Alright at Geez3r's repeated request I'm taking a look at this. No hard feelings Doc Descriptors for the devices/gadgets? magic/tech/something else? Numbers all add up and I don't see anything glaringly wrong with the background fluff. Very campy but I like that :D

QuoteMyName (Platinum) - Lukos - PL11 NPC (Tier 2)

Just looked at the fluff so far. Overall not bad. I'd like to see something about where he stands int he pack I get the impression that he's not an Alpha but is he close? really low on the totem pole? Secondly, what is the pack like? Are they generally good people? Do they attack people who stumble upon their full moon revels? Third and really most importantly, What makes him a Hero? Right now he seems like he's just kinda floating along in a rather meaningless existence following the whims of higher ups in the pack. -
"mmm Hmmm" Mike murmured as her explanation petered off. He wasn't all that interested in what others had done or were doing at the moment. They stayed like that for longer than he had intended, and the sun had dipped towards the horizon as he slowly pulled away. "So much for it not being 'Torrid make-out session' day." He said with a smile and a quick if not chaste kiss, "But we should head out if we're gonna manage to make it to dinner." he joked quietly.

Indeed but I figured I'd toss that out while I was preparing the next phase ;)

Ok so what is phantom using to try and find her fellows? And is Avenger just staying put as well or is he taking a more active approach?

Ace good naturally accepted the congratulations as he made his way from the ring. Taking his seat on the other side of Fulcrum he relaxed into a casual slouch to observe the next bout. He'd seen Grim in action on a few occasions but this would be his first live viewing of Jack. He laughed out loud and cheered at the pairs theatrics as the bout began leaning towards the others to speak over the cheering crowd, "So how are Atlas and yourself going to up the ante?" he inquired of Fulcrum with a dazzling smile.
-
Mike laughed out loud at that. "No I didn't fill him in on that little tidbit." He replied with a smile as he slung an arm over her shoulder pulling her close once more. There was something that just felt right having her as close as possible. "He clearly wanted to talk about it as much as I did. My mom probably made him." He explained rolling his eyes, "It was lots of hemming and hawing and talking around the issue of ... well you know." he said with a blush. He chuckled quietly and with only a little discomfort as he continued, "lots or 'Boys your age ...' and 'Be smart and safe' blessedly light on detail." As he spoke he absentmindedly trailed his fingers along the fabric of her blouse over her ribs. "Parents are weird, I mean I know they're just looking out for us but its like they think we don't have any sense." he said with a shrug and moved his head down to lightly nuzzle her neck not really wanting to continue talking about his parent awkward assumptions of their behavior.

Ace glanced up and gently guided Harry along as they talked so as to be well clear of the crush of bachelors, and any chance of ending up with the garter, but still maintained a good view of the proceedings. "What say we leave these antics to the young bucks who don't know any better eh?" he quietly joked with his old friend.

Total defense does not count towards caps. and yes you can buy the impervious extra on your toughness save without buying protection itself.

Mike frowned slightly at the board as he realized slightly too late that his haphazard play was already leaving him behind Alex. "Yea I think you're probably right on that front. It was awkward enough when dad felt the need to ... explain things before he left for work this morning." he admitted uncomfortably. With a shrug he placed another tile resolved that he probably wouldn't have been doing much better if he had been able to focus. "Anyway pizza sounds great." he said quickly moving away from discussing his parents and their assumptions. Not that it was easy to think of much of anything with her hand running through his hair and her being so close by.

Speed power needs cost listed other than that looks good.

