No, not the type you eat... Updated and fresh, here are the finest minds of the city, world, universe! As always, not for metagaming or bragging purposes! It identifies the smart, wise, and charming and their place in the FCUniverse. Unlike strength, most of these scores tend to be at least human, but we have many characters who reach that awesome genius level of INT around 20-25. there are three main rosters, INT, WIS, CHA, again following the somewhat random classification of the super strength roster. Above 26 for superhuman, 20-25 for exceptional, world class fame attributes, 16-18 for noticeable traits, and 10-14 for regular normal range. The final roster is the amalgamation of those three attributes - a kind of "overall" level of the mind's magnificence! Most augmentation allowed, except for shapeshifting (which I viewed as primarily effecting physical traits). To keep the list contained, I have only included PCs who have earned 10+ PP. As always, apologies for any errors - feel free to correct! Interesting to note we have a few characters now who are below average in mental attributes!

1d20+1=6 fir Reflex roll, and they cannot make toughness Save. Some of the skeletal crew are wrapped up to near the living crew to use safely (so I will presume you avoid those). That said, you can destroy (or KO depending on how you want to play defeating the undead) 15 of the 25 crewmembers. As noted above, its a surprise round, so only a standard action! (I am presuming you want to crush rather than demoralise!) Post that, and then Wave Eye is Up!

1d20+7=11 for Mess. Whilst he is not actualy acting, just having a panic attack, 1d20+6=9 for the Hound if it is actually needed!

GM The explosion had left dust in the air and cracked earth. It was a mixed blessing. On the one hand, the grit and debris obscured Jay's view, on the other hand, it also painted an arrow to the epicentre of the explosion. With her mask zooming in, she caught site of Gold. He was a sorry sight. Although apparently unharmed by the massive explosion he had caused, he had been on the run for several days now, and was looking all the worse for it. He was dishevelled, with dirty hair and a beard. His clothes were scuffed and torn, and hung off him. His eyes were sallow, and he looked hungry, tired, and thirsty. Not a well man. He looked a shadow of the pictures Cord had shown her on the airplane. He was small man, she noted, and the days of untrained survival in the cold Canadian wilderness did not help his slight figure. He sat down and put his head in his hands, shaking it left and right. For now at least, he was oblivious to Jay - it looked like he had other weightier problems in his mind.

So the Hound is having a panic attack, unable to breath due to the psychosomatic hangmans noose round his neck! (out of action). Whilst the Mess boosts (if thats ok)

"I'm circling I'm circling already!" shouted the Hound back to Cannonade, who was indeed ambling the Chevvy around the corner. "What's the hurry? It's not like somebody's dying or nuthin!" he snarked back, irritated. Wait...what am I saying! They probably are dying!...and...and...I could be next! His well tuned craven reflex kicked in. He felt his heart explode in his chest, ripe with palpitations, and he slammed a palm onto his sternum to keep it from pumping its way out of his chest wall. The sweat was already alive on his hands and forehead. He could feel the hangman's noose around his neck, getting tighter...tighter....he yelped in some air, finding it hard to breathe. Panic overtook his body. The Mess took a more practical approach. "If somebody's looking for trouble, they come to da right place!" he said, slamming fist into palm, and pumping his supercharged blood through his body. Once again, his muscles swelled like a sack of balloons, ready for action!

"Un reveur lucide?" said Renes raised eyebrows. "A powerful gift. Especially here" he said sitting down slowly. "Ah, Madame, thankyou for ze rest for my weary legs, and ze food for my lamenting tongue" "Perhaps you could explain this dream, then? Ah! Many years ago I would have turned to my friend Sigmund for some answers, what insight! what wisdom! what cigars! But alas, he is no longer here, and after all, he was only half right. Just like all great men" he sighed. "If you control this dream, then where comes the violence? you are as pretty as a flower madame, not fit for rending and grinding!" he asked, looking at her carefully. After all, if she was dreaming the dream, some part of her had just tried to slash him to ribbons. He could still feel the bruises.

GM "Ten on the black, five on evens...." garbled Mr. Swish, confident of victory in the game of pure luck. His newly earned chips zipped this way and that across the table. The croupiers face was an impassive wall of stone, following the movements of the five players and their bits with an eagle eye. The huge bald man, who must have been six foot and well over twenty stone, gave Mr. Swish a fierce stare and cracked his knuckles. He was not playing himself. His body was stocky muscle and a generous pasting of fat. His suit was well cut, complete with a tie and earpiece. Security, it seemed, and not of a particularly pleasant cut. He leaned into Mr. Swish, whispering in his ear - a whisper Daphne caught through both her own and her mind reading. "You owe the boss, Swish. Its knee bustin' time unless you do. The tables aren't gonna save your skin..." "Sure sure, put it on my tab!" smiled back Mr. Swish as he laughed off the threat. The ball clattered across the spinning wheel, clunk click clack. It wobbled, then toppled. Into the zero. "House wins!" said the croupier to groans from the players, sweat from Swish, and a cackle from the security man who gripped Swishes elbow in a vice like grip...

