To clarify Kanly. You are right as far as the RAW goes. It was misinterpreted a long time ago and we decided to stick with our way of doing it rather than have to update every character on the board to fix it, so its been house ruled as Raveled said.

Mike will Extra effort to gain the groundstrike PF on his Super Strength, which he'll switch the array too as well. He'll use said feat for a 65' radius Trip 13 Burst Area effect. DC 23 Reflex Trip check (1d20+13=31) So if you make the save its a strength, or Dex check(Your choice) VS a 25 if you fail the save its VS. a 31

Mike looked up at the screen with growing horror, his mind trying to desperately parse what he was seeing. He flushed both with anger that someone would do this and embarrassment, hands clenching into fists. He didn't really think about any of it riding a wave of conflicting emotions from the recesses of his mind where Zoe's psychic signature had wedged itself upon her arrival as 'His little girl'. With an outraged roar he brought his fists down on the floor in a brutal double ax handle chop. The jacket of his already too tight Tux splitting seams along his back and shoulders to hang loosely, the impact splintering the wood and sending fissures spidering out in the wake of a buffeting shockwave as the whole floor shook under the force of his blow sending all but the strongest and most agile students to the ground and toppling the projector with a crash. Face flushed, and still crouched he glared around the room in a red haze looking for something or someone to vent his anger upon. His heaving breath radiating almost palpable wrath at this stunt.

Phalanx came out of the elevator and spun to the right arms spread wide. He slammed his hands together with titanic force sending a visible shock wave rolling down the hallway. The lights shattered one by one as he raced forward sending cascades of sparks as the force of the pressure wave battered barriers and robot alike.

Move: Step out of the elevator to get LOS on the group down the right hall. Standard: Use shockwave Super-Strength PF 130 foot cone DC23 reflex, DC 28 Toughness in failed, DC 21 Toughness if successful. If stepping out of the elevator doesn't use up my move action I'll fly down the hall to where JoAB is.

Mike beamed as his friends names were read off though eh was as surprised as anyone with the names. He joined int he applause and smiled down to Alex, "I thought we could only vote for Juniors." He said with a shrug discarding the thought just to be happy for his friends victory. He glaced around and gave a small jerk of his head for Zoe to get moving, 'Come on its your big shot.' he said in her thoughts.

Mike danced Alex out of the way as the crowd started to make room for Eddie and Zoe, he gave a small shrug and shake of his head. Without a doubt Eddie was good, they all knew that, and Mike like most had become accustomed to his showboating style in pretty much all he did. 'That's Eddie for you always the showman.' he thought to Alex his message tinged with good natured sarcasm. 'Zoe's pretty good too, I'm betting she gets it from you.' he teased as Alex especially when young had been a complete klutz.

Mike nodded to her with a wide smile as they slowly drifted around the dance floor, 'I know what you mean. Its good to see everyone just relaxing and getting to be themselves.' he replied silently, 'None of us get to do that enough these days.' He added with a vaguely teasing impression about her own rather impacted schedule of late. Not that he was much better of course, 'I'm really glad we have this.' he thought as he leaned down to press a fairly chaste kiss to her lips, at least by their classmates standards if not his own. 'I can't help but think this is all of our last chance for that.'

Finished with the round of greetings Mike made his excuses as he went to follow Alex stopping as she began to speak. Mike smiled up to Alex as she gave her speech and as it drew to a close made his way to the stage to gently close his hands around her waist and lower her to the ground. He took her hand with in his own and with a grin, "This really is great Alex." he said warmly. He offered a small bow, "May I have this dance?"

Phalanxs eyes went wide as Edge lit up like some kind of laser light show gone horrible wrong. He took a step towards him as Zephyrs scream sliced into his mind, with Wander and Hellion there to take care of Edge he sped after the panicking speedster pushing himself as hard as he could to overtake her. A huge plume of water marking his passage Phalanx surged after them. As he closed the gap he put on one final burst of speed and enveloped the pair in his arms tucking them close as he sent soothing thoughts over their link, 'It's ok Zoe, you can stop, I'm here, don't worry.' came his sure and steady thoughts, 'Are you ok?' He asked both of them.

Move: Fly after Zephyr and Psyche, I have 100,000feet as a move action IIRC at flight 13 (100,000mph) Free: Switch Paragon Array to SS 10 (11 total) Standard: All out attack 5 to initiate a grapple Defense drops to +3 (DC 13) Attack goes to +15 Attack to initiate grapple (1d20+15=32) That'll do. Grapple is +42 On a one Zephyr can't beet that with a 20 So I'll assume I win the grapple, I'll choose pin as well.

