  1. In that case : Move action, fly. Standard Action Punchina face again! 1d20+12=22 I guess that hits, so another DC 27 Toughness save.
  2. YOu could with an HP (if you wish to!) otherwise, he will be 2000 feet away on your move action. Ill cut that down slightly as he has to go up and down stairs whilst you fly, so lets say 1500 feet away - but he is heading back to Jackson for the camera! Glow is up - with Towers 1500 feet away hurtling down the mall!

  4. How far is Trigger? Can SC reach him with a move action (and flight 4!)
  5. The Gibbering Buffoons will split! The Injured ones (1,2,4,5) will attack the rock, which has 1 injury, so toughness 17, again Ill take the liberty of rololing touchness of rock. DC 23 Toughness saves... 1d20+17=37, 1d20+17=33, 1d20+17=35, 1d20+17=22 One more injury. The three uninjured minions will attack Giain Knight, the man who is creating all that pesky stone! 1d20+8=27, 1d20+8=9, 1d20+8=25 which I think is two hits. So thats two DC 23 Toughness saves for GK, and two Nauseate attacks DC 15
  6. Rene bowed deeply at the Redcaps, moving slowly and carefully towards the door. "Anything?" he asked in rather hushed tones, as Marceau listened. "My old ears are not what they used to be...ever since world war II, those shells made such a racket..." he complained, slapping the side of his head gently. "I can barely hear myself, these days!" he smiled. He looked around the Redcaps. "At least we are, for now, not under suspicion! we are merely suspicious!" he punned, smiling slightly. Despite himself, he had a growing sense of vague nervousness, his mind playing over what they might - or might not - find.
  7. Glow gets a chance to react, in terms of speaking... Otherwise its Round 1 46 - Towers - Unharmed 19 - Glow - Unharmed - 3 HP 19 - Police - Unharmed 17 - Silver Spider - Unharmed - 4 HP 8 - Entourage And Towers will whizz of again. Glow will be up next!
  8. GM Towers' sweaty forehead creased, and his eyes, with dilated pupils, widened as he saw Glow in all her resplendid glory. "Towers? Towers, there ain't no Towers here, baby!" he bluffed, without any effect. "Aw shoot..." he said, looking around, his head turning left right and upwards in almost a blur. "No camera's here? No Jackson? Man, I could kill that guy, always snoopin' around...bet that dude got pictures of me...." He cursed. "Damn, this is a mess...but I ain't goin' to prison baby! I ain't throwin away my career! No way, baby! Even if it kills me!" With that, and a blur of motion, he proceeded to run away again...
  9. We are kind of pausing outside combat at the moment - Feel free to post a reply to Towers, Scuffles!
  10. "Ouch" commented Supercape, brushing away the smoke that sizzled around him. He had felt that, even protected by his quantum forcefield and mighty cape. He felt his costume burn and frazzle, and his skin smoke slightly. Thats going to hurt in the morning. And my costume will need repair... he thought to himself briefly, before realising that he was in significantly more peril than he had first thought. "I'll send you the bill for that..." he retorted, before rushing towards Trigger and clenching his fist. His blood was up now, he could feel the adrenaline levels rise.... And thus invigorated, he swung his fist, glowing blue-white-purple with excited atoms, into Trigger...
  11. Move Action: Move to Trigger Standard Action: Punch inna face! 1d20+12=21 Thats using his glowing radioactive aura, so its a DC 27 Toughness Save.
  12. 1d20+8=24 Lucky escape! post away, then I will do the Grue minions
  13. Round 2?
  14. Rene will do a standard action: standard blast... 1d20+10=18 at Vittoria, which may well miss, but eh, homing next round eh? Just for the fun of it, he will try an intimidate on Vittorio too as a move action at a mighty -3 bonus! 1d20-3=17 well, strike me down, that may even hit home...
  15. Rene stroked his beard for a brief reflexive moment. Four vampires...what have they awoken? Vampires came in all shapes and forms, he knew, but they tended to be sprightly and strong, strong enough to overpower his aged frame. If anyone could deal with them, Nick could - he had forgetten more about necromancy than Rene knew, and Rene knew more than many. With a wave of his hand, he summoned the full force of his arcane power, painting a streak of fire onto the world, which curved, spiralled, and weaved its way into Vittorio, or whoever he was. "Nobody wins a pissing contest..." he murmured, black with the thoughts of futile machismo and soldiery that he had seen in centuries past and present. Still, he had no qualms about making the dead fully dead...
