"Wouldn't mind a third suit, if you have them lying around," Dragonfly suggested. "Armor has full life support, but always the chance of a breach. Better safe than sorry, promise to return it after. If you don't have a bunch, though, don't worry about it. Anything that gets through shielding and armor and containment suit would probably kill me anyway, before I had a chance to change." She cracked her knuckles, turning to ponder the dimension-shifting device again. "Can safely store this, take it with us, on off-chance we need it or decide what to do with it while there. Unbreachable storage. ....or, unbreachable by anyone who thinks this is a good way to visit other dimensions, I guess," she corrected, with disdain. "Will also try to figure out how to communicate where their world is, for your use. May have to consult with you on that a little...."

"Been working on it, but range is not that good yet. But unsure my girlfriend would approve of us being that close," she wryly half-joked, taking a seat on the floor. "Besides," she added, "that's what engineering is for - making up the difference, correcting for human limits. Her suit flared to life, sprouting its four blade-like wings - which spread themselves into an oddly-vibrating X. Little lights danced behind the lenses of her helmet, and Miss Americana could hear a familiar voice - though, oddly, detected over her radio link instead of just coming from nowhere. Ready when you are.

For convenience (and sheer amusement; stunting off her main array would be mechanically optimal but fluff-wise not as good), Dragonfly will stunt a copy of Miss A's datalink off her Communication power, which just so happens to be 7pp. Datalink copied here, for reference: Datalink 10 (Radio, 200,000 miles ["Earth To The Moon"], Flaws: Feedback, PFs: Cyberspace, Subtle) [7PP] She is, basically, linking to her own suit (mental) and broadcasting that out at range (radio).

Eclipse spun in place the moment the last antibody hit the ground, thumbing something on her blaster as she sized up the Terran's frankly terrifying hit on the Mole-Slug. "You heard them!" she shouted at the squads, tail lashing in the air behind her as she took a knee and brought her firearm to bear. "We'll slow or stop this thing now that the rest are gone - get to that building! If you've got stuff that goes 'boom', start looking for a place to set 'em up - otherwise, take stock, get a good look at it! When we get in there, we want to know everything about it!""See, in my day, we'd have used you instead of killing you," Eclipse muttered, apparently to the enemy; unheard over the sounds of battle, her eyes made a soft whirring noise as they zoomed in and started scanning across the mole-slug's body. "These big melees...never know what to do with 'em. But fine, we want to take you down for good? Everything's got a weak point."She took careful, professional aim, let out a breath, and squeezed the trigger only twice - but each bolt flew, unerringly, into tender spots on the creature's hide. "If we can't kill it soon, at least try to lure it into the building!" she shouted, hoping that the Terran was a little less of a berserker than she appeared. "Make it work for us!"

There was an awful clang as Tiamat dropped the doors she'd hauled up, and she had a face to match the noise - fire still licked its way out the sides of her mouth, and her eyes - angry even behind her domino mask - were noticeably reptilian. "I, for one, am in favor of taking the fight to them," she growled, in a voice that wasn't entirely human...and had dropped all posturing and pretense, revealing her rarely-heard accent. "If there is space on their ship, I will tear them apart by tooth and claw. And if there isn't, I'll do it by hand and make up the volume with inventive cruelty."

The escaping antibodies didn't go far. Gaian Knight had worked alongside Fleur de Joie often enough to be perfectly happy playing clean-up: as soon as her vines started to snake around the room the geokinetic hero maneuvered his storm of shards together into ceiling of hovering doom at the top of the room...and even once the more spry of their enemies had ducked Fleur's vines, they found they had nowhere to go when he clenched his fist and sent parts of it crashing down onto their heads. "Between the two of us, probably," he pointed out, already gathering his arsenal back together into a suspiciously compact platform. "I can set up another anchor here, just in case we need to hit the reactor quickly - and you can get us all over, since I doubt they were smart enough to kill everything green on the station. I'm game if you all are, but if this was just the assault party we're going to need to be ready for a fight."

Welp, just the mole-slug then...and Eclipse isn't getting anywhere near it. Ranged Attack Roll vs. Giant Mole-Slug (blaster): 1d20+13 28 DC22 Toughness save for the mole-slug.
-
MOAR area attack! Same as before: DC23 Reflex for half, DC28 Toughness. GK'll head toward the portal a bit, but he's not going through until folks are ready.