Mike followed Alex up to the new arrivals with a smile looking only mildly uncomfortable in the monkey suit he had squeezed into for the occasion. "Glad you made it." he said to Erin and Trevor, "Quite the set of wheels man." he added as he offered Trevor his hand. The several thousand feet to the lobby was like a few dozen to the average persons sight. He glanced around with a wide smile, "Looks like the gangs all here."

Phalanx nodded face creased with concern, "So he had all he needs then." he intoned direly. He looked to Archeville, "How long would it take him to assemble this device?" he asked knowing already it would be all too soon. The chances of them catching him before he tried to put his plan in motion seemed slim to none. "We need to know where he'll try to transmit from."

S.H.A.D.O.W. Over Freedom in Wading way is the thread he's referencing. Ace, Edge and JoAB uncover a SHADOW plot to raise an army of super hitler clones in a secret lair in freedom. They are about to head in and stop the plot. The Head of security is going to be a Baroness Expy fencer basically there are other ranking SHADOW agents as well there but none from the books. They are part of a faction of SHADOW that has strong loyalties to the reich still. Also JoAB scored himself an Evil Hand for the thread ;)

"Yes it is." the false Avenger agreed with mild frustration. He considered the implications of allowing the man to follow or perhaps earning his trust sufficiently to discover what he needed to know. He nodded his assent to the Jack of All Blades assertion, "The first matter will be finding someone knowledgeable in the mystic arts who may know the information I need. Is the West End home to any such groups that you know of?" he asked knowing in his time the Yellow Kings had moved in but uncertain of the cities demographics whenever this was.

With what he got here all he would need is a large antenna such as the one you mentioned. They only really have short term memory basically so all you have is the fight. The one you are looking at was supposed to tie up security while another unit retrieved the materials. None of the ones assigned to collect the Items were taken out. It also had orders that as of the retreat it wa supposed to self destruct but it seems it was stopped before it could.

'Always with the calling Avenger this is worse then at home.' Jack Jr. silently complained, "I really would rather you not bother him." the masked man replied beleaguredly, "I'm really not certain what the repercussions might be." He added almost absentmindedly. If the man had no training chances were good he wouldn't be able to track his teleport but if he could really call in the real Avenger, Phantom would come as well and she certainly could. That limited his options more than he preferred. "I do appreciate your concern but in truth such a call could have dire repercussions for this realm." he explained hauntingly, "It is best if we just go our separate ways."

He looked out over the rooftops for a few moments then back to Jack of All Blades, "If there aren't any other near here I'll have to look elsewhere I suppose." he finally said with a shrug, "This was really just a shot in the dark." He paused studying the man for a moment longer, "You are trained in the arts?" he eventually inquires.

That'll do. Robots are not controlled by true AI but they do have exceedingly advanced control programs with many pre generated tactical outlays. These are all run by some kind of communal processor allowing them function in a highly organized manner despite not having any real ability to socialize on their own. Their components are actually fairly common. They're armored with heavy duty composites common to these kinds of applications. Their power source is high capacity batteries rather than an internal source. The robotics are fairly standard as well. What you do note most out of the ordinary is that there are components that are far more advanced than the basic chassis. The weapon systems and holo projectors are highly advanced though you've heard of or seen similar designs in prototypes. These components are integrated into the chassis whole suggesting that the builder has only basic understanding of the actual science behind their functioning. The parts list is a little trickier with the info you have at this time. The Gasses are psychoactives that have very fast onsets, In tandem with some tailoring they could be used to place a victim in a highly suggestive state. The Antenna array and control modulator is designed to hijack multiple media formats with a single signal. It was being developed as a emergency broadcast system it would seize control of any TV, Radio, Cell Phone, many Laptops and desktops, and any other device with a wireless receiver and speakers basically. If used together they could create a potent mind control mechanism. The Device from star Island could be used to as a delivery mechanism but the person behind this would need to develop or steal some means of rapidly putting the gas into a high volume aerosol suspension and access to a large transmitting antenna to amp up the signal.

Ace nodded to his companions in agreement, "Yes where S.H.A.D.O.W. is concerned it is generally better to strike quickly before they can fade back into the wood work it won't take them long to discover we thwarted their plans here." he said and led the way out of the museum. Awaiting them on the curb was a silver sports car with vanity plates reading 'DANGER'. Ace hopped behind the wheel and after a fast if harrowing journey at breakneck speeds through the city the trio arrived in Westside not far from the suspected lair of their foes. A quick search revealed an oddly reinforced door on the side of a holding shack off to one side of the property with two not so subtle goons watching over it. "We'll have to take them down without raising the alarm." Ace explained as he tried to formulate a plan.
