Hellion: have an HP for my putting an Accident complication on y'all. Everybody else, this is your standard Drain Constitution 11 (Extra: Burst Area) (Flaw: Touch Range) (22 pp) that Hiroshima Shadow popped before disappearing. DC 21 Reflex save, followed by a DC 21 Fort save. Shouldn't be too tough, given the average PL around here, but I wanted HS to be able to do something after getting whipped so thoroughly by you guys. Mark passes. We're technically out of initiative (which is why HS got to act), so go ahead and react once you roll your saves. You are still Inspired for these checks (don't forget to add the +5 bonus!). This is not technically how Inspire works, but if anyone wants to roll without that +5, go ahead.

James' blade actually bounced off the tough hide of the Centuritron, earning him a stern look from the robotic version of the Man of Adamant. "Later. For. You." The battered model informed Hellion, even as suddenly three of his duplicates rushed into the room! There were now four Centuritrons to deal with, one having been taken out already. One struck Wander a devastating blow across the midsection, nearly knocking her off her feet as she felt ribs bruise underneath the steel-shattering power of the metallic version of Earth's greatest hero. Another threw a mighty blow at Phalanx, just missing the Boy of Bronze, while a third closed in on Rift. Luckily, Phalanx, a mighty hero, threw himself in front of the punch, taking a powerful punch to the face as he protected his friend. It looked like everything had succeeded for the young heroes: they'd staved off the Centuritrons, and now could go down and face the Crime League with no further worries. Except...where was Hiroshima Shadow! A sharp curse caught all their attention, and they whirled to see the radioactive menace clutching his side, where green, glowing fluid leaked from his wound to spatter on the floor. "FOoLS! SOoN I'LL REtURN ANd BUrN YOu ALl!" And with that, a searing eruption of light burst from the shadow of destruction, a blast of ionizing radiation that washed out across the room, even as the menace himself disappeared from view!

The 3 remaining Centuritrons attack Wander, Phalanx, and Rift. (aka; the two that attacked them successfully and the one standing next to the control panel) Cent 3: hits Wander: Crit! DC 36 Tou save Cent 4: hits Phalanx: DC 31 Tou save Cent 5: hits Rift: DC 31 Tou save Mark will spend (not give) an HP for Rift so he can reroll his Tou save if necessary, since him staying conscious is vital and he's squishier than Erin or Mike. OK, make those rolls, please. Don't forget your Inspire bonuses. I'm omitting Knockback for the moment, because the Centuritrons are programmed not to do anything to damage the Sanctum.

Hiroshima Shadow passes the Drain But is thoroughly pwned via the stabbing Centuritron 2 passes the Drain And is unhurt by the stabbing OK, Hiroshima Shadow is out. (For the moment!)

"Most of the interlopers are probably at what used to be Freedom Hall, guarded by the Next-Gen. Well, what used to be the Next-Gen." Jack grinned, and it wasn't a pleasant look. "Like I said, the kids...the kids didn't take it at all well." Despite his attempt at bravado, he shifted uncomfortably, not quite able to meet everyone's eyes as he finished that sentence. "Look, I wasn't there for that, I told you. I didn't do anything with any of the kids. I'm not like that." When Phantom spoke, he shot her a hard look and said suddenly, his eyes wide, "Taylor?"

Okay, he is bruised and stunned. Hellion is up.

Hiroshima Shadow flew out of the floor nearby the teens and was promptly under attack! Flinching backwards from Trevor's illusory phantasm, he was caught unprepared for Psyche's mental assault, and a terrible shriek came from his green glowing body as he was buffeted by the blast of psychic energy into his radioactive brain.

Avenger blinked, taken aback by the sheer depth of Lynn's disgust. Though he was glad to see the back of her, he knew he wouldn't get the chance to do this again, so he seized his chance before they left. Pulling off his mask, Jack declared simply, "Yeah, like that time we ground up Christian babies to make our matzoh bread for Passover? Or that time we stole children out of their cribs and put monsters in their place! Wait, that was what people said about your people, wasn't it! Go, run home, Lynn, and cry into the arms of all the nice, safe, normal, white boys you know. I'm sure your grandfather would be very proud that his family are the same kind of people who'd slam a door in his face for the yarmulke on his head. Let's go, honey," he said, turning to Phantom and showing his back to Grimalkin and Colt. "I'm done with these people. Wesley, I'll talk to you later."