Bringing up to PL 11, only spending 34 Minor fluff changes (expanding on powers, tidying up) 2 PP - Attack bonus +1 (to +11) 2 PP - Will Save +2 (to +12), Fort Save -1 (making it +6/+12 with modifiers below), Reflex Save +1 2 PP - Dropping Survival and Disable Device Feats (silly to get em), 8 Ranks Craft (Write), 2 Ranks Sense Motive, 2 Ranks Drive 1 PP - Dodge Focus 1 (Bringing Defence to 11) 3 PP - Adding 1 Rank to Device (Carlos Devil Stick) [1 PP to bring Array to 11 PP, 1 PP alt power confusion, 1 PP Strike Becomes Affect Insubstantial 2, 2PP Comprehend Increase to Rank 4] 13 PP - Increasing Infernal Array [snare becomes constricting, Firebreathing increased rank, Damage becomes Metal shards, with Improved Critical, Ricochet, Autofire, Element Control becomes damaging, Teleport Increased to Rank 10, Affects Others extra, Suffocate becomes Rank 11 with affects insubstantial 1) On that note I have added a feat for the Constricting Snare which means the snare does not automatically do so, it can be turned on and off as a free action (if the snare power is active). I hope this sounds reasonable (it seemed to me that if it could be reversible, then the constricting quality could also be selective, as the power represents some control over the limited chains activity). I draw attention to this as its a custom feat. 4 PP - 4 More Alt Powers for Infernal Forge Array [ignite, Magnetic Control, Transform Metal, Environmental Control plus Obscure] 7 PP - Tazel Array added to 55PP. Mimicry feature added to the base power, and 1 rank of Alt Form [+2 Con, +2 Strength, Feature Increased to rank 2] Tazel Summoning Array increased by rank 1, This power now costed correctly [Tazel edits to follow!] Total Cost - 34 PP Bringing Pitch to 239 PP, PL 11/15 AP: Summon 11 (165 PP; Extras: Fanatical, Heroic, Duration [Continuous]; Feats: Mental Link; Drawbacks: Full Round to Summon/Expel [-1]) (55PP) "Tazel expelled" DC Block ATTACK RANGE SAVE EFFECT Unarmed* Touch DC 16/22 Toughness Damage (Physical) Metal Shards Ranged DC 26 Toughness Damage (Physical) Ignite Ranged DC 26 Toughness Damage (Energy) Breathe Fire Cone DC 26 Toughness Damage (Energy) Infernal Chain Ranged DC 21 Reflex Snare Smoke Ranged DC 21 Fortitude Suffocation Devil Stick Touch DC 18/24 Strike Damage (Physical) Possession Touch DC 21 Will Confusion Bind Devil Touch DC 21 Will Mind Control Bind Animal Touch DC 21 Will Mind Control Exorcism Touch DC 21 Will Nullify Totals: Abilities (24) + Combat (42) + Saving Throws (18) + Skills (20) + Feats (10) + Powers (125) - Drawbacks (0) = 239/240 Power Points

Thats a good question...thought Pitch to herself, her anger subsiding a bit. Demons made her angry, sure enough, but she had been around them long enough to know they could use that anger. Tricksy unknown things. "Speak up, speak up! I command you!" she said as clearly and precisely as possible. No point giving the demon a loop hole due to some slip of the tongue. She held the Cantos Cane firmly in front of the demon. "You cannot resist! Answer the question! No lies, no deceit! Answer plainly, answer true!" she said, giving a fierce look. All the while, her skin and ears prickled, alert for a blast of hellfire or thrust of pitchfork.

Of course. You have the drop on the target. Post the reaction to the rocks and Cord - and your eyeball scans, Ill follow from there! EDIT: Also, your mask I guess extends normal vision? (which would makethe above roll easy! might be worth clarifying in an edit some point?)

The target is quite far away so throw me a DC 0 Notice Roll modified by -20 for range!

There is more to this one than meets the eye...even with my eyes... "Ah, this is your dream? It is quite enchanting, sweet Daphne! just like you! Ah, if only I was two hundred years younger and of a fancy for women!" he said, bowing. There seemed little point in deception with her. Flattery, he found, was a more universal solvent. "I wonder what has made you dream this dream, mmm? Dreams, zey flow like water, into different worlds and different minds, mixing memories with hopes, mixing ze waking with ze dread, non? Like a recipe, if you like cooking...which I do!" he said with a big smile on his face and a lick of his lips. "If you could find it in you to dream of an apple tart and brandy, that would be magnifique!" he added, with a wink. "But now, what is this dream made of, hmmm? what is the recipe?"
