Geckoman coughed and spluttered as Jack's fist ploughed into his stomach, driving him back a few steps, and causing his system to begin retching... retching up chunks of pollen that had begin crawling through his system. Wheezing as he brought himself up from being bent double, he managed to casually roll under the metal that Ferros had tried to use to restrain his mind controlled self. "Well," he said quietly, teeth bared. "Well, well, well." And he looked straight up, and winked at Miss Americana. "Anyway," he continued in a pained-sounding voice. "For all your so-called power, turning us against each other, destroying our city... we're not down, Willow. Come on, finish it off. Hit me! What's the matter, this weed not pruning as easily as you'd have liked!" He let out a harsh, gasping breath, praying Miss Americana would figure out he was trying to distract the plant lady so she could get a clean shot off. "I said, bring it!" This is going to hurt... Oh, yes, it's going to huuuurt

Unfortunately, it's a lasting effect and the first interval is a minute... So he'll use Extra Effort to get a second save against the effect. DC 25 save to break free of Mind Control, including a +1 bonus to roll for second attempt. (1d20+8=14) Alright, sod it, another Hero Point... Re-rolling that... and down to 1HP (1d20+8=18) with a +10 for rolling under 11, he's free! DC20 Reflex save to avoid being Snared (1d20+10=29) Entirely free. Standard Action: Feint against the Cosmic Willow! Auto-32 Bluff DC. And use Set-Up to pass it off to Miss A.

Arrowhawk let out a sad smirk at the Doktor falling from his seat, but his face almost immediately became grave once again. "I'm not here in my capacity as one of the former Knights, Doktor," he growled. With surprising speed for a man of his size, age, and disability, he'd crossed the room and hurled the table up and behind him, rolling a couple of times before thudding with the opposite wall. "I want answers. Finally. After so damn long. After months chasing shadows in Europe." He crouched down until he was near nose-to-nose with the fallen hero. "Vivian Krieger. What happened to her? What. Did. You. Do?"

Gecks can auto-DC 32 with his Bluff, so he's not flat-footed. But... Toughness save against Jack of all Blade's mighty fist (1d20+9=13) He fails by 10, and is also staggered and dazed! I'll let it ride for now, since he can just spend a HP to recover later on, and it sort of achieves Jack's aims in beating up helpless teenagers.

Arrowhawk let out a short, harsh laugh at the chaos, admiring how the girl had managed to synthesise a pepper spray compound effective over such a large area. "Alright," he growled, amusement still evident in his voice. He cast his cloak open wide, so that any who could somehow see through the thick, cloying smoke and painful burn of pepper spray could see a huge bird shape illuminated in the air, a bleak black silhouette. "Drop your weapons, and get down on the ground, and this will go much easier for you all. Don't? And we'll keep shooting."

Attempt to intimidate everyone into buggering off... "Back down, ya louts!" Intimidate check. (1d20+16=24)

Equinox gritted her teeth and held her shield firm, just barely, as the massive influx of magical energy Phantom swamped the room with began interfering with the complex amount of bindings she had to perform to create the artillery-proof barrier. "Aspidas," she managed to force out. She leapt up off the floor, coming down in a crouch close-by to the only unhindered Grue mage, and pivoted on one foot. "Ego sum a telum of a senior quod era , sto down vel fio ut!" She swept her flaming sword in a wide, sweeping arc, carving a thin grazing line across the alien's chest as it moved away from the clumsy strike.

Right, Grue Arcane 2 isn't Bound, so we may need to rectify that situation... Move Action: Concentration check to maintain Impervious as a move action, DC 21... Concentration check. (1d20+16=21) Eeep, that's cutting it fine. Just sustains it, and... Free Action: Switch array slots to the magic sword of doom. Standard Action: Charge attack the Grue Arcane... Grue Arcane 2, hit with magic sword which is Power Attacking for 2... rolls are to hit, and then the Nullify check, the Damage DC is 27. (1d20+10=11, 1d20+13=18) Well, crud, that's an awful roll. It also should be 13, not 11, because I forgot to include the +2 from charging. *facepalm*

Geckoman frantically ducked and weaved to avoid his opponent's attacks, pivoting on one foot suddenly to regain a new fighting position, bobbing forward to try and deal a scything uppercut... but the pollen held him back, infiltrating his pores and his mind. Dammitdammitdammitdammitgetoutgetoutgetoutgetout. He clawed at his head, even as he found himself darting up the vines towards Jack and Jill, fist drawing itself back as he rushed towards them in a mad blur. Ohdamnohdamnohdamn GET OUT OF MY HEAD But it was to no avail, as he swept his hand at a high speed toward's Jill's face, in a near-perfectly executed uppercut.