"It is not about drama," Wraith insisted, eyeing the four antibodies that had surrounded her. She was still for only a moment, until one of them took it as an invitation to attack - and then she was gone, literally flowing around her enemy to reform on the other side and punish its aggression with a scythe through its back...and through the chest of a second off-guard antibody next to it. The third was...more fortunate, as the time it took to retrieve her arm and strike at it sideways was barely enough for it to raise its guard. "It is about holding their attention - being bigger, stronger, louder. A threat. Besides," she added, yanking the other arm out of the impaled enemy in time to avoid an incoming swipe, "it is encouraging. It brings one's mind into the fight."
-
"Resources and competition," Dragonfly pointed out. "Our Talos has to spend time hiding. Can't attract too much attention, plots often foiled by heroes. Workable threat. Hate him." She shrugged, but she didn't look as carefree as Fleur. "Even if their Earth is resource-strapped, resources have to have gone somewhere - and don't like the sound of 'super-powered drones'. If we do end up in conflict with him, would bet on large military forces, unusual high-powered threats, support of much of the people...brainwashing, fear, genuine patriotism. Conflict with rebels isn't much better: scraped-together technology, guerrilla tactics, people who know area better than we do. Tactical problem. Any ambient radiation may make plants harder to work with, depending on how bad it is there." "Still. Just tactical assessment. Willing to visit if you are - either, or both of you - but advise...caution."

I do sometimes learn from my mistakes - Wraith'll go ahead and take 10 to attack the antibodies. DC27 toughness, as many as she can end up taking out with Takedown 1 and a ~10-15' reach.

"Assuming they don't use them for more fighting," Dragonfly wryly noted, having finished putting the device's casing back together. She stood up, dusting her hands, and pointed her drone at herself to do a clean sweep just in case she'd picked up something bad from its innards. "Not sure how you interpret dimensional frequencies, but can probably work something out, yes. Worst case, might still have my anchor platform in working order. In cold storage, in pieces, but easy to assemble. Shouldn't need to. Good to have the option." "Also," she noted, tilting a finger Artoo's way, "have been to your world. Or this dimension's equivalent. Was briefly a diety there. Worth pointing out: she saw through your deception instantly, effortlessly; she is some kind of crazy plant goddess; I built technology out of junkyard scraps that can bend fabric of space. You don't get to call Earth 'primitive' or 'backwards' or whatever. Plus, disrespectful; bad way to get on good side of hosts whose help you require."

Visibly frowning was an unusual trick when your face was entirely concealed under a metal helmet, but Dragonfly managed somehow. "Okay, well," she observed, gesturing at her drone - it literally lit up their visitors and the device, tagging each with a holographic display that probably meant more to a scientist than a layperson. "Don't stand next to them, at least. No immediate danger, but long-term exposure...not recommended. Both of them are badly in need of decontamination. And that...." She frowned at the device, kneeling down again to peer into it. "Not sure I want you to have this thing back. Punching holes in dimensions like it does is a lot of free energy release. Gamma, heat...was not kidding when I said it'll kill everything nearby. Only when being used, though; relatively safe when inactive."

"Think Erik and Ellie deserve to be upset," Dragonfly grimly observed, frowning up at the building where one of her drones reported Jean was currently standing. "Gina, too. Unsure what trade-off is, though: can't let him near birth of child, and Erik at least needs to focus on that. Could remove him temporarily, if they all want to focus better. Not necessarily better or worse than just letting Steve block him forever." She made a grumbling noise, tapping a finger against her leg. "Probably don't put him with Nassor. Best case, they ignore each other - fine. Bad case, they fight - don't want then injured. Yet. Worst case, they collude somehow. Probably not worth the risk."

"That is...a good question," Dragonfly admitted. "Not too used to thinking about it outside of my own projects. Suit protects me, but isn't built to detect it; secondary signs only. Heat increases, warping. I need parts. Or a projector...." She turned to look at one of her drones, which made a beeping noise that was distressingly resigned when she grabbed it out of the air and expertly pulled off one of its back plates. "Oh, shush. For common good. Like an upgrade! If an upgrade completely disabled your offensive array, anyway. Need to wire it into your projectors. Stop whining, you baby." It took her the better part of a minute to finish her work, little gauntlet-deployed tools doing goodness-knew-what to the inside of Dragonfly's poor little drone, but when she was finally done it seemed no worse for wear: it rose back up out of her hands, shook itself like a disoriented dog, and its eye lit up...somewhat brighter than it had before. "Somewhat inspired by your light, actually," Dragonfly explained as her altered creation got its bearings. It swept its gaze around the room, gentle neon glow passing over its surroundings like some kind of high-tech searchlight. "Fleur said: counters illusions? Unsure of mechanics, but revealing things unseen is a neat trick. Useful. Radiation isn't visible...but you can make it visible, with science. And then tag it with data from the League exotic energy database I'm not supposed to have access to."