  16. GM Revenant's strength was more than enough to rip apart the vampire, or, with her iron arm, decapitate him. Today, however, she held back slightly, merely crushing the vampires ribcage and spine with a bone-jarring fist. "Ghraaack....." coughed the vampire, blood hitting the floor from his mouth as he collapsed onto the floor in a heap. His injuries would have killed a mortal instantly, but somehow he remained on the floor, looking up at Revenant in surprise and fear, his broken body bent in an impossible position. "What are you?" he croaked, spitting blood from his pale lips. The woman took a lingering hungry look at Wessex, but turned, running at an olympian pace to the windows of the High Towers, crashing through them, sending g lass and cold night air spinning into the Restaurant as she fell to the floor.
  17. It does indeed! (21:12:54) System: Supercape rolls 1d20 and gets (13)=13 +6 Toughness bonus = 19, not enough and as its a minion, as discussed in chat, Disabled. The other vampire is going to flee!
  18. Siphon up!
  19. GM "Yes, get them to safety!" yelled the android captain, even as he turned around to the sound of Fleur's voice. "And duck!" he yelled, just in time, as he brought his powerful Rifle to bear and sent a beam of searing hot plasma just above Fleur's head, punching into the bunkers walls and cracking overhead beams. Much more insult, and even the sturdy construct might be in danger of collapsing. As the Grue leader dissappeared into Fleur's flower, his underlings gibbered and wailed, in despair, anger, and confusion.
  20. Captain down and out, but we still have the andriod captain on his involuntary crusade! And he is taking a blast at Electra! (20:58:04) System: Supercape rolls 1d20 and gets (4)=4. is a miss, even with his +14 attack bonus! Meaning Giain Knight is up!
  21. GM "Well, I gotta watch what I say, ma'am" said Meddows, with an easy grin and a wink. "But yeah, anything we - or you - find, well we can use in evidence. No question about this. Hell, I'd like to get this guy for something, even if it is illegal snake ownership. At the least, gives us time to investigate him before some lawyer springs him out of jail..." He gestured to the ruined mansion "we got some men searching in there right now. Feel free to take a look, I'll deputise you fer that!" he smiled. "Meanwhile, I'm taking our friend here to spend the night in jail, then we take him to court as soon as possible" he added, tapping the car. "Feel free to come along for the ride...or take a look in that mansion of his...maybe you have x ray vision or something. Forensics will take a look when we get them, but this far down south, no city nearby, well, it will take a day or two, at least..."
  22. GM Jenkins almost died of fright as Young Brittania spoke. He went a pale yellow and croaked without words. The marsh folk crept towards further into the dim light of the setting sun, now an orange haze shining through overgrown mangrove trees. They were human, but had a degenerate mongrol look about them, a combination of too much inbreeding and maybe some other foul process. All races, all creeds, and more than a few deformities. They smelled of disease too, any many had obvious signs of infection...although they also seemed to have a rugged vitality to them too, moving with sinewy grace. They barely spoke, but with spear and knife pointed onwards, southwards, where the growth and deformity of the vegetation grew thicker. Water levels rose, insects and lizards crawled, flew, and bit. "Strange people...not the soldiers...." they commented, poking El Heraldo and Young Brittania with spear to push them forward. "More like the other one. So...another prisoner for the Mistress. Another broken crow...."
  23. Rene sat down, overcome by the turn of events. "Not intelligent enough it seems. A suspicion not acted on is worse than no suspicion at all..." he replied, wiping his brow that was wet with sweat. "So, how to trust a liar?" he asked of Constance. "I peel back one layer of lies...what is there to say that another is not underneath it? I am in no better a position now than I was a few moments ago. Other than to admit that your professed motives and current actions are in accord with my own..." "Yes, I would save any neck. But how complex the web of moralities we live in today? saving one neck..how many would perish if one chose to save? ones choices are limited, ones resources finite, and we cannot save all. Who knows what our decisions will mean in ages to come?" He stood up, determined to shake of his nausea at the politics of it all. "Enough useless philosophy! Fwaa!" he spat. "It is for old men who do not act... we must do what we can. If Gallia has been corrupted, chained, then it is our duty to unchain her, liberate her! if France changes then so must she!" He paused. "The enemy is not the Countess, or Gallia, but those that corrupted her. How do we fight this?"
  24. GM Towers' Lawyer put up his hands as the Silver Spider pounced. "No! No! I'm just a lawyer. I have committed no crime! You cant mwffmwwfmwwf!" he mumbled as the webbing hit him, tying up his limbs, and disarming him of his weapon. Namely, his tounge, which was gummed up awkwardly to one side as was his jaw. "Aw...shoot!" cursed Jackson as the webbing hit his prized camera with its foot long zoom lens. He took a look at the webbing, and tried unsuccessfully to remove it, only succeeding in glueing his thumb and fingers to the sticky mess, so that his weapon was now uselessly dangling from his arm...
  25. No worries! Never sweat about rules. Ill wait for IC post?
