GM Net Fly The robots packed together, standing in perfectly symmetrical rows and columns as their weapons began glowing. As one they spoke -"SILENCE THE TRAITOR"- they proclaimed, a hail of blue energy blasts raining down upon the docked ship, hammering against the hull with titanic force! But, to their surprise(if robots could be called surprised), their cannonade of blaster bolts blazing from their arms and chests had no effect, the hull shuddering and rattling worryingly, but was not so much as singed as the attack stopped and the smoke and vapor cleared. Their was a buzz of electronics outside, clearly this was a new situation for the robots.

King of Suits will use Skill Mastery with Stealth for an automatic result of 25. Sneaking into the alleyway behind the pair of villainous types and preparing for an attack, waiting a bit to see what their deal is.

GM "You know, you could always just slow down a bit when doing moves like that." the grey-skinned woman commented helpfully, the crown of arms contorting once again in eye-watering movements as a sphere of rock lifted out of the ground next to her, the broken concrete nearby sliding into and around it until the volcanic rock had a smooth grey shell. Spinning it in the air for a split second, the arms hefted the weight before the crown lashed out at the dragon, sending the artificial boulder slamming directly into her! The metal man toppled to the ground with a clang that thundered through the building, and then the change began. Before he had quite stopped his last feeble movements and succumbed to unconsciousness, the creature of metal had become one of flesh, a naked man who looked only a few years older than Thomas himself. By his skin and hair he seemed to be from the area, and though fit he definitely wasn't well-fed.

The robots will combine their attacks into one against the ship he's in(which has a +15 Toughness bonus). It has a defence of +10, +4 Flat-Footed when at rest: It comes up to +5, which in this case makes it a DC30 Toughness save for the ship. 30. It holds out. Net Fly's turn.

The skies above Bayview had for a while now held a solitary figure in gray, their face obscured by a heavily-tinted helmet staring down at the city several hundred feet below. They had been in that same position for the last three hours, occasionally rotating to survey other parts of the buildings below. At the first sight of flashing police cars moving below towards the bank, they had promptly dropped out of the sky, hurtling towards the ground before catching abruptly just a few yards above a rooftop, halting with a flicker before landing. Peering at their destination, a faint rumble suddenly reverberated through the air, the grey-clad woman, now looking very thin and spidery compared to the people below, leaping across the rooftops as she beginning the long rung for the bank... The police officers had been more or less easy to dodge around, especially considering that she had been impossible to see in the visible light spectrum, and had stepped with care between their patrols. Atraxia wished she could rub her head in frustration nonetheless, and that her skin still itched sometimes. 'Those brats with the laser guns make it impossible to go in the front door, they'd see me. Have to go in this way, and I have not the least idea what's on the other side!' She resisted the urge to make her suit growl for her, instead taking a vestigial breath and running quickly through the wall. The fact that she was moving through solid objects had only recently begun to fade, and stumbling through the odd sight of walls sliding past, the Farsider strode up behind the front desk. Taking in the situation with a glance, Red Moon gritted her fangs, ducking behind the desk as quickly as she could. 'I cannot fight the robot. But that other one looks like he can. Those soldiers though, they look more malleable. Just hope they don't see me...'

Okay, going to say she snuck up behind the bank while concealed, and as an accelerated Move action slides through the wall using Super-Movement to get inside just behind the front desk. Stealth roll to keep from being seen coming through the wall and ducking behind the desk: 17. So, DC17 Notice check for them.

They will have a Will save to oppose being mellowed out, though as I'm using the Herd Animal build in the Core Rules(which has a bonus of +1), they might need a little help from Archetype: 21! They are calmed right down. EDIT: To explain, in this case as they're being controlled, the Will save represents Archetype's control over the herd, which if it had succeeded would have prevented it from having its normal effect.