For reference, Dragonfly is spending a hero point to jury-rig the following power: Super-Senses 3 (Radiation Awareness [visual; Common descriptor, 2 ranks], Analytical [1 rank]; Extras: Affects Others, Area [General Burst]) [9pp] This'll show everyone in the area nearby radiation (hopefully sources, people who're irradiated, etc), and display detailed information on it if available. Huzzah! SCIENCE! As a 9pp power, this has a craft check of (10 base + 5 jury-rig + 9pp =) DC24. As Dragonfly's entire shtick is being a super-engineer, she is incapable of failing that check. Crafting time: 9 rounds, or a bit under 1 minute.

"Heh. Forward for screw these guys!" Eclipse shouted, grinning. No sooner had her blaster beeped to her that it had another volley ready than she settled back into a firing stance, sweeping a series of crosshairs that only she could see onto the remaining antibody brigade. "They haven't stopped us yet, and they aren't gonna stop us now!" Her gun spat plasma, each bolt sizzling straight for a target - and after a shaky start where the enemy shifted position, each bolt landing where it should. "Awesome squad - see if you can't slow the big guy down! Keep at range, don't lose ground, but try to buy everyone a little more time!"

Dragonfly had shifted around so that she could angle the box to catch Cerulean's light, apparently satisfied to use the glow to help her peer into the workings of the device. She'd deployed her tools while the others talked - plates on her gauntlets flexing open to extend a half-dozen little articulated arms, each carrying its own tool for its own purpose. "Might know his equivalent here," she answered, gently pulling some wires aside to peer further into the box without having to take it apart. "For given values of 'know'. Know where he's from, at least, or our version of it. Not sure how much I can share with Vigil in the room. No offense. Might constitute picking sides. Don't know enough about either of you to pick sides." She made an extremely disgruntled noise at what she was finding, sitting back a bit and tapping a finger against her leg. "As for device, pretty sure it's for killing anyone nearby when it's used. Also violently punching controlled holes between dimensions. Would assume purpose was other way around if it didn't leak so much radiation when used. Best advice: throw it down a lead-lined hole, bury it, punch designer in the nose."

Eclipse will switch her attention to the Brigade, then! Ranged Attack Roll vs. Antibody Brigade (targeted cone): 1d20+13 15 ....nope. She's been useless enough, thanks. Ranged Attack REROLL vs. Antibody Brigade (targeted cone): 1d20+13 31 There we go. DC22 toughness, +2 from the area attack for DC24 total.

"I hate all of you," Tiamat growled as she crouched by the fallen doors. "I hate all of you so much. You, especially, ghoul," she added, digging glove-clad hands under the twisted remains of the metal portal. She hauled it up, muscles bulging, with complete disregard for the man still stuck to the other side - and, heavy though they might be, propped the metal plates as high as she could manage with only a human's leverage. "But greater than you have asked, so be grateful. You will never feel my fire, but thanks to the knight you my at least feel the heat!" There was more rumble and volume in that last word than a mortal human's voice box could ever produce, and for good reason: that word hit the air in tangible form, a continuous stream of dragon's fire that tore and splashed against the doors, seeking to consume everything in touched...including the cold and ice of Frost's own handiwork, warmth radiating through the metal and to where the Russian was stuck on the opposite face.

"Hello," Dragonfly greeted Cerulean, with the same slightly awkward hand-raise. "Good to see new heroes. Would offer you platitudes, but don't believe in them. Just give stupid criminals hell. Safely," she added, glancing at Fleur. She took the box, inarticulately grunting thanks...and stopped. One could actually see the moment her brain shifted over without a clutch: she locked in place for a moment, her head cocked to the side, and then rotated the still-cocked helmet-clad face over to look at 'Artoo' and then back at Fleur again. "....Artoo...? ...no, really, what's his name. Or, you, I guess," she corrected, glancing back at Artoo. Little lights could barely be seen dancing behind the lenses of her faceplate as she addressed him, and when she spoke her voice was both audible and, somehow, inside his head. "What's your...mmhhh. Okay. Interesting body you've picked up," she obliquely commented. She turned her attention back to the box, carefully setting it down on the nearest flat surface and crouching to inspect it. Her 'signal', too, seemed to withdraw, the dancing lights dying away. "Not sure it suits you. Insufficient levels of black leather trenchcoat, maybe. Does anyone have a flashlight? Some idiot shot mine, haven't had chance to replace it."
