That's not actually unprecedented. The HP rules currently let you spend a HP to alter the situation slightly at the DM's discretion (just got in from work so'd appreciate someone else looking it up ). I would have no problem with spending a VP to divert the heroes a little bit so you can escape.

Ah, the language explains it. And, no, I'm still not allowing Accurate on equipment. A laser sight? So, if you want it to be that, call it Laser Sight. But Accurate gives +2 to attack rolls, Masterwork and Laser Sight give +1. I'll allow the latter two, not the former.

We don't allow powers taken as feats because you can just take them as powers with the training descriptor. i.e. We don't ban them, we don't need to as the feats are redundant.

If someone took the feat, they could have +20 Toughness and +0 defence at PL 10. Toughness saves are the reason we kept limiting the trade-off rules.

Actually, as Nauseate is a Lasting effect, it works until he manages to make the Fortitude save next round, or the round after that, etc etc.
