You can stick the array in an Alt form and adjust the alt from cost action down to a full round. Each step is a 1 pt drawback in this case unlike most powers where its a flaw. If you require an object or to perform some kind of act it could be the normal identity drawback. But then the array and associated powers that you gain while its active have to be at least 1/2 your pp total. There's also a "can't change back" drawback that could be applied I believe but I think it needs to be on the order of minutes or longer to count for points so probably just taking it as a complication that it takes a full round to change back.

Do you mean to negate the stun? Or do you mean useing an HP to take a strenuous action without slipping to dying? You can take a full round action (which would take 2 rounds as you are staggered) to get a recovery check VS. the disabled by spending an HP as well if thats what you are trying to do. I'm pretty sure that trying to heal up isn't counted as strenuous action. And Yea from the stats I've seen they look to be PL 14s and have been making all out attacks and power attacks. Given that there are 3 (4 if you count the bat swarm that have yet to ruin anyones day) and like 6 heroes mostly between PL12 and 14 PL 14, PL 14 isn't that beyond the pale to make it a challenging fight.

Losing to Ace Danger isn't a "serious failure" its the status quo Yea that could explain it I was mostly clarifying that HP didn't regen mid thread in general.

Not that I think it particularly matters in this situation but wasn't Colt out of HP at the end of our bout?

Ace would definitely be Blue Lantern Corps (assuming he could break free/be broken free from the Black Lanterns). His thing at this point really is about hope. Not sure how he would use the rings but, Being not so hot with the comics knowledge leaves me at a disadvantage in this, but from the wiki article he would fall more into his support role with healing and boosting added to his inspiring and leadership style abilities and possibly use it for some illusory trickery. Phalanx would be Green as certainly thus far his arc has been about overcoming his fears. As for how he'd use it I'm less certain. He'd probably try and bind and imprison his enemies with it rather than having to beat them senseless, and would use it to protect civilians where he could.

Background: Well done sounds like an interesting character. One thing is I'd like a description of what his Base telekinetics 15 power looks like. Since its not subtle it has an obvious effect when in use. Stats: good Combat: Good Saves: Toughness should be +12 by my count Skills: Good Powers: Good. Though as mentioned above as the base telekinesis 15 isn't subtle what it looks like should to be described. Drawbacks: What has left him vulnerable to magic? Just part of his genetic mutation?

Alright I missed the edit where Moira finally got a will save not so bad a match up then. Charisma: If its part of being non-human it should be mentioned either in her history or her powers and tactics section that the Walorans have significantly higher than average force of personality/charisma and that she is exceptional even by that high standard. One more thing I noticed. Why is emotion control sense dependent (olfactory) and mind-control isn't if they are both based on the psychic pheromones?
