Tough Save: 1d20+10 14 dazed again! (and bruised!)
-
Cool, post the action IC and ill reply! (can hardly beat that!)
-
Sure no need for an attack roll. An intimidate roll would be grand though! (and feel free to post that IC!)

GM Violet huffed and puffed with the strain, her white blonde hair sweaty now. At least she didn't seem to be affected by the drug. "Who did this? Shouldn't we find out?" she asked Victoria. "We got to get the girls out of here..." mumbled Jonathon, leaning heavily against a wall. "What in darnation darn?" said the woman coming through the back door entrance. She was a tall, middle aged lady dressed in a mans suit and tie complete with a top hat. One of the bartenders, or stewards. She dropped her cigarette that she was about to light up, and looked at the corpse lying chained up. "You killed her? But....but....we were hoping we could get her better!" she said, anger rising.

Ok editted my last post. I would suggest a few conversation posts at this juncture whilst you are hauling people to the backstage area up from the cellar. Stuff will, of course, happen...

GM "I'm not exactly a resident of Freedom City" replied Armitage slightly stiffly. "I can meet you back on the boat. Or here, if you fancy meeting the charming Ms. Drake. That was sarcasm, by the way" he said with bone dryness. "She is a withered up old prune that sucks your soul out of you. Not literally, I might add. Well, I hope not literally anyway. It is irritating that she is both rich and clever. I would have preferred rich and stupid, but we must work with the situation at hand". "Watch Zyte, though. He is another fool that is annoying clever. The worst type of fool, in my opinion. He has sharp eyes and don't be fooled by his mercurial nature. He is astute" he commented. "The other option I suppose would be to meet in the Central Park. Unless you have a better idea, like a secret Headquarters...."

Interview with Royer the Voyeur… 1. Where are you from? Canterbury, England 2. How would you physically describe yourself? Fairly tall, redhead, sun kissed. 3. Does you have any distinguishing speech characteristics or recurring mannerisms? I have a good old upper class English accent, speaking the Queen’s English! 4. What’s your motivation? Save the world a bit. And have adventures! 5. What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses? My knowledge and academic background, my experience, and sense of adventure are my greatest strength. My greatest weaknesses is the Crow curse, magnified by that same sense of adventure! 6. What do you love? What do you hate? England and South America I love. And I have a passion for art and antiquities. I don’t hate much, perhaps ignorance. 7. How would you describe your mental and emotional state? Fairly solid, a bit feisty at times. However, the second sight can make me quite crazy! 8. What do you fear the most? The things I see beyond this world! 9. What is your greatest ambition? To discover the lost cities of Gold! 10. How does you feel about the state of the world and your place in it? It depends where you are in the world. There are some areas that are simply terrible, ravaged by war and corruption. But I think I am positive about the state of the world in general. My place in it is like everyone else’s, to make it a little bit better. 11. Do you have any prejudices? How do you get along with others? I don’t. If history has taught me anything its to accept lots of different cultures. I generally get on fine with most people. 12. Where do your heroes loyalties lie? In what order? I have a patriotic streak, but more than that I have a loyalty to the British Museum and all the people that work there. In fact, I am loyal to Museums and Universities all over the world! 13. Do you have a lover or partner? No 14. Do you have a family? What is the relationship there like? I have an extended family and many distant relatives. The relationship is mixed. It tends to be respectful and there is some loyalty to the family, but we are a mixed bag of feisty people, so there is always some friction. 15. How would the people closest to you describe you? Feisty, bold, adventurous. 16. Are you a role model? I think so. To get out there and explore the world! 17. How spiritual are you? I am technically Church of England but I am not practicing. I think quite deeply about existential issues but I do not believe in an omnipotent, benevolent God. 18. Are you part of a team, or you like to be? Why? No, and I have mixed feelings about that. I like companionship, and the bonds of friendship. But on the other hand I don’t want to be tied down. Perhaps a loose affiliation of like minded people would suit me better. 19. How do you feel about the place of metahumans and aliens on Earth? Potentially dangerous. They do need to be monitored and observed, like anything that powerful. 20. If you could give one piece of advice to yourself, what would it be? Better a day as a lion than a lifetime as a lamb.

GM A deep resonance came from the building, a frequency so low one could barely hear it. "Is it not marvellous? Block Head has created this building using metamasonry, not unlike his own body! And I have been able to fuse my psyche with it!" came the voice. It was of course quite different from Imprint's, but it was hers still the same. She had literally imprinted herself into the floor, walls, and ceiling of the self assembling building. "That woman got in the way. Very annoying. I'll show her. She can become part of the furniture!"
-
GM Mr. Brick looked rather taken aback when Mannequin appeared to apologise. "I..uh...yeah, sure" he muttered. "Look, I don't know much. Block Head turned up here a few days ago and started building like he was possessed, or something. He looked...disturbed. And frankly the central building is growing so fast I am getting worried. I think...I think its alive!" he explained, gulping. They were interrupted by a scream from outside. Dr Deoxy's telekentic power was tugging at Hattie, and normally of course he would have easily have the force to lift her up. But not when half her body was welded to the building itself. Pulling her out was just going to rip her in two. "Let go! Let go!" she groaned.
-
Diamondlight Things were happening fast, that was for sure. Diamondlight could vaguely recognise Miracle Girl, and was reassured by that. He had no idea who the amphibious creature was. That was not so reassuring. He had planned to try a little deception first, to work out what has happening, but that opportunity - and risk - was lost. Besides, they had lasers. Then again, so did he. In the blink of an eye, a dimly glowing silver forcefield lit up around him. Then, a burst of silver blue laser beams blossomed from his body, sweeping and piercing through the night air. "Scintillating!" he commented, before crouching behind a nearby rock. He hoped his eruption of light and lasers had thinned the odds. But it was wise to take cover nonetheless!
-
In that case! Free Action: Activate Force field Standard Action: Laser Beams! Targetted Area Burst Selective Damage 10 Effect! Hit me with those laser beams: 1d20+10 22 so should hit at least a few! Move Action: Take cover behind a rock!