Mike cocked one eyebrow as he rather haphazardly placed his piece, "Yes very funny I'm sure." he stated flatly, but couldn't manage to keep a straight face before his girlfriends infectious laugh. He shook his head and handed over the bag of tiles once more. "She's gonna get all sorts of ideas now you know." He said as he took a sip of one of the proffered drinks, managing less of a wince than the soda had caused. Not that her antics hadn't stirred some ideas in Mikes mind as well. He blinked once or twice trying to clear those from his mind and asked, "Where'd you like to go for dinner, I figure I can save you from the brussle sprout sorbet she's been trying to pass off as desert the past few days."
-
Alright he hasn't used stealth just feint. You oppose Feint with Sense motive or bluff (unless he's using acrobatic bluff which I don;t think is the case" If he is successfull you are flat footed against his next attack As you have accurate hearing you can target him normally. no notice check needed

Mike managed to shake off his stupor and began fishing for his next tile when his Mrs. Harris knocked on the door calling through it, "I thought you kids might want a little snack." "Come in mom." Mike replied and placed another tile rather haphazardly. Entering, his mother set a tray with chopped vegetables and hummus and two tall green drinks on the edge of the desk, "Sooo? You kids having a good time." She asked a little too pointedly causing Mike another deep blush that seemed a satisfactory answer. She set the drinks down explaining, "cucumber, artichoke. Lots of minerals with no heat to damage them." Then with a nod she turned, "Staying for dinner Alex?" To which Mike hurridly replied, "Nah Mom, I think we're actually gonna go out later." Which while he hadn't actually discussed would certainly be better than whatever mise-en-place she was planning to call dinner tonight. Mrs. Harris seemed satisfied by that merely requesting, "Ok let me know when you're leaving and don't stay out past two without calling." then turned and lightly strode back to her canning project downstairs the door clicking shut behind her.

HP to stunt Enhanced range, penetrates concealment hearing off the paragon array.
-
Mikes eyebrows raised, He'd had no idea she'd been so busy with this project, "Wow. I had no idea they let people do that." He shrugged and pulled her close once more. "Well if anyone can pull it off you can." He said quietly and gently kissed her forehead, then stiffened slightly and whispered, "I think my mom is coming up." He'd been having more and more incidents of his sight or hearing growing much sharper than usual.
-
Mike nodded and gently stroked her hair over one ear. "Well I think that wins understatement of the year." He said with a soft laugh she almost felt more then heard. "You're actually in a couple classes with me. Not that I mind having a cute study buddy slash tutor, but definitely not pushing yourself." He shifted to look down at her once more. "Straight into graduate school? Have you started keeping erins hours and taking night classes?" he asked clearly this was the point out of it all that seemed incongruous to mike.

I haven't spoken up before but I'd be interested to hear your take on Ace and Phalanx if you get the time
-
He took her small hand in his own. 'Like you said its just money. There are things much more important.' He shrugged and leaned back pulling easily pulling her with him. 'I'm sure your scheme will work out just fine.' he thought to her as his lips met hers. Sitting up still holding her to his broad chest he smiled down at her, 'Though the same could be said of your time too. Not that I imagine this takes much of it.'
-
Mike smiled at her as he fished around in the bag for a good piece. "Technically its just a whole lot of money." He corrected as he pulled out the blank pasture tile and frowned at it. He studied the board for a minute and carefully laid down the tile. Looking up at Alex he grinned again, "Whatsa matter don't think I'll be able to keep you in the lifestyle to which you've been accustomed." He teased with grin.
-
Mike laid down his own tile actually without much thought. He never really saw what the difference it made this early in the game anyway. He nodded considering her commentary, "I suppose not. That sounds a bit beyond not struggling Though." Truth be told that sounded downright wealthy to Mike but he was a simple person of simple needs. If he even noticed the assumed nuptials it certainly didn't cause him to skip a beat.

If Doc is interested in supplying such a device I'm fine with having it be a plot device of that nature
-
You can use stealth normally against her hearing. She gets her normal notice check VS your stealth check. If you need concealment (IE no hide In Plain Sight) the background noise of the crowd might be enough but I'd leave that for Geez3r to call as its his thread.
-
Mike let out a low whistle, "Man I'm glad you didn't pick monopoly." He said with a grin as he cleared his journal and a couple pens off the desk. "Of course I'll go first I need all the help I can get." he said with a wink as he laid out the starter tile. He pulled the bean bag chair over and sat back down his height still affording him a good view of the board. After placing his piece he glanced back up at Alex asking "So whats that for?" about her new venture. Last he knew she had been planing on becoming a psychiatrist.
