  2. Ok I need a DC 25 will save from Jack. Success and he slips into blissfull unconciousness failure and I need a Fort save DC20 or be dropped to dying(Yea I know but if you were alive this might stop your heart) but is unconcious regardless, Failure by 10+ on the will save and he's awake but still thinks the Dream is happening. A_W you can go as he won't actually fully react till next round anyway. Electra have an HP for the Phobia
  3. A_W realizes he has no actual intent to vaporize anyone.
  4. Ace dropped down into the midst of the confusion drawing out the defenses of the two overshadow agents still standing opening them to attack from his allies. "Bad day for a deal boys." He said with a grin. This was Ace in his element.
  5. Ace will take 10 on feinting the two guys not dropped by Edges attack hitting a 32 on one and a 27 on the other (Standard and move actions) then will pass the benefits on to Phantom and Breakdown respectively.
  6. The flames enveloped the assorted mobsters in a massive conflagration their screams still eerily silenced still. Two enfocers manage to evade the worst of the flames, and Hellions care not to effect Angel left the man struggling with her unaffected as well. He met with more success with the Mobsters carrying the masked vigilantte, one colabpsed in aheap next to silencer while the other was baddly burned and began scrambling towards the nearest car. As he fumbled at the door a figure rose from the shadows behind him and dispatched him in a single strike to the back of the neck before once again fading into the shadows.

Ace takes ten to hit the thug the DC 25 power attack Toughness save (1d20+8=9) failure Phantom is up.

  9. "Very well." The madman shouted, "We will do this the hard way then." And with that he pointed his weapon directly at the box Fluer was hiding behind, vaporizing it in a single blast of sickly green energy. He swung the weapon back at Phantom, "If you surrender now it will go better for you."

  11. The remaining enforcers fire another volley of bullets through Phantoms insubstantial form before retreating to help the mobsters safely spirit Silencer away from the fight. The mobster she had toppled spun and grabbed her growling, "Bad move girly." as he did so. In the center of the garden the battle raged on. The Max enhanced thug laughed at Avengers attempt to strike him and threatened, "I'm going to break you little hero and then I'll ... Deal with your woman." as he lunged once more at the shadowy hero. Avenger however was too fast for him this time and danced agilely out of the way.
  12. Avenger is out of HP burned the last one on your last toughness check. The remaining enfourcers fire one more useless salvo through Phantom and retreat to help the mobsters trying to get Silencer out of there. The Brute Tries to Grapple Avenger again. Attack for grapple (1d20+8=16) But misses. Two mobsters holding Silencer continue to try and move towards the parking lot. Mobster who fell down tries to grapple angel. Attack roll for grapple (1d20+8=23)I believe thats a hit. Grapple Check (1d20+11=13) Grapple fail she should get free no problem. Hellion is up.
  13. Well you can make a medicie check DC 15 to see how bad off the unconcious one is. I'm gonna say DC 23 (I Think that was the last disguise DC) notice check to note it is the same person as the "cop" earlier
  14. What I've seen work well is just actually have a neutral party deal the hands and PM them to the players at the begining of each hand. Then you can use bluff checks or whatever to modify how well you bluff if you are. So if you have a good hand you make a bluff check and say "XX plays it cool" or "XX is clearly happy with is hand" dependant on the check the others can guage how much to believe or whatever. Maybe say give someone with luck stuff or the Gambler profesional skill can get a redraw and pick the best of the two hands.

    Shell Shock (IC)

    For a bare moment Mikes eyes flashed darkly as Eddie pulled Zoe away from him but the upset was gone as quickly as it had come. Mike gently but firmly pulled Zoe back to him as her hug with Eddie drew to a close and wrapped a protective arm around her shoulder, "You're gonna be ok." He said confidently, "It just takes time and you have plenty." Few of the others had ever seen Mike quite as rattled as he seemed to be he even managed to forget to be pessimistic for once. He was usually standoffish at best especially with strangers. Maybe it was just his own past that made him more sympathetic though the way he initially butted heads with Erin seemed to cast doubt on that theory. Later Mike himself would wonder why he felt so protective of this stranger but something in her screams had struck deep for him right now he was running more on instinct than thought.

  17. As soon as the others arrived and sprung into action Phalanx shot into the air untill he had a clear view of the cultists. With no way of knowing who was in charge it seemed the best option to try and take them all down before they could cause more trouble. Hopefully that would break the spell on the civilians below as well. Summoning all his strength he slammed his hands together sending a wave od supercompressed air towards the vile cult and their ritual.

Free Action set Paragon Array to flight 5 Super-strength 1 (PFs: Bracing, Shockwave) Fly above the cultests and use shockwave: aoe cone attack 110foot range 110 foot diameter DC 21 reflex followed by DC 26(failed Reflex) or DC 20(succesful reflex) toughness save. Trying to catch the cultists up above but keep clear of the civilians on the ground.

Whilst the Drama of Avengers inner-turmoil played out on the screen behind him Dr. Vaslev Tcheny fired his energetics modulator at Phantom the arcing ball of electricity hit her dead center the energy courseing into her body and disrupting her synapses. "Fools, you have no hope of victory. Surrender now and pray I am merciful to your insolence." He howled madly.

  23. Phantom and Fluer de Joie appeared in the center of a large command and control center. The high ceiling of the and sloped wall lent a grandiose and caverous air to the room. On wall was full of monitors and large screens with various read outs and displays as well as those playing back various scenes from Avengers tormented dreams. Avenger himself was securly strapped into a large chair with electrodes leading from him to an advanced computer nearby. Off to one side stood a hulking device nearly twenty feet tall and more than half that in diameter the cylendrical chamber was empty at this point. On the other side of the vast room next to a highly advanced piece of technology that looked similar to an advanced telescope stood Derrick contained within a strange forsfiels whilst being bombarded with bizarre energies. Working feverishly at a bank of comuputers was a well dressed man of easter european descent, his otherwise attractive features marred by a hideous burn of some kind on one side of his face. As the heroes suddenly arrived he whirled to face them. "You!" He screamed, "Inconcievable, nothing can penetrate my Pan-Dimensional Interdiction Net." He took a step towards them while thimbing a switch on a large device on his wrist, "No matter," He spat at the intruding heroes, "I shall dispatch you myself and then your friend will have no choice but to power my Black Hole Projector." With that he raised a strange device and pointed it directly at Phantom.