Ok so who is left standing?
-
You are free from further saves already with that last IC post!
-
You can use Medicine skill (trained only, or Jack of All Trades) to diagnose DC 10 or wake up DC 15! Without a medical kit this would however be at -4.

GM The spinning and swirling of the air rattled many of the flotsam stored in the basement. Lamentably, a rather expensive bottle of Pinot Noir, already precariously balance, hit the floor and cracked seeping its fine juice over the dusty concrete floor and scattered rugs. Apart from this regrettable mishap, it all went smoothly. The air flowed in and out of the cellar area, freeing all from the noxious fumes. Although surely some of that sickly vapour would now seep into the main hall where the ballrooom music continued to beat. Whilst the cellar was free of the drug, its victims were not. They remained somewhat intoxicated, or frankly asleep. Between Victoria and Violet (Jon was quite sleepy and drugged it seemed, although he did manage to stumble back to the Backstage area) the addicts were being manhandled upstairs, but....even with the musicians playing on stage, there was a risk of being spotted...
-
GM "What, all five of them? I'm not Centurion, you know" sighed Violet, hand over her mouth. "I'll pass out before I get them all up..." She was not weak, but on the other hand was not hugely strong either. She did not complain further, however, and started pulling one of the girls up towards the Backstage area. "We need a better plan. Someones going to come backstage sooner or later" she offered, perhaps redundantly. Poor Jonathon, on the other hand, was already looking pale and soporific. "I can help!" he said with a woozy grin on his mouth, although it looked like he could barely stand. The bubbling brew simmered more gently off the heater, and Victoria found a heap of old kitchen roll that she could scrunch up and put an reasonably effective stopped on the glassware. Whilst helpful, the sweet atmosphere was still swirling; there was not a lot of air circulation here...
-
Ill give a +2 bonus for that, but its still absorbed!
-
GM The fat man gasped, dropping his machete and clutching at his throat. His eyes looked ever more glazed and he struggled and shook, gasping for air. "Wha...what...." he spluttered, trying to force air into his lungs. His cigarette was on the floor, and his fingers were nicotine stained. His lungs were clearly not in great condition at the best of times, but in this smoky and sickly air of the basement, what function they had was diminished still further. He gave one mighty wheeze and then was out cold...
-
That hits (he is drugged)! At this stage he is too drugged to resist, so I will say he is suffocating! On the down side, everyone here Must make a Fort 12 Save or get drugged too (Nauseate Power)! Whilst relatively mild for now, its a new save at +1 DC every minute, and recovery is 1 minute rather than 1 round.
-
Thats fine by me! (no need for spoiler?)
-
GM Down in the basement... There were things that should be in a basement, like wine bottles and tools. But that was essentially irrelevant. The pungent odour came from a gently fuming glass beaker over an electric heater, a purple liquid bubbling softly. In it, some strange herbs were dissolving slowly. Five persons, filthy, emaciated, dehydrated, were lying around on rugs and soft cushions, either asleep or nearly so. Victoria could recognise two of them as the girls Jon was so desperately looking for. A fat man, bare chested, bald, and strong, smoking a cigarrette, was not quite so asleep but he certainly looked drugged and sleepy. He fumbled for a machete by his side as Violet and Victoria came in. "Hmmwf...what, time to play again? Who you want this time? wait.,...who are you?" he mumbled, eyes not focused properly.

GM And so, through the skies the good Doctor went. From a superior vantage he could spy the entire building site. The central building, that Block Head had been building, was certainly looking bigger. Like a virus, it was spreading out through the entire site. And there...and there... The central building was active. Moving, rearranging itself. It was growing taller. It was eating the surrounding buildings to grow bigger. To parasitically consume them. And deep within the Central Building, through half build ceilings, Dr Deoxy could spy Block Head, constructing and deconstructing at full speed, shifting heavy masonry and building materials with full concentration.... and often going to and from the basement. But near the entrance, Dr Deoxy could spy a large woman, strong and tall, groaning. She seemed to be unconscious, just inside the building's main entrance hall....and holding a mighty sledgehammer.

GM "Sure, sure. Ill deal with the numpty" sighed Zyte. "Gods know why I took Chill Pills case on. I had been trying for ages to get an angle on a Superhero reality film. Like, not easy, you know?" he groaned and his misfortune. "I just leapt at the chance when he approached me. Turns out I get the nutcase" "But Ill go see if I cant placate him. Maybe film him handing out iced pop to the kids" he sighed again, walking away. "You got yourself an expert that can handle it?" asked Gibbons, mopping his perpetually perspiring brow. "I sure would be happy to see the back of it, especially after what happened to Vasquez..."
