So all his powers are part of the alternate form right? The best way to get that ranged attack is to make it an alternate power. Usually for brick type builds that want an alt power you have the AP be based off enhanced strength as you don't need the strength when blasting. I think your best option would be to base it off your super strength since your enhanced strength is all from density. That gives you 10pp to play with for a ranged attack which isn't much for a blast effect. You could drop the density down a few ranks and buy more of the enhancements there as individual powers to give you a higher point power to alt power off of.

I'd say that's pretty much fine but drop the incurable unarmed damage, the magic immunity, and magic awareness. Also how is it ready action going to be triggered with the obscure effect Doc has going? It can't see anyone enter the room from what I see.

It'd be disable device checks basically along the lines of disarming a bomb. a Knowledge tech check as a move action would tell you what kind of effects it would likely have (As you have to do a little physical poking to see whats plugged into what.)

His gadget has been interfaced with the Device. Its a move action to just rip it out or an extended action to remove it carefully.

Mike nodded easily, "Pleasures mine." he replies with a smile and a firm shake. "Alex is probably at work again." he said with a shrug, "Marks around somewhere I'm sure." he said with a shrug. He answered her question with an easy nod, "Yea sure I'm not doing anything for awhile." and with that headed toward the admin building with the Erin and John.

Mike smiled as he replied, "Of course." and carefully takes the ring between his fingers and slowly slides it onto the finger. His smile flashes with just a hint of nervousness, "So is that a yes?" he asks his voice betraying his fear that even at this point she might still say no. He looks to her questioningly as he waits for her answer.

Mike smiled wide as he wrapped his long arms around her in a deep hug. He ran his hands up and down her back gently and calmly, waiting for her to calm down form the initial shock though he was immensely pleased with himself for managing to truly surprise her. He leaned back against the tree and box still clutched in hand as he murmured small shushing noises to her. He slowly grew more nervous that it was too soon and soon was trying to calm himself as well as he fabricated worries of his own.

Mike pulled back ever so slightly looking up into her eyes with an eager smile as he pulled a small velvet box from his pocket bringing it up between them as he swallowed nervously and tried to find his voice, "Alex," he finally spoke as he flipped the box open with a practiced slip of his thumb, "Will you marry me?" he asked as the large diamond seated in a clustered rainbow of smaller precious stones glinted in the dappled sunlight the small golden band barely lending its rich luster to the setting. Mike kept his eyes however on Alex a nervous smile playing across his lips.

There was a scorching gout of flame as the Doctors devastating blows and expert manipulation of the suits systems led to catastrophic failure as HAVOK crashed to the roof sparks and smoke spouting from the ruined armor. Moments later Phalanx swooped out of the sky to artfully deposit his passengers on the rooftop. As soon as they had a clear shot however the concealed bots revealed themselves with a withering barrage of laser fire, but the blasts lacked the power to bring him any harm as he stood stalwart before the assault. It seemed the battle was won almost before it started but the dim shapes of additional HAVOK bots appeared streaking towards the roof top as a high pitched whine suddenly screeched from the device and on roof tops all around the heroes could make out citizens march almost mechanically to the edge of the buildings lingering there as if waiting for some command. A small speaker concealed within the case sparked to life, "Fools, you can't stop me, you can't outwit me, every step of the way I have been one step ahead of you." taunted HAVOKs voice which must have been from a prerecorded message, "I'm long gone by now but if you attempt again to pursue me they will all jump." before fading into maniacal laughter.

Ok bots re ready their action to fire at the first hero to show up. Phalanx et al arrive they unload on phalanx but they can't beat his impervious (now they know to power attack) but are now visible. Everyone gets an HP for the setback of the Device doing its thing to create quite the distraction.

"I had them pack a picnic lunch." he said with a gesture to the farmhouse, "And brought a few of your favorites from home." he explained as he flipped back the cloth covering the food. Mike planted a quick kiss on her cheek and added in a whisper, "I just wanted everything to be as perfect as I could make it for what comes next for us." as he nuzzled her neck lightly.

Phalanx threw an arm reflexively in front of Psyche as the atomic horror exploded in sickly green light though with the radiation spread everywhere there was little he could do to guard her. The invulnerable youth was unaffected by the assault but winced as he saw his teammates who did not fair so well. "Everyone alright?" he asked as he stood warily. At Psyches suggestion he looked around for some hint of the fastest way to the villains, "Which way?"