"I'll try to keep them off you! O Dama Azul, lend me your might!" he cried shutting his eyes as a flash of golden smoke and blue light swirled around him, and he emerged from the cloud as El Heraldo! Quickly darting up into the air of the dining room over the Avian guards near the door, he took a deep breath, and let it out in a roar that caused the backwash of wind to blast the cups, plates and teapot clean off the table to shatter against the wall. Landing among the scattered fallen guards he glanced over at the other two "Quick, head for the ship and leave the guards to me! You pair are in more danger than I a-!" he stopped, looking at the floor as an idea struck him. He pointed his Banner at the hatchway through which their opponent had just vanished "I could break that open, fly you both to the Cressida. What do you think?" he asked, steeling himself as the Puerto Rican teen turned his attention back to the guards in case they made any move to attack the Welsh agent or English detective

Free action to transform and say words suitable to the situation. Move Action up to the Avians, Standard to try and blow them down with a blast of Super-Breath! Strength roll: The Strength/Dexterity DC is 21. Then moving back down to nearby the door, setting a Reaction to Interpose the next attack on Blodeuwedd, and a free action to suggest he bust a hole in the airship and carry folks out.

Using the Roll dice option in Chat for now. That unfortunately doesn't hit Kaiser. Round six. Kaiser: Unharmed-GM Voltage: Bruise(x1), Fatigued, 3HP Stormbreaker: Unharmed, 0HP Kaiser jumps out of the pit and forms a sphere out of the rock and concrete, flinging it at Stormbreaker: That hits, DC26 Toughness save for Stormbreaker, and it's now Voltage's turn.

With SpicyWaffle's kind permission, entering Red Moon into this business! Initiative roll: She'll arrive next round.

GM The blaze of light washed through the lobby, the startled OVERTHROW soldier above them barely managing to throw his hand in front of his eyes, pushing against the ceiling with all his might as he strove to keep from tumbling to the ground as he weathered the attack that turned the world to white fire behind his eyelids. The other man down the hall saw the growing flash of light, and swung around just in time. "Wasn't expecting that" muttered the one down the hall, smelling of smoke, calling back "Halb! You alright?" "I am fine" came the quiet and serene response from the man on the ceiling, replacing his hand against the curve above the doorway, tensing for his attack, two startlingly blue eyes glaring down at Young Britannia "I have my target. Engage yours" the light in the room suddenly grew paler and weaker, and the shadows around Young Britannia and Asad lengthened and deepened. "The cuisine is unlikely to be so good, AEGIS' budget doesn't allow for much like that. We can provide all the freeze-dried food you can eat though!" Agent Anthea laughed, leading the way across the crosswalk, heading the trio towards the Federal Building. "And we can get you some SCUBA gear. You'll be helping a new agent on his first official mission, and I'm sure he could use some pointers in swimming."

That does hit! DC29 Toughness save for Angcrist: Angcrist is Staggered again! And knocked out, for good measure. Stormbreaker is up!

GM Freedom City, Theatre District, 52nd Avenue, October 2nd, 2012, 11.53 A.M. The day was sunny, if a little chilly, and the dawn was bright. It was called 'boutique street' by the regulars, something of an exaggeration considering that there were only four shops that sold myriad knick-knacks, artifacts from old plays and sundry decorations among the cluster of stores on that street. The name came more from the slightly condescending way the actors, artists and other people employed in the theater industry viewed the mini tourist-trap, and the frequent crowds that eagerly trawled their wares. The storefronts were at least pretty classy, decorated with painted plaster murals and with their names spelled out in copper letters that advertised the squat brick and wood buildings that were among some of the oldest on the street. The slightly dark and dusty interiors were usually filled by a crush of people poring over the relics of past performances, many of them eager beginning collectors or aficionados. Today was somewhat different, due to the shoppers running out of the stores, yelling in terror and forcing their way past each other to escape! The cause of this mass evacuation was made clear by the small herds of sable antelopes that chased them out, furiously butting the Freedonians aside as they dashed down the street, spilling carts, crashing strollers and knocking down very surprised citizens. As they began to wreak their chaotic way into another one of the stores, two figures clad in spandex dropped down from the store the animals had abruptly exploded from in front of the scattered, nervous people. One of them, a woman with her features concealed by her white and red costume, with the emblem of a fang on her chest, raised her hand and announced "People of Freedom City! You who gather the dust of ages, and hoard the treasures of the past for yourselves, will soon know justice at the hands of Archetype and Wreak!" the man at her side in black and green, similarly masked, added "Behold and despair, Freedom City! You face...the NEW BREED!" There was dead silence as the bruised, baffled crowd stared at them, some of the more daring shoppers quietly calling the police on their cell phones. The New Breed looked like they had expected more of a response.

