skin changes color to a deep crimson. He has also been known to change this appearance with cosmetic details, such as making his skin look like stone or metal. He rarely stands at his full height in this form, as he often stoops or kneels to make himself seem less imposing around civilians. History: Samael is of Russian decent. His parents were part of the cultural enrichment program, meaning they were sent away and never seen again. With that sort of up bringing, he learned quickly to keep his head down, work hard, don't say anything and most importantly of all, volunteer for nothing. Although he disliked the regime, he was wise enough to keep his opinions to himself. When the government crumbled, Samael got out of Russia. He spent a few years bouncing around Europe doing odd jobs here and there and eventually scrounged up enough cash to journey to America. While it wasn't everything he had hoped for, it was still a step up from where he had been. Unfortunately, all he had to his name was a single suitcase full worth of clothes and a few bills. So he settled in the Fens district in Freedom City, it being about the only place he could afford. He landed a job working at a local deli. It was boring work, but it paid the bills and kept him fed. But there was one thing that bothered him. From his upbringing, the idea that everyone works together to advance the whole was ingrained in his head. He couldn't tolerate people who would steal or try to cheat the system. These criminals and thugs thought they had it tough; they didn't know the meaning of the word. No matter how bad it was, Samael had never considered turning against the law. If you worked real hard, things would get better. America was the land of opportunity, he just had to help these thugs get back on the straight and narrow. He dedicated himself to protecting his own little section of the street, and for a while, it worked. But then the local gangs decided to teach this guy a lesson. Samael could take on 2 or 3 guys, if he caught them by surprise, but when they caught him by surprise, well... it wasn't pretty. As the life left his body... something reached out to him. He rose from the ground, to face his assailants, now something entirely different. With his new found gifts, Samael is expanding his territory, protecting more and more of the city. Personality & Motivation: Although he looks a bit scary, Samael is a really good guy. He's dutiful, loyal and very determined. He favors the tough love approach. He loathes criminals and those that would cheat the system. He believes that they all have good in them and can succeed if only they had the chance. Samael intends to give them that chance. He's got a bit of a dry sense of humor, and is usually a man of few words. The tough guy exterior quickly melts when he's around animals, especially his cat Sprinkles. Since the Invasion, Atlas has stayed out of the lime light, trying to get a handle on things from his own perspective first. Powers & Tactics: Samael pretty much has the ability to Hulk-out, and vastly increase in strength and durability for a limited time. He'll avoid entering his new form until ths last possible minute because of its limited duration. Once in his new form, he uses his superior strength and size to exploit every advantage he can. Despite his outward appearance, Samael is very rational and clearheaded in his new form, and can shrug off effects that would ordinarily break his morale. He tends to single out the biggest and toughest opponent preferring to leave the speedy ones to his allies who are more apt to handle them. Complications: Prejudice: Russian Immigrant, Lower class, Responsibility: Upholding the law, protecting his stretch of the city, Sprinkles (his cat) The Grue Invasion - It's been revealed that Atlas was a Grue/human hybrid created by the Grue as a bioweapon for the destruction of Earth. He got better. Public relations did not.