That evening, just after the sun began to set and dusk loomed over the bay, the lights went out in the wing of the hospital which the Doktor was housed in. After only 56 seconds, the back-up generator had kicked in. Unfortunately, that was too late to do anything about the unauthorised entry. In the hallway, there came the sound of rushing wind, and billowing fabric for a very brief moment, and the sound of a trolley rattling along in the opposite direction. And when the lights came up, a tall man in black stood in the corner of the room, cape spread wide, entire body armoured with thick plates which were covered in a fine dusting of mud and sand. The man's cape had its hood pushed back at, leaving an aged face to glare freely at the Doktor, grey eyes visible through the pale red lenses of his domino mask, which he hadn't bothered to remove. "Viktor. Let's talk."

Personally, what I'd go for is that yes, the Tuatha are fae deities, who live in one of the fae dimensions (I don't see why there has to be only one fae dimension, there's multiple underworlds and so such, and really, claiming Avalon, from British mythology, houses Irish myth... well, given the historical relationship between Ireland and Britain, I'm not going to be the guy advocating that sort of outright insensitively offensive idea). As for the magic/divine dichotomy... yes and no. Their average powers are probably divine, but their obviously magical aspects are magic too. So, obviously, the Morrigan has magic powers as well as divine ones, but Nuada probably hasn't got magic of which to speak, as he was a king and warrior, not a sorceror. Also, dear god, DO NOT PUT THE TUATHA IN AVALON. That's putting Irish mythology as a facet of British mythology, and historically Britain has screwed over the Irish a lot. As Aoiroo points out, we have lots of alternate dimensions. Also, massively important thing, burn every urban fantasy book you have. The Tuatha don't have Seelie/Unseelie, Scots fae myth has Seelie/Unseelie. All myths are true in our game, but not all myths are the same thing. I really wouldn't advise portraying the Tuthas in-game as modern urban fantasy fae, as that... sort of defeats the entire point of incorporating Irish mythology.

Can I just have him show up at the door to the Dok's room without him having any explained method of entry?

Arrowhawk casually took the hail of bullets towards him, ducking under most of them with a simple drop and sweep maneuver with his long cape. Two hit him in the chest plate, and embedded themselves there without even causing him breath. A third took him in his bad leg, causing a bit of pain as it thudded into a joint in his armour, but not slowing him enough that he couldn't twist his torso to let a fourth shot slide along his belly harmlessly. And them he returned fire, aiming, drawing an arrow and sending it into flight even as he was mentally calculating his second shot, arrows flying with pinpoint accuracy mere milliseconds after the one before them had been fired as Arrowhawk dispassionately gazed into the smoke, picking out stomachs and legs and necks with a trained eye.

Four consecutive Toughness saves vs DC 19 (1d20+10=19, 1d20+10=14, 1d20+10=26, 1d20+10=21) Meh. Wimps. One Bruise. Sod it, I'll burn one of my three HP on getting rid of the Daze. Then he will use his Targetted Area to cover a 35' line which takes in the most targets. Unfortunately, it is a full round distracting action, so sucks to be him? DC27 Blast with Power Attack, 35' Shapeable Targetted Area. (1d20+12=20)

Arrowhawk stood atop the van, seemingly unaffected by the motion of the vehicle, legs set firmly and his centre of balance expertly held. He let his cloak billow behind him as they approached the group, a fierce snarl on his features, making sure the group were aware of just who was before them, and what he was about to do. "Evening, mates," he growled, nocking an arrow and firing at the biggest, ugliest goon he could find, his practiced, lazy shot hitting the brute square on in the chest with a sickening thud.

Move Action: Fast Startle at -5 for speed, but with Skill Mastery, he still hits 25 vs one of the thugs. Standard Action Then he will Power Attack for 5, which results in; DC27 blunt arrow Blast on a thug (1d20+12=19) Eeeeeh.

As soon as the gunshot rung out, Arrowhawk's entire body had tensed and spun, an arrow notched and ready to fly, it all happening so fast that barely any sound was made but for his cape whipping around him. He stood perfectly still for a moment, not breathing, not moving even an inch, his aim steady and sure. Then he relaxed slightly and nodded to Catalyst. "Alright, bring us in fast. Don't head straight in to the firefight, come in at an angle to minimise lines of fire." And with that, he was sliding his arrow back into his quiver with one hand, tossing his bow atop the van with the other, and running towards the right hand door. As soon as he'd grabbed the goggles and mask, he was sliding up atop the van, rearming himself with his bow while sliding on the mask and goggles. "Go," he growled.