Initiative roll for the roboids: 20.

Whistling in admiration and clapping appreciatively at the successful throw, Subito gladly caught the ball "I'll see if I can top that!" he said with a confident grin, moving over to the foul line, eyed the net above him, tensed, crouched, and almost leaped into the air as he threw the ball in a graceful, curving parabola that sailed several inches to the right, bouncing off the backboard with a resounding *dongggg* and whistling towards his shoulder. Leaping backwards he caught the ball, letting it impact his chest with a thud. He frowned for a moment then shrugged, smiling encouragingly at Serge, tossing the scuffed basketball over to him with a cheerful "Your turn bro! Hope your aim is better'n mine!"
-
It took a few seconds before a nervous "Okay, I-yeah, just a sec." answered, and the door opened, Subito still looking a little pale, and much less assured than he had been only a few minutes ago. He stepped aside with a gesture for John to enter, and sat on the edge of his bed, looking nervous. Chancing a look up at the clone hero he ventured "So, um...what did you want to discuss 'bout it?" The room was mostly bare on his side, though a small desk occupied the space between his bed and the wall beside the door, and was surprisingly neat and tidy. A few icons of saints were carefully arranged around a crucifix on his side of the wall, next to a wall-sized poster of the first Liberty League.

Okay. Neither notice anything physically amiss about the guy, but he's obviously not telling the truth, or at least not all of it.

Starting as the ragged people slunk out of hiding, shivering a little as he saw the look in their eyes. He put up a good face though, smiling at the circle of decrepit humanity around him and Agnes and Jenkins. He put a warm hand on the shoulder of the shaky man beside him, saying loudly and calmly "Try and calm yourself, Jenkins." trying to make the encouragement come through the mere tone of his words "You are not undefended. We will not let them hurt you if we can in any way avoid it." he looked anxiously at Agnes, saying much more quietly and uncertainly "Hey, uh...you can talk to these people too I hope? I'll try and back you up somehow, put on a lightshow and make triumphant noises if it helps." His shoulders hunched up a few inches, ready for a spring in case they were attacked.
-
'Now then, take after this young man, and you will do quite well as my Herald. Yeah, wish I looked like that...wait...eh, nevermind.' "All things considered, I'm pretty amazed any of them are like that." Subito said with obvious amusement. His eyes lit up as John gave his advice about who to ask "Yeah, I've met Morgan! Pretty sure I can find him around campus and talk to him about it, but if all those people are there..." he looked at the book for a moment and suddenly closed with a flick of his wrist, looking with great excitement at the blonde boy "I'll ask Morgan about seeing them, and if he says yes, I'll be able to solve the first real, honest to God mystery I've ever come up against! Thank you so much John, you're the best!" he cried, embracing the other Claremonter passionately and kissing him warmly on the lips, beaming with a rush of adrenaline, put the book back in his bag, and set off for his room with a wave. "See you later!" Then he realized what he had done. His face suddenly grew ashen, and he stared at John in horror. "I-I'm so sorry I..." Then he ran up the stairs, heart pounding and his brain whirling with horror.

King's rolls: Sense Motive 17. Nope! Notice: 28. Okay, that does better.(DC on both is 20.)
-
Just to be clear, there's no attack happening yet. But Security Man rightly expects one to happen soon. This is set before Ghost Girl's check-up at the Lab, so I don't think that would be as difficult now as then. But yeah! Alright, what the pair see when they get down there is a guard checking another, unconscious guard. In preparation for the GM post, feel free to make a Sense Motive and/or Notice roll.

The incident takes place in the Public Access level, which is 11 floors down. Most of the time is spent just getting past the security doors and making sure the intruder doesn't slip past them. There are only a few doors, and they each only take about eight seconds each, but they do add up. If they had no impediments whatsoever, it'd be around a few seconds for both of them to get down there.
