  1. Really? All it is is Protection with the Continuous extra and Permanent flaw. Nothing in that gives the drawback 'cannot attack'
  2. Damn you and your science. * To see if we've really been turned into women (from XY to XX), or if something else is going on (like we went from XY to XXY or X-). Looking in the nuclei of each of the blood cell samples, it's apparent that the y-chromosomes of each cell have been subtly altered so that each has grown to an x-chromosome containing the usual information this entails. However, the growth is visibly different to the original genetic material, and thus easily distinguished from the newly-formed x chromosomal material. * If we do have new X chromosomes, if they're identical to our existing X chromosomes, if the Y was 'stretched' into a new X, or something else. See above. * Any trace of residual radiation common to all samples which would be from the weapon, which could lead to figuring out how it was done. Low frequency radiation of some form just outside the electromagnetic spectrum appears to emit from the newly-formed material. This radiation seems to pass harmlessly through all tissue except for any cells still containing a y-chromosome, where it seems to be absorbed into the chromosome forcing it to grow the additional x-section. Curiously, in Geckolass's blood, her cells seem to attack the newly-formed material, only for the radiation to immediately trigger a regrowth. A quick scan would indicate this frequency to be emitted from some point to the south, but an exact location could not be gleaned. Any radiation passing outwith the samples seems to slowly dissipate. If anyone else's blood or urine would have distinctive radiation or some other complicating feature, feel free to make up some technobabble.
  3. The tortured screeching of the bike engine became louder and louder, apparent even over the sirens. Steering with his knees, Arrowhawk rose up and aimed a shot at the struggling Knieval's head. "It's up, Knieval! The police are coming, and all three of us are still unharmed!"
  4. Well, he'd probably move more about 150-160 MPH, tops, but that's still in range. I can't recall if I'd take any penalties for firing into a grapple with Precise Shot, but I didn't include one anyway, so subtract if needed. Similarly, he didn't have Sneak Attack when this thread began, so he won't be able to use that.
  5. Geckolass noticed the jiggling and raised an eyebrow in appreciation. So, seems preferences weren't swapped ab... wait, work! "Hmmm... I could easily rig up the interior speakers to the exterior and route a bit more power to them. It'd kill the radar invisibility, but that's probably a good thing. Doc, do you have a microphone in the house anywhere?" She pulled a screwdriver and spanner from her utility belt. "And maybe I could spit up the outputs so we've got background music to sing our taunts along to! The music'd also obscure our more feminine voices too! I am a genius!" She ran off towards the Pitchoo with a skip in her step. "Gadgets and mocking! 'tis a good day today!"
  6. Lucky I'm a biologist, ain't it? I'd say all that would be Life Science rolls.
  7. Mystic, mutant and mundane mafia? Arrowhawk is going to be upset about all this. Man-tears imminent.
  8. Geckolass hadn't been bothered by the needle. In fact, it had been so small a hole that she'd felt the wound start healing just before the needle was pulled out. Could be an issue if one gets left in... hmmm... "From all I hear, Otaku is a pretty weird fish. And by that, I mean he makes me look like a balanced individual. He could be doing all this just for kicks, definitely. That, or it couldbe some sort of 'field test', as you say," she nodded at Hellbroad with the last statement. "Thing is, guy likes super-strong schoolgirl robots, and I think he has a giant robot. The fact he's not shown up is the more worrying part. Supervillains gloat! That's a fact of existence. Supervillain equals gloatiness. I suppose we could try to draw his attention?"
  9. Take it from me if you can! For in my hands, "Look behind you!" is a potent weapon indeed!
  10. I'm actually semi-hoping someone passes their Sense Motive one day. Then I actually get my HP for the complication.
  11. How far would you estimate I am from you guys, and thus how many rounds will I need to get in firing range?
  12. Y'mean I'm not allowed a female villain repellent arrow?
  13. It's heavily implied that Lobo was paid good money to throw the fight.
  14. Ok, you have your first Approval O' Doom.
  15. The problem is that the PL system needs refined. Protection limited to fire breaks PL caps, but outright immunity doesn't. Thus, extremely limited protection will naturally be ignored in favour of immunities, or even partial immunities.
  16. Really? The ability to run up walls was so overpowered in that system? The mind boggles. I really need to at least read Champions. ... do you play in Aberdeenshire?
  17. Arrowhawk ran and leapt across the flames with a practiced ease, landing softly on the other side. OK, I need to get these kids out of here. "Kids! I'm here to help, call if you can hear me!" He paced slowly down the corridor. The ship didn't sound in great shape. It seemed to be moving again in some strange direction. Telekinetics, he decided. Then he heard a cry from a nearby room. They were definitely behind that door. He went to open the door. "Sit tight, I'm here to help!"
  18. That was my attempt to come across as charming rather than annoying. God knows he should be able to with his Charisma.
  19. Geckoman stepped forwards after High Note had finished, grasping the man's hand firmly. "Yeah, we just want to help out in the community. I'm Geckoman, may I inquire as to your name? After all, if I'm to help you with what seems to be troubling your good self, calling you sir repetitively could get a little awkward." He flashed the man a winning smile. Should I have shaken his hand? I mean, I don't know why he needs young teens for his scheme! Eeeeeeew!
  20. People, we can'tr press on if you're doing nothing. :P
  21. "Can't you do both? I mean, look at the Atom family. Doctor Atom used to do superheroics in between all his scientific research. It'd be a lot more fun too! Get bored of fiddling with test tubes, you go confront a galactic conqueror and kick his ass."
  22. Sorry, I plain forgot about this thread. Am I mistaken, or am I up?
  23. Sorry, still got exam preparations going on. The build is acceptable now. Right, background. I'd like more of her plan explained. How does she plan to undermine Earth Prime? Is she willing to bring other villains to her cause?
  24. I'm getting the map coming up, don't know why you aren't.
