GM The Duke looked up to see the Wooden Rabbit in time. "But I am a Fox!" he announced, jumping forward and into a roll, then springing to his feet as the Rabbit landed behind him. For all his girth, the Duke was surprisingly nimble. This Duke was apparently as unflappable as the other ones. "Oh ho ho! What poetry! Most elegant! The fine swing of word, the fine thrust of phrase! Rapier wit ho ho! Ah, dear Oscar would have loved you, my little pixie!" He took a moment to give a heart laugh. "Don't think I fall for such foolish jibes about girls and aim, my dear. I have lived for a long time, over a hundred years. I have heard every jest and taunt there is. I enjoy the poetry of them, but stopped falling for them decades back. And I can assure you, my dear..." he said, taking aim with another crossbow bolt. "My aim is extremely good...." Chunk! Another section of turf ruined. But the Duke was not lying. His aim was perfect. Grimalkin was just faster...

1d20+8=13 so he is hit. Its a DC 21 Tougness save, and his tough bonus is but +4 1d20+4=22 which he luckily makes. His return fire 1d20+15=29 Does another critical! So DC 23 Toughness save and DC 20 Fort Save! Yoikes! All baloney due to a misunderstanding with Heritage (its a capture Create Object!)

GM The windows dutifully smashed. The heavy curtains would have delighted in tangling up any diver. But not a hero with Gecko-agility. Splinters of glass littered the front lawn. The next door neighbour - a sedentary newly retired grey haired man who looked like he was a man who had spent thirty years or more in the high pressure stress environment of the finance sector gasped as Geckoman leapt into view. "Geckoman!" he gasped, clutching his chest anxiously and fighting for breath. Down the road, Geckoman could see a large car drive off with undue haste towards the city centre...
-
GM "Not so fast now, my pretty little butterfly! Why you are simply gorgeous! Such a shame to puncture you. I do apologise for the pain and blood. Not really my style. But on the other hand I do need to put you to a sweet slumber. I can't be distracted by sparkly things like yourself, much as I tempted..." he sighed. Quickly, he put another bolt in his Crossbow. Grimalkin could see it laced with the same drug that had hit her. The Duke took cover behind the door of the car, window down, and aimed once again, sticking his tongue out and closing one eye to take better aim. Chunk... The arrow hit the turf twenty feet behind Grimalkin, after sailing by her. His aim was true, but Grimalkin was faster. The grass did not sizzle or burn. Not acidic, at least.

Initiative rolls please! 1d20+4=7 for YDderwen. Lucy not responding right now. There will be one surprise round (with Synapse surprised so no action) before regular rounds!
-
Ok I will give the Huntsman a 20 on intitative, meaning he rolls 26. 1d20+10=11 A mighty miss! So Skaere is up. Whilst rather pointless, gimme an initiative roll!

GM It was not hard to hear Skaere changing, and not hard to see it either. And the Huntsman had sharp ears and sharp eyes. He spun around to the terrible sounds, elephant gun in hand. Vince was too beaten up and scared to get much more scared. But the change gave it a damn good shot. "Sweet Dorothy...what the hell are you!" he said, mind determined to stay with his new friend. Hand clutching and root and plant to stay firm. Yet his feet scrabbling to get away, ordered by his spinal cord to run. The end was a kind of stationary dance and dirt flinging competition. The Huntsman paused for a moment, admiring his prey. "More feral than ever! Why, I shall get decades from this kill, I should wager! I thank you for your sacrifice!" he laughed, bringing the gun to bear, and firing...

GM "Hallucinogenic!" shouted back "Ms. Cain" as the staff started to surround her. Joe Awesome backed away, muttering. "Oh boy...now you done it..." was his mutter. 'Wayward' then exploded in fury. "Imbeciles! Turncoats! Morons! All my life, surrounded by the feeble and stupid! Well, I'll show you hallucinogens! I'll show you the madness of the blackest magics!" She muttered, in a strange voice, some old languages best forgot, and then the backstage area exploded in wails, screams, shouts and gibbering. Visions of hell, heaven, and everything inbetween assailed the staff, who dropped, jumped, fell, ran or just stood standing still in bliss or agony. Some started attacking others. Some started attacking themselves. Even Dancia could sense all sorts of strange things from other dimensions, from her memory, and from her imagination, plaguing her. The effect on those without her will and control was beserk madness... And in the chaos, 'Wayward' pulled the gibbering Joe Awesome with her, and made a dash for the VIP limo outside...

Ok so I am GM Fiating, as discussed in chat, Necromme escaping and craziness catching! meaning 1 HP for Dancia. For reference: Wayward: 5 HP Dancia: 3 HP Maelstrom: 1 HP

I will just note that as someone who has played around with this concept before, Dynamic powers on Density, Growth, and Shrinking is an absolute nightmare in terms of keeping track of combat stats, and extremely hard to make neatly into meeting PL stats reliably!

GM Through acts of contortions and strength. Geckoman managed to slip his wrists from the restraints, and, swiftly afterwards his ankles. This afforded him a better view of the room, and confirmed everything he had seen previously. It was basically a large living room in a suburban house, windows drawn shut, medical equipment everywhere. Books in piled, littering the floor and the shelves, on medicine, biochemistry, alchemy, and Islamic mysticism. Diagrams both old and modern on every wall, with various coloured pins in them. It seemed Tonic had fused every type of medicine from science and superstition in to one mad crazy theory. But a mad crazy theory might just work! The room was untidy to say the least. Without gecko-agility it would have been easy to trip over a pile of books or sheets on the floor. Yes, there was even a comedy rotting bananskin abandoned on the floor. The room would have a musty foul odour if it was not for the incense sticks burning in every corner.

Geckoman - 3 HP

Bloody Mess followed whilst his Canine companion stayed behind, explaining how the Dark gave him panic attacks and he had high blood pressure. But the dark was not something the Bloody Mess was much a fan of either. In this light he good barely see anything. "Hey guys...what's going on down there? I can hardly see lefty or righty!" he protested, holding up his left and right fists perspective. "Can't we turn a frikkin' light on or somethin'? This dark is giving me the spooks, man" he mumbled. Normally pretty fearless in the face of danger, the dark was giving him palpitations and sweating. He wasn't gonna be able to fight like this. Anything could come jumping out of the shadows...

"Works for me, Lady" said the Red Rat, giving the lady a quick scan with her artificial eyes. There were some funny readings, for use. But then, this was Freedom City, and the Revenant was a superhero, after all. She twirled her gun and holstered it. "Hopefully won't need that, anyway. But better to take it and not need it, rather than not take it and need it, huh?" she said, ready to go. "I hope you got some transport, Revenant. I don't fancy a long walk"

Harry looked at the poor Chevvy. "Damn heapa junk! All I did was drive it into a lamp post. And I guess I will have to pay for damage to the city" he whined. He pulled the Mess to the Car and waited for him to recover. In his own body, at that time. The Mess' bloody powers - he never got used to them entirely. Always unsettled him. "You two go on to the meeting place. Ill get this bag of bolts towed. Not that I would be much help fighting super villains anyway. I could probably bust up their knuckles pretty badly with my kidneys" he joked, already making the towing call. "You sure?" asked the Mess, scratching his bruised head. He already knew the answer though. "Guess its just you and me, Lady" he said to revenant giving her a playful punch on the arm. "Ready when you are!"