OK, that's a DC 41! Ouch, a good roll on the robot's part! 34 Luckily, Mike's good buddy Mark is there, and Mark spends HP like candy! Aaand a 34 again Mark is now at 3 HP. Centuri-bot 2 is injured and stunned. Hiroshima Shadow is up.

Hokee, Phalanx is up.
-
Have some plot info! You'll be able to issue commands as a move action on your turn. Midnight 2 is up.

The Sanctum's computers opened for Rift like a flower for a bee. For all they'd been built decades earlier, the advanced super-science in their construction meant the green-matrix display he looked at was still decades in advance of any commercial computer outside this place. It seemed someone very recently had opened up what were otherwise advanced security systems, leaving everything available for Warren's inspection. He found the Centuritron control program easily enough, overcoming someone else's counter-programming like a knife cutting through butter. But he found more than that, much more. Security videos showed him what Psyche had seen earlier; Dr. Stratos and Medea breaking into a sealed bulkhead, but the computers told him what lay behind the locked, concealed door they were prying open. It was called the Zero Room, and inside was a gateway to the Zero Zone, a dimension beyond any he'd ever heard of before.
-
Given that they have no Sense Motive at all, I'm not even gonna try on that one. Centuritron 2 is as Taunted and Set-Up as all heck. Psyche is up.
-
Geckoman is up.
-
A palpable hit! The robot is injured, stunned, disabled, and staggered. And again! OK, the Centuritron robot Erin was attacking is out.
-
"Wesley." said Avenger sternly. "Killing a pig is not murder. He shapeshifted a pig, I took off its head, and he disintegrated the remains. Wasn't as tawdry or horrible as whatever you're picturing. Was done to save you from a very nasty vampire. Some people would be grateful. Can understand why not after this."
-
Mark Inspires everybody but Hellion, since he only has +6 Charisma. Hellion he gives an HP to via Luck Control. He's currently down 3 HP, leaving him with only 4. Wander is up.
-
"C'mon, people!" Mark called, his determination ringing out to everyone despite the bizarre situation. "I know this seems weird, but this isn't the real Centurion! We'll stop these robots, stop whoever's doing this, and we'll keep the Sanctum safe! We can do it! We're Young Freedom!" Nervous about doing any real damage to the Sanctum, he opted not to blast the robots, instead choosing to wait till they showed their real intentions. "Let's do this for the Centurion!"

"It seemed to be a physical rather than spiritual corruption," the angel mused. "My memories and priorities remained the same, but simply acquired an apiary cast rather than a holy one." He smiled thinly. "I will be more sympathetic to those whose spiritual reserves fail them in a crisis. Come, Viktor, let us work together to save these people, all these people, from destruction." As Dr. Archeville talked, Freedom Angel flew down to speak to one of the battered bees, communicating clearly in a language no earthly tongue should be able to pronounce.

Edge stared down into the building, an unaccountably serious look on his handsome face. "Someone's down there," he murmured to Ace. "Someone..." He licked his lips, swallowing hard. "They've got a djinn, Mr. Danger. There aren't even supposed to be any of those on this plane, not after the doors to the City of Brass closed in 1945. I think we should get some extra magical help for this one." He remembered the terrible discoveries he'd made about his family, and winced inside.

Mark gets a 24 on his Notice check

"We're not all going to die. I still can't believe that we're not all going to die!" Avenger looked really quite pleased by this bit of news. "I was sure at least one of us would be killed by our enemies in the future," he confessed. "But if you're here, and so cheerful...well, this is wonderful!" He clapped his son on the arm, then said out loud, "But what are we going to do with you now that you're here?"
-
Avenger fought first the instinctive urge to flee or attack the predators all around him, then the very human urge to facepalm. "Look. Sorry you didn't appreciate the head, Grimalkin. Thought if anyone you'd see the humor in it. And that Wesley had ever bothered to tell you." He added, giving Wesley a black look, his voice growling at the words. "Not real if that's what you're worried about. Made out of pork. Did not know you were Jewish at the time."

Hiroshima Shadow goes on 15 Mark spends an HP (dropping him down to 6 from Luck) to Seize the Initiative, so he'll go first. The Centuritrons will go on 10 I'll say there's no surprise round for this one, since the robots are giving you guys plenty of warning. Psyche, have an HP for the Fiat of Medea picking up what you were doing. Initiative checks, please.
