Uhmm ok now I am confused. So I put Rachel on the couch and left Marrionette on the floor (Ace really is a cad ) they put the helmet on Marrionette and now she is gone and the helmet is on the couch where Rachel was? Is Rachel still there? If not where is she? on the paramedics gurrney? Sorry I may not be fireing on all cylanders this mornign but I'm kinda lost

Boost can not go above PL, Slow fade 1 is usually acceptable on boost as long as the boost isn't in an array or anything wierd. Uncontrolled in an Array is a no-no I'm pretty sure, since it really only has a chance of going off when its the selected power. I think I see what you ar trying for with the effect as a Bleed off if you don't use the energy though I am uncertain how that woudl be built. As for boost tboosting an array I think it woudl be a higher level boost than the 'one power or trait' catagory if its on an array if it would be allowed at all. I'm pretty sure drain starts as noticable so I don't think thats a valid drawback.

So Ultimate Power has a build of a super sense that is Aura reading. Its built as a mental sense (which is what i think you want) Detect (Mood), Ranged Detect (Physical Condition), Ranged Psychic awareness So for just detecting Moods (emotions) it would be a Detect (mood) Ranged for 2 ranks for 1 rank more you can make it a radius sense as well if you wanted it to be all moods within range instead of directional. So 2-3 ranks for 2-3 PP -
I will off the advice I give everyone reading the Song of Ice and Fire series stop at the end of clash of Kings you will be happier. It has a pretty rapid decline in quality after that book, though not as bad as the later Wheel of Time books.

Mike eyed the stains as they were pointed out and made every effort to avoid them. This Kenzie character certainly did have a sweet ride. There deffinately seemed to be an upside to havign Mark as a roomate even if his sunny disposition chaffed the moody teen this was pretty cool. Mike picked out a seat and settled into it working at the straps to get bucked in, "So how long will it take to get there? this thing fast?"

At the officers words Ace tore his eyes away from the paramedics careing for his niece. "Not a second Marrionette." He said simply, "I don't now if its a possesion or what but thats the original just with a new and bigger chip on her shoulder." He looked at Rachel's unconcious form once more, "Mostly a vendetta against old foes from what I've gathered but she may have a deeper plot." He turned back to the officer "I'll come downtown to fill you all in once I know Rachels alright." He absent mindedly tapped his cell in one hand "I might be able to find an expert that can explain whats going on."

Mike eyed his roommate to be warily, "If no student is allowed there how exactly is it not going to get us in trouble?" Mike had a naturaly cautious demeanor and this sounded risky, he didn't want to dampen the mood however so didn't flat out refuse to be involved. He glanced at Alex and then Erin trying to gauge their opinions, wondering if he was just over-reacting.

Ace didn't particularly like the way this was going, as various members of the audiance stood and stretched or went to use the facilities Ace scouted for a good corner out of the cameras field of view and dropped his illusory disguise in favor of full invisibility. Once no longer concerned with being ejected witht he other bystanders he took to watching the crowd and lawyers for signs of what had spooked the DA. It just didn't make sense to close the court at this point unless the DA had knowledge that something was going to go down.

The buzz on this deal was big, and weapon shipments of this size could mean trouble right here in Freedom City. First things first Ace wanted to know what kinda ordinance to expect, and if he'd have to tap his rolladex for backup. His first call was to a small time fence operating out of southside, the Finn wasn't working with any of the major underworld groups which meant his info was kinda limited. It also meant that he was quite willing to spill what he knew for the right price. It rang six times before the Finn picked up, "Hello?" Came the rasping reply. Ace spoke quietly despite being alone "Finn, its Ace and I'm calling due that favor you owe me." Tipping off the Finn that the load of stolen Fabrege eggs were cheap Ukranian knockoffs had served several purposes but also left the fence owing Ace a hefty favor. Ace didn't give him time to quibble over the favor and steamed onward "Theres a big load of weapons getting the hand off on the 4th, I think you are in a unique position to know what whould be in those crates." The other effect of Finn being unaffiliated was all the small time goons who stumbled into mob properties came directly to him with the goods and story.

Ace nervously eyed the Telepath and moved Rachel to a couch where she'd be more comfortable, and hopefully safer should Marrionette awaken. Though he doubted it woudl be effective against so formitable a mind he focused his energies and spoke with authority "Sleep." he commanded with the full force of his training int he mysterious east behind the hypnotic suggestion. He quickly scaned the room for means of restraining and blindfolding the mentalist in case the police didn't arrive in time.

At the rather over dramatic entrance Mike arched a questioning brow at Mark then realizing this was precisely Marks speed just shook his head with a shrug. He offered a quick wave and looking back and forth at the airship said "Nice ride, you build this?" The larger boy sounded actually interested despite his normal disinterest in all things not mopey. "I'm Mike by the way, you must be Chris." He added in as friendly a tone as mike generally managed.

Ace called out to Ms. Rogers as she turned to leave, "Tell them to send in a STAR squad unit with inhibitors." He then cleaned himself up quickly as he took a knee and started to tend to Rachel until the paramedics could arrive. While keeping a carefull eye on Marrionette for any sign of stiring hoping those inhibitors got here soon.

The pounding psychic assault barely fazes Ace, though it proves she can withstand his own mind clouding powers. Dropping into a tight boxing stance Ace unleashes a flurry of jabs drawing the mentalists guard out, "Coward? I'm not the one dangling an innocent kid off a ledge." Ace shouts at the villain "and you will do no such thing." Punctuating his words with a sudden left hook out of the blue.

Power attack 5 (1d20+3=8) Ick Last Hp to Reroll that Power attack 5 reroll (1d20+3=9) +10 for a 19 I think that'll hit. Strike is a base +4, +5 for power attack, +4 for sneak attack is a DC 28 toughness save.

Mike thought of who else he knew around here and other than the RAs it was pretty much this group here. He supposed Eddie might have been interested but he was still living with his folks and he had no idea where that was. He gave a light shrug of his shoulders and replied "This is pretty much my social circle, I can't think of anyone, you think your friend has anyone in mind?"

He's still under concealment so I don't think she can target him with the blast unless she has an accurate sense that isn't sight or hearing I assume the lack of attack roll means its perception range. Well he is within 5 feet at this point so she can make the DC 20 notice check to pierce his concealment.
